The doctor and his staff did a very good job when it came to things related to my eyes. They were able to diagnose a problem that Ive been having for months and give me a treatment plan to help me get better. But then at the end of the appointment the doctor told me that I should lose weight and suggested that I get gastric bypass surgery. I told him if the next words out of his mouth didnt have to do with my eyes I didnt want to hear them. He apologized profusely multiple times but he overstepped and I am uncomfortable coming back.

I don’t usually write reviews, but from the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. I had not had an eye exam in a few years and Dr. Golden made it so easy. But more importantly, he was detailed in explaining all of the parts of the eye and what conditions we should keep an ‘eye’ on going forward. I would definitely recommend Dr. Golden and his staff.

Dr. Golden is extremely thorough. He takes the time to explain what hes seeing and what your care options are. Great office and great support team.

Dr. Golden is a fraud. Dr. golden’s staff said that the Groupon eye appointment included a PD. When I got to the office Dr. Golden said it did not. Then they asked for medical history form and after redeeming the Groupon fir the eye appointment, Dr. Golden refused to do the eye appointment. He said he wasn’t going to refund the money either. This is illegal. Do not trust him

Worst optometrist I’ve ever been to. He prescribed a pair of Tom Ford frames that gave me an excruciating headache because I couldn’t see and the contacts he prescribed made my eyes so dry and irritated. Not to mention the receptionist at the front desk was very unprofessional, I’ll probably be writing into the BBB this was such an awful experience.

Aggressive billing might scare you away from his office.

What a terrific doctor he took his time answered any questions I was able to get in right away for an appointment. I’ve never had such a detailed examination like that I have told everyone they need to go to him for at least eye exam. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Dr. Mark Golden is a compassionate, efficient and punctual physician. He takes one through the diagnosis --explaining clearly each step. I have seen him for regular eye checks-ups, cataract surgery, Sjogrens Syndrome (an autoimmune disease, which creates dry eyes and mouth) and for reading glasses. His staff is friendly, concerned and professional.

He was very wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had a pump on my lower eyelid for over a year, and my last eye doctor was no help. He helped me out and explain how I need to take care of my eye better. Karla was such wonderful help, and responds to my emails quickly. I would come again!

Dr. Mark is amazing. He performed my Lasik surgery and I was a difficult candidate. Ten years later, my eyes still have perfect vision. He is extremely professional, bright and experienced. His eye exams are extremely thorough and his office staff the friendliest anywhere.

Dr. Golden gave me a thorough exam and did find I had cataracts on both eyes. He gave me an explanation of what was happening and solutions. He gave me the name of an associate who has performed operation with success. I do appreciate his concern and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I go to see Dr. Golden for Botox. I have had Botox administered by one other person, before I started seeing Dr. Golden and had a not so great experience. The dreaded frozen forehead and as a result, daily headaches for the first month. I was reluctant to try it again and waited a year before making an appointment with Dr. Golden. He mapped out the doses, explaining to me why he was going to inject at the Xs marked on my photo. After that first session, my forehead wrinkles were smoothed out (permanently -- they never returned), the wrinkle between my eyebrows eliminated for 9 months, and he made my asymmetrical right eyebrow match my left brow. Now I will only see Dr. Golden for Botox. At my last appointment, I had asked him questions about LASIK. Later this year I plan to get the PRK procedure done at Doctors for Visual Freedom.

Dr Golden and his staff are warm and friendly. Dr Golden helped me with a terrible and persistent eye infection that no one else was able to treat.

Opthalmologist was very professional however staff is something else. Stay away!

Dr. Golden is a wonderful, gentle physician who was invaluable to the healing of my eye issue!
