Went in for wisdom teeth extraction, and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Dr. Ledger and his team explained the process and answered to all my questions. The pain and swelling was minor for the first 24 hours post extraction, and certainly less than what I was anticipating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I got a referral from my dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed with doctor Ledger. Upon initial consult he answered all my questions and provided a very thorough explanation of the procedure and expected recovery. The day of the procedure, went smoothly and I was provided with a very thorough list of steps to complete during the following days. I appreciated the doctors patience and felt like he actually cared about me as patient. Dental procedures make me anxious and I felt very calm throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend his practice.

Everyone in the office was very professional. The day of my extraction, my tech was super easy going and helped me relax. Dr. Ledger was excellent and did a wonderful job. I didn’t feel a thing thanks to his ability to anesthetize and I recovered without issue. He spoke to me throughout the entire procedure and helped me stay calm by letting me know how things were progressing. Dr Ledger gave me a call the evening of to check up on me. Great experience! An outstanding experience! While this is not necessarily something you intentionally do, referral from my dentist (Dr. Dow) was absolutely the right suggestion. Dr. Ledger and his staff are friendly and competent; they put you at ease from the very beginning. Dr. Ledger explains what needs to happen and is reassuring throughout the process. Truly, my experience has really been pain-free; some discomfort, of course; but Dr. Ledger puts you at ease as he goes about his work. While I still have procedures to complete, Im able to move forward with far less dread than I might have imagined. I would recommend Dr. Ledger in a heartbeat.

I had an overall great experience. I was a bit nervous getting my last 3 wisdom teeth extracted but Dr. Ledger and the young lady who assisted talked me through the entire process which was comforting. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was terrified to get all four wisdom teeth extracted, and day-of the lady who prepped me was super nice and helped to calm my nerves. The surgery was quick and I experienced very minimal pain in the days after. The post-op instructions were thorough and I also appreciated that Dr Ledger took the time to call me the night of my surgery to check in!

Recently had a wisdom tooth removed here; they were so fast and efficient! It’s never fun to get a tooth removed - especially without going under! - but I felt nothing. They also supplied me with a whole post-op care package, which has come in handy. I’m on the mend and I’m so grateful for their efficiency!

Dr. Ledger and his staff have left an everlasting impression on me. They went above and beyond what I expected from a group of people who provide me health and dental care.His staff are always friendly, warm and welcoming. I have a fear of needles they all kept me distracted while he was administering the shots to numb my mouth for a tooth extraction and bone grafting for a future tooth implant.Dr. Ledger called me later that same evening to check on me. I was so shocked I was telling everyone about it.In the future, I will only trust him and his staff with any oral surgeries. The procedure was so smooth. Not kidding, he was done pulling my wisdom (top two) teeth out in 5 minutes. It took me longer to get numbed out than him pulling the teeth. Afterward, I was given very detailed Instructions on my recovery and everyone was very nice answering any questions I had. Dr. Ledger was even kind enough to call me later in the day to check in on me. I was so nervous, and had no reason to be.

Everything went so smoothly! I followed aftercare instructions, and I never experienced any swelling. Other than some slight pain for a few days (nothing a little advil and tylenol couldn’t fix), I was up and able to take care of my 8 month old and work out the next day. Also, before and after my wisdom teeth removal, the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and safe. Couldn’t recommend Dr Ledger and his team more!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ledger and his staff. I experienced minimum pain after having two of my wisdom teeth extracted. The only thing that’s uncomfortable are the needles to numb your mouth but it only last for a seconds, I promise. My face was swollen for one day and I didn’t experience any pain after the local anesthesia wore off. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their wisdom teeth removed. Everyone I met in this office is knowledgeable, warm, and professional. I had all four wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago, and the surgery was painless (I went for full sedation) and quick. Aside from some pain the first day, I have been really lucky in recovery: no swelling or bruising, very little pain beyond slight aching, and now, I am almost back to eating 100% normally. If you follow their guidance, youll do just fine. I really appreciate Dr. Ledger and his staff; if you have to have dental/oral surgery, they are people you can trust to take good care of you.

Efficient, friendly, and no pain. I had to have a tooth extraction and am weary of dental work to begin with but Dr. Ledger was responsive to my needs and wants, was able to talk through the process easily and answer any questions I had at the consultation. On the extraction date, I was in the chair longer getting prepped than for the actual surgery. In, out, painless, and healing went well. Went in for a consult to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Consultation was on a Monday and went very smoothly. Dr. Ledger had an opening two days later for the operation. It went very well and I had little to no swelling, very minimal discomfort as well. Dr. Ledger is very professional and friendly and I couldnt be happier I went with him for the procedure. Not many people would list going to the dentist in their top ten things to do, let alone going to an oral surgeon! That said, when I needed an implant I was referred to Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center by my dentist. I cannot speak highly enough about this group. Other than the novocaine shot in the roof of ones mouth, for which there is no relief, there was not one moment of pain or discomfort. All of the staff are incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Ledger followed up in person by phone after every aspect of the 7-month long process referring to himself as Jordan when I answered!! The office is immaculate and every precaution was taken regarding COVID as my entire experience under their care was during the height of the pandemic. I HIGHLY recommend COS&IC. Your smile is worth it!

I came to this dental center on referral because the previous one I used was difficult about admin and insurance stuff. I found the office very efficient, always responsive and the whole process was seamless. I was terrified of getting my wisdom teeth extracted but everyone made me very comfortable. It’s almost 2 weeks post opp and I’m doing fine. If you are afraid to go through with this surgery, please give them a chance. You won’t regret it.

Dr Ledger and his team are amazing! Everyone at the office is really nice and welcoming. I was a little nervous because i had to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed but in my consultation Dr Ledger answered all my questions/concerns. I decided to schedule my appointment for the procedure for the following week. I liked that I left with not only a detailed bill of how much I was going to pay after insurance, but also instructions to the day of surgery and all my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. The day of surgery Dr Ledgers team was amazing in making me feel that I was going to be fine and step by step of what was going on. I decided for IV sedation and I was asleep the entire procedure. Hours after the procedure I had no pain just discomfort/soreness. The ibuprofen and Tylenol did the job. Its been 2 weeks and I NEVER felt any pain (keep in mind everyone is different). Dr ledger even called me that evening to ask how I was doing. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend Dr Ledger to anyone I know.

Super great staff both times I visited, for my consultation and surgery. On day of surgery, they did everything to make me feel comfortable and calm. Never having had gone “to sleep” before, I’d say this went about as well as it could have gone. Surgery was quick and I was out within the hour. Nurse was very cool and Doctor was very calm and professional. He even called later in the day of survey to see how I was doing. I’ve never had a doctor or do that before so it was appreciated!Overall great team and atmosphere for a wisdom teeth removal.

The best experience I have ever had with a dentist or oral surgeon. This from a lifelong dentalphobe, if thats a word. And all this in spite of COVID, the necessary protections for which the office handled with both compassion and professionalism, keeping everyone safe. I admire Dr. Ledgers chair-side manner--informative, personal, empathic--as much as his consummate skill in performing the extraction and implant. Post-operative discomfort was absolutely minimal, and the two follow-ups visits handled just as efficiently and compassionately. I am very thankful. I confess I secretly took a photo of the amazing projected x-ray my skull as a keepsake. Dentistry has come a long way since my last harrowing visit to an oral surgeon almost 30 years ago I am converted.

I don’t really leave reviews for anything, but I can’t stress enough how good Dr Ledger and his team are. Went in with an infected tooth in need of an extraction and, later, an implant. I got immediate relief, and Doc even personally called at the end of both days I saw him just to check in. I’ve been very impressed both times. They have been really helpful and cool this whole process. Very informative, but still friendly and welcoming. If ever I’m in need of oral surgery again, Dr Ledger will be my first call.

Where to even begin? What a great office overall! From the beautiful modern design, to the convenient parking and most importantly wonderful staff. From front to back, all around everyone was very welcoming. The front desk was very great in obtaining all my information needed for my appointment. The assistants on various occasions answered all of my questions and guided me throughout each appointment. Lastly Dr. Ledger himself was very professional and most importantly straight forward with me. He explained my treatment options thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered before I left the office. WOW! I cannot express how amazed I was with DR. Ledgers work. I was very nervous to get a wisdom tooth extracted that had Pericoronitis for the very 1st time...but at the same time weirdly excited about the procedure since my employer refers her patients to him do to his amazing work and positive feedback. Now I see why my employer has trust in him to refer her patients to him, including me! As I mention I originally came to his office to get 1 extraction done. However, after a state of the art panoramic digital x-ray.. turned out I should get ALL 4 wisdom teeth extracted.. yikes defiantly not prepared for that! However Dr. Ledger explained thing with such great confidence that he inspired me to trust him, he even gave me more courage to move with the treatment option. After the numbing process his dental assistance put some Latin jams on for me to feel right at home, meanwhile doctor extracts my 4 teeth and sutures me up under 15min! I did not feel a thing! His whole team is super friendly and energetics, and defiantly shared some laughs together! I will defiantly share my testimony with my patients and beloved ones and be sending them your way Dr. Ledger. I feel so blessed, I cant thank you enough!

Could not have asked for anything better or more complete...

I did my surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire staff in the office is very professional and organized. I took one of my wisdom teeth out, doctor Ledger did it fast and painless. (Less than 10 minutes). The cost is affordable with insurance.

Beyond thankful for Dr.Ledger and his amazing staff!The consultation process was so helpful, he made sure I understood the whole procedure and made sure all my questions were answered. The admin were extremely helpful regarding my copay and knowledgeable with my insurance. The surgery process was not as bad as I thought it would be. I was nervous do to the fact that all my wisdom teeth were impacted, but I was in an out before I knew it. The clinical staff are the sweetest, took amazing care of me after surgery especially being out of it after the sedation. They were patient and made sure I was okay before dismissing me. Later that night Dr.Ledger personally called me to see how I was and to confirm everything was going okay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Where to even start..Dr. Ledger is by far the best! Coming from someone who works in the field. He is very thurl and will answer all of your questions. All I have to say is that even when working at another practice the only oral surgeon I would trust to treat me or any of my friends/family members would be Dr. Ledger. (That should say a lot about his work!) My boyfriend just recently had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Ledger about a week ago and everything went well (as I predicted). If you are seeking a doctor who is trustworthy and actually cares about his patients then you are the right page!

Great experience. Dr. Ledger and his staff are all extremely professional and they have implemented exceptional covid-19 protocols. Every step of my implant procedure went smoothly and I appreciated Dr. Ledger checking in and making himself available via cell phone if I had concerns.

I saw an excellent surgeon here. I was referred from my dentist because I was in so much pain from my wisdom tooth. They extracted my wisdom tooth in less 10 minutes. I did not feel any pain. I was up and running as usual the next day. They gave me great after surgery instructions and I healed up perfectly. They are very professional and thorough dentists. I highly recommend.

Dr. Ledger and his entire staff are incredible! They were able to extract my wisdom teeth despite being in the middle of a global pandemic. They explained everything to me in detail so I felt comfortable and were extremely diligent with cleaning the office, wearing PPE and keep all patients 6 feet apart. Upon arrival to the actual office, again I was greeted with a smile and a good morning which reinforced my decision of choosing this office. Really recommend this place for wisdom teeth removal!!! He did an amazing job. Went in for an appointment (He explained everything and answered all my questions) and three days later I get my two lower wisdom teeth out. Recovery was amazing... had no pain at all!. Everyone was really nice and friendly!!!

From my first phone call to my visit in office, I couldn’t believe how easy it was, especially during the craziness of covid. I was able to complete my paperwork online before I came in and they had my insurance info ready too. The staff was so helpful & friendly, and Dr Ledger was amazing!
