I waited five weeks for this appointment. I’ve gone to Dr.Williams many times before and was just there a few months ago. TWO days before my appointment I got a phone call at 3pm, that they needed to check my Insurance. I have BCBS choice very good insurance and has not changed and apparently they don’t take my insurance anymore. I said oh my God I’ve waited a month for this appointment, I am now realizing it’s more like five weeks, and why wasn’t I contacted about this earlier. The answer was oh I’m sorry we should’ve done that. He can still see you but we will have to charge you $100. Why would I pay them $100 when my insurance is perfectly fine. I am so disappointed. Had they told me this earlier I could’ve dealt with the pain I have right now. This is so disgusting. I wish I could give zero stars.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother in law. The Dr. Williams is great but the staff unfortunately not. I left several messages for the staff to return my phone call and nobody did.

How about this!? Waited weeks for an appointment. Brought my mom in for a consultation for Knee replacement. Doctor Dennis walked in, told us that he doesn’t perform surgeries anymore, referred us to his colleague, asked us if we have any questions. We said no. Appointment done in 5 mins! Seriously, you knew that you stopped doing surgeries then why waste our time for an appointment. You guys would have told us over the phone. That was very unprofessional. It takes me 30 mins to move my mom around because of her bad knee.

Dr. Williams is truly a Rockstar! I had to have a ACL reconstruction surgery with him, and i have to say his professionalism and ethic, the way he walk you through the whole process before and after the procedure, they way he truly cares about his patients, should be an example for other doctors. I have to go through recovery and therapy now, but Im pretty sure it will be successfully too. Way to go Dr. Williams!!

I have had issues with my knee for the past 10 years and Dr. Williams was able to perform a surgery to correct the problem. It has only been 2 weeks post-op but I already see a difference in my knee. He is a great doctor and great at providing information on the procedure.

In my opinion Dr.Williams is the best doctor ever ! He is worthy of my praise and Im sure other patients feel the same way as Ive overheard their conversations. There is nothing more gratifying than having a kind , caring and great doctor. A doctor that is genuinely interested in your physical well-being. Dr.Williams definitely inspires me to get better! He is strikingly smart. He has laudable compassion for his patients . Hes a great listener and explains everything on a level that a patient can understand. There is nothing better than knowing you have a knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor. Dr. Williams contribution in my life is surely positive. He is the best and I salute him as my doctor. He is one in a million and the most amazing physician!

I am not a patient of Dr. Williams, but my mother is and I have gone in with her on several of her appointments. I have nothing but high praise for Dr. Williams as does my mother. No matter how busy his office is, he always takes the time to carefully listen to and address all of her concerns. I always feel like my mom is his only patient of the day when she’s visiting him. I am eternally grateful that my mom is in good hands with Dr. Williams!

Dr Denis Williams a Really good doctor did a great job on my elbow removed all the bone fragments, And does a really good job explaining things.

Ive been dealing with hip pain and trouble walking around for a few years. After going to more than one doctor, who didnt believe a 35 y/o could have hip issues, Dr Williams took me seriously and has fixed a big chunk of the problem. Dr Williams is super professional, but easy to talk to. He listens to you, which can be unusual in other medical professionals. I look forward to continued care under Dr Williams and recommend him to any orthopedic patient!

God forbid anythings ever seriously wrong with you after eye surgery all you ever have to do is leave messages and message is that a receptionist or an assistant will call you back whenever the surgeon Dennis Williams does your surgery and leaves you out to dry. Dont ever ever ever go to this office its the worst when it comes to communication they just passed the buck on to someone else

I personally was not treated by Dr. Williams however my mom has. I along with my mom will forever be extremely grateful to Dr. Williams for helping my mom feel “normal” again! For 5 months my mom had extreme pain in her right leg and after numerous visits to the emergency room to a well-known hospital in Niles, she kept being dismissed with doctors telling her that it was nerve related and prescribing her with pain meds. My mom could barely walk, she used a walker and cane to get around the house. By the grace of God she didn’t give up fighting and insisted something was truly wrong with her and drove herself to Swedish Hospital where she had her original back surgery. This is how we met Dr. Williams, my mom says he has the hands of God because for the first time in 5 months someone truly listened to her and took the time to investigate the leg in its full and he was the only one that noticed she had a broken hip. For 5 months my mom was “walking” around with a broken hip, because other doctors dismissed her pain and even though they did xrays they didn’t see the broken hip. Dr. Williams is an amazing doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking expert opinions. He is very personable and truly gets to know his patients. We can not say thank you enough for everything he has done for us. My mom can play with her grand babies again and picket them up. To see that joy in her again is remarkable!

Dr. Williams is very professional. He educates his patients, as well as the parents on the medical issue at hand. It shows that Dr. Williams has a passion for his profession, because he exceeds what it takes to be a great doctor.

What a difference a week makes! Last Friday, I limped into the hospital for knee surgery. After two months of pain from a large medial meniscus tear. Last night, I walked on strong legs to a neighborhood Korean restaurant!So grateful to God. Thankful for my Orthopedist, Dr. Denis Williams. Grateful for the post surgery check in phone call. Attentive professionalism at its best! The highly recommended (by 3 different doctors) surgeon says he will treat me like an athlete. His recovery strategy will allow me to return as an active participant in my very full life!Im impressed with the exercise routine with my PT, Katie. Shes allowing me to do 15 minutes on the exercise bike every other day. Finally getting my new gym membership today at the Galter LifeCenter.My competitive nature loves the idea of doing whatever it takes for a quick healing and recovery process. I anticipate looking at exercise very differently in the future. Seeing it as a privilege instead of a burden. And walking anywhere and everywhere, whenever I can! #DanceFloorGoals
