By far the best optometrists Ive used in the 50 years Ive worn glasses. Dr. Beard is outstanding. She takes the time to explain everthing shes doing in detail. The whole staff and I mean everyone makes you feel comfortable and they are really friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I want there 2 months age to get my eye exam and new frames after two weeks I get my glasses in the mail, I wear them to work on my way home I almost had an accident all the light on the street including the cars light double glares. My wife called to let them know what happens I want back Justin Say he will find out what happens from the technician 3 weeks pass by never heard anything my wife called them they say will find out if they ready my wife asked them to mail them, yesterday I received them wear them to work they were not clear and when I get to work all the light double glares took them off wear the old ones on my way home wear them it same like 5 weeks age. I called the place during day someone explain what happens some answers oh I need to see them I say no I do not want any of your services any more I will contact the Insurance and asked them not to pay them. I had been to American best twice with no problems should stay with them. I never heard in my life where it take 5 weeks to get glasses and never got them. I Do not recommend this place to anyone. Very very disappointed.

The worst service Ive ever recieved from any optical place .Dr Beard was fantastic her receptionist on the other hand treated me terrible I went back to get an adjustment so my glasses would sit properly on my face the young lady at the desk took my glasses into there service room to do whatever which was put a new screw on one of the arms.The new screw was the wrong size and she couldnt get it back out then she told me not to bring my glasses back that they were out of warranty and they were not gonna work on my glasses again this all in a 3 month period.What a shabby way to treat a customer.Dr Beard if you read this I would appreciate a call thank you Michael Shenberger
