Ive been using Warby Parker glasses for 4 years and its been great. Staff at this location are very nice and helpful. If you want a checkup, Dr. Brian Dowling knows his stuff. I recommend coming here for an optometry visit even if you dont want glasses.

I just got a pair of new glasses here and the experience was great. The staff is great at making sure everything is clean, and helps you find a fitting pair of frames. Jalissa helped me a ton by fixing my old glasses (also from Warby Parker.) Emma was also a huge help!

Very rude customer service. I arrived like 6 mins late but they tell me to reschedule. When I know my train was delayed I called them to tell I am going to be delay , and the lady said it was fine for 10 mins delay. However , when I arrive store, they said they have to cancel it and change it to 5 mins grace period. Well I don’t understand their stuff and how come only 5 mins late they have to reschedule and they are rude and keep rolling eyes . Worse experience ever.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping me exchange a pair of frames I bought online that didnt quite fit my enormous head. We tried to adjust the frames to no avail, but they were quick to help me pick a new pair. I walked in and received help within 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. Will definitely refer people to this location.

Great selection of styles and colors and the staff was so friendly! I was able to get my prescription renewed with the Prescription Check option and pick out a pair of glasses within an hour. A few days later my glasses were ready and were exactly what I wanted! I really appreciate how easy the whole process was

Stopped in quickly on my way from another store and was pleasantly surprised by how well laid out the store was and how all the wide frames were at the top, instead of being mixed in, as they are other places. This made it easy for me to find what I needed. Mia was also super helpful and wrote down the frames I liked so that way I can stop back in another day when I had more time to make the purchase! Great service!

I had one of the best customer experiences in retail to date. I am difficult to please. I have scratches on my lenses. And per the warranty, they will replace them within a year. So I though oh boy I’ll have to wait for them and come back. Nope. The guy didn’t question me and took my word. Finished the paperwork in 5 min and said I’ll have a new set of glasses in two weeks. I left baffled. Thinking really. That’s it. It was that easy. That is great customer service. And I’ll definitely be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. Rick was so helpful and thorough and he made the experience fun. He explained pricing and add-ons effortlessly and answered all my questions. Such a quick and great experience. Love my new glasses!

Came in on 11/2 at 11am with family to look at glasses for daughters but the staff was cold and just stared at us. We ask for options and was given quick no help responses. Will not be spending my money at this establishment.

I put off buying new glasses due to the expense until this store opened. Took in my prescription on a Monday, the glasses were ready on Thursday, are perfect and they cost less than the frames alone at my old optician. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I wasnt sure if they took walk-in frame repairs but they did! (I tried to call ahead but the number is for corporate and I figured Id rather take a chance and drop in.) An associate was able to fix my glasses perfectly so you could never tell that they were stepped on just hours ago. :-) Yes they were busy and yes I had to wait a bit because other people got there before me but I understand that, unlike some of these reviewers lol

Though there are lots of people when I visit there, staff are quite nice and regularly ask if I need help. I got my pair of glasses within 30 min. I would also speak highly for their customer service. After I got the glasses in 8 days, I broke the nose pad of the glasses when I try to adjust it. The customer service quickly order another pair for me and generated the return label. So fast! Thats quite great service!

You get what you pay for. Pay cheap get cheap. Please don’t disturb the “customer experience team” (make me gag) children busy on their toys (Phones). Crappy quality. The frames stretch out of shape and can never be properly adjusted. Lenses scratch within 2 weeks. Good luck if you want to call the store. You can’t. You get routed to a call center (so as not to disturb the children in the store playing with their toys) where you can leave a message that won’t get returned, or finally, after endless attempts, get to talk to another child in the call center that can’t help you. Or you can email a dead-end email address. A very aggravating experience. Save yourself the trouble and time.

I dont believe any of these negative reviews. The second I walked through the door I was greeted and set up to speak with a specialist right away. There was a little bit of a wait, but they were busy so I completely understood. Within 15 minutes I was out the door with my perfectly adjusted frames.Part of me believes that these negative reviews are due to people with poor eye sight walking into a parking garage and mistakingly thinking that they were at Warby Parker. It just doesnt add up.As for the frames, best pair Ive ever owned and the price is unreal for the quality.

I went 2 times in a month! One I went to check the glasses out, second I went to purchase them. First time I went, the workers where standing around on their phones, not interested in selling the product. Second time I went, Taylor… she was interested in selling the product. Great work Taylor! My friend highly recommended me this place. When both myself and my wife needed new glasses frames, this was the first place I want to stop by. We entered the shop and everything was new and clean. Over 100 choices of the beautiful frames are ready to pick. However, a girl was helping a customer, two of the salesmen are happily chatting to each other and no one came to ask what we need. I did have a couple of questions to ask but there was no way to interrupt their conversation. Thats just so rude. Another lady seemed have the same issue and asked me if I was working there. I said no. After we wondering around about 10mins helplessly, we left the store. No one approached to ask what we need through the entire time. Didnt get a chance to enjoy their service.

Both myself and my girlfriend have been to this location on separate occasions and we each had a terrific experience! It definitely had a lot to do with the gentleman that, as luck may have it, helped us both. Sergio adjusted the frames on a pair of Persol sunglasses that I had just purchased elsewhere, and did a way better job than the people at Sunglass Hut the day before. He also did an amazing job fitting my girlfriends eyeglasses. He was courteous and professional and fit my glasses perfectly. All this and didnt charge me a dime! Highly recommend this spot!

Ordered glasses in store and no associate told me that it would be the same price (relatively) if I were to get it with or without lens. Next, I find it out online and call in to place an order and the order gets sent in and lost in transit. Next, they take forever to track the order and finally label it as lost. Afterwards, they say can expedite a new one over because they are sorry, which they arent because expedite to them means 4 business days. They originally used USPS as well, who uses USPS? It is very slow and inefficient. In the midst of all this, I happened to come home for an extended vacation to my parents around the holidays for three weeks. I did not ever imagine getting a simple glasses order taking longer than that, but now I will not even get it by new years and will have to get the glasses a month later when I finally find a chance to come back here.Absolutely horrible service. Product is decent but definitely not worth the hassle, there are a lot of different eye care providers that will treat you better.

I got my first pair then was thinking about getting a new different style. As a returning customer, I didn’t get treated as friendly as I expected. First as I walked in, no one helped me even though there were staff standing by. That’s fine I can try around not a big deal. But when I asked questions, the staff questioned about my preference. My face is square so I should not have a square frame? I am asking whether you have those styles but not your opinion. I used to think Warby Parker really has a good business model, but now I should take those words back.

I had been thinking about getting new glasses for quite awhile and finally decided to go up to Warby Parker and try on some. I didnt really think I would end up purchasing anything but I did!TLDR: read last paragraphI came in on a Sunday morning at about 11:30am (30 minutes after they open) and it was pretty busy. However, I never once felt like I couldnt find someone to ask questions to. I worked with a woman named Grace for a majority of the hour that I was there. Grace was so sweet and so patient with me. I at one point had 5 pairs of glasses that I was deciding between. She even had me try on some things that I would have never picked out but actually really liked. I ultimately went with a safe option but I really liked that she made me try on some new/different styles that I would have never thought of. Grace really listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions (and I always have a ton of questions). She was seriously awesome and I would go back to her in a heartbeat. Marianne also stepped in a couple times and I really appreciated her opinion on some things as well. Marianne also answered a few of my questions and helped me out. Overall, everyone was great.My only sort of negative comment I could think of (not worth taking off any stars but worth mentioning) would be that the manager didnt seem very nice. He was a younger guy and obviously very busy. But I saw how he was talking to his employees and he just didnt seem like he was very nice to them. He also initially made me feel like I was really bothering him with my sort of complicated question about prescription sunglasses. He never broke a smile or really even said hi to me. Lets just say that I am glad I dealt with Grace and Marianne a majority of the time. They were both very patient and really wanted to help me find the right pair of glasses.I will probably have to go back in once I get the glasses and have them fitted a little bit. So I will see Marianne again then. I would highly recommend that you ask for Grace and Marianne if you go in. If you need someone to walk around the store with you and make you try on frames and take your picture for you to send to your friends/family and give you some honest feedback, ask for Grace right away. Seriously, she was so patient and awesome.

Great experience buying glasses and sunglasses. Worked with three different staff at various times and all were very friendly and professional. So far the glasses are working out great and I have received many compliments on them. I personally sought them out because of their disruptor business model. I am offended that Luxottica has a monopoly on glasses and just slaps different labels and designer names to deceive consumers into thinking they have a choice, and peddles the same products to everyone, everywhere. Luxottica manufactured glasses are priced high because, with a monopoly, you can charge whatever you want. If all those brands were truly competing with each other, wed see that artificial pricing come down to Warby Parkers level.

Very affordable on trend frames and prescription lenses (including sunglasses), almost everything is below $100 with special lenses being the exception. If you get the chance stop in and try everything on.
