I had a very similar experience to another reviewer. I went in for a basic eye exam because it was close to my work and in-network. Fast forward one year and I get a letter from a collections agency for about $200 more than I would have expected for a basic eye exam. Im assuming this is the new member fee that the other reviewer mentioned. I never received an initial bill from her and now my credit is dinged because she sent it to collections without making an effort to get the bill to me. Thanks for turning a truly unremarkable visit into something that is now going to follow my credit around for the next seven years.

Excellent experience with eyelid surgery for ptosis and an upper bleph, plus a brow lift. Would highly recommend Dr. Marys services. Her office staff is amazing, welcoming and warm. I cant wait to engage with their office more for some other cosmetic procedures. It is also great to be able to get your eyes exam done as well!

Was not sure the best way to write my review so I figured multiple would be best. I had ptosis surgery in July and could not be happier with my results. She was patient with me and took the time to talk with me and answer all questions before. The surgery and recovery was much easier than I expected and I am extremely happy with my eyes. I came here recommended by a friend. Dr. Mary is absolutely the best. I cant say enough good things about her. She is super honest, straight to the point and knows her stuff. There is no rushing patients in and out and they really take the time to make sure youre taken care of. The office and space is beautiful and everyone is very friendly.

Would recommend Dr. Mary to anyone. She is professional and very knowledgable. I was a new patient and she made me feel comfortable and confident. I cant thank her enough for making me beautiful.

Made an appointment via Zocdoc with Dr Totten for an annual eye exam and complained about chronic dry eyes. Dr Totten, who was very professional and pleasant, then recommend I speak with Dr Mary. I was a little apprehensive about speaking Dr. Mary since i wasnt expecting to be at a cosmetic surgeons office to begin with. Anyways, I found Dr Mary very professional as well, and the punctal plugs she placed in my eyes have helped with my dry eyes tremendously! Im also Asian (and a Chinese one at that) but I did not experience any racially offensive remarks which a previous poster unfortunately mentioned she encountered, which is much appreciated!

I went in for a eye exam. I knew I would be charged to get my eyes dilated etc, however, several weeks AFTER the exam, I was sent an additional bill for $300 just for being a new patient. I had found her through ZocDoc, had been told I was in-network, etc. I knew the dilation would cost money but was not expecting a $300 bill on TOP of the $110 I spent on getting my eyes examine. Its ridiculous. I was never informed of the charge and I cant believe they would charge me $300 for being a new patient, considering the fact that now that Ive been blindsided by that bill, Ill never go back there.

I went there because of a bleeding virus infection and they told me that there was nothing they could do. When I was done with the appointment I was waiting for my friend to pick me up and the doctor comes out and says out loud What is that Chinese girl still doing here. Im not Chinese. Not all yellow asians are Chinese. This is really an offensive thing to say. Also, I came back for a check up the next week and then they said that the virus got more complicated so then they can give me eye drops. After using them for less than a day, my eyes were miraculously better which is funny because a week ago they said there was nothing they can do. And after a week of literally not being able to see, have blood coming out, and pain in the eye, I put in a couple of drops and its gone.

Mary is great. I have been going here for years and really appreciate her as well as her talented staff!!

Great service, was able to fit me in for an eye injury. Very thorough examination and I love the fact that she offers skin treatments as well.
