Ive been in this facility for a couple of years now and Im happy. I would recommend this facility!

Not a good place for seniors. My great grandmother was there and every single time we visited her she had strange bruises all over her body. Half of the time she would be on the floor laying on a mat because “she kept falling out of bed” so they decided to leave her on the floor. She was not treated well and the staff did not do much to help her. I don’t remember meeting anyone there who seemed passionate about helping their seniors. We moved her to a new nursing home where she is being treated 10x better and suprisingly doesn’t get anymore strange bruises.

The director of departments was great . The services I received from nurses, cna, physical therapist, food dept. doctor was great. Even though I was in lots of pain I received great support.

They refuse to pay their bills! My staffing company provided a nurse for them who worked one shift, then decided not to work there anymore. They have refused to pay us for these hours she worked.Tom DiganCFOPearlCare Search Group

I am currently a patient here at Glen Elston and I do have to say the nurses and staff are very attentive and caring they take your pain and feeling into consideration and are on top of your medications if any help is needed with bathing or dressing they are more then happy to help they are also very friendly if I ever have to go into a nursing home anytime in the future I will be choosing this one they also go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and pleasing and the activities department also makes sure you have a good time with their activities as well my nurses are Maggie Abby Emy and Manilla my CNA are Lou very wonderful lady she even remembered my uncle that was here in 2009 til he passed away on June 13 09 shalonda and the other ones I cant remember their names but I would like to show my gratitude to all who took care of me my ots and my pts were also very caring thank you for caring for me I really appreciate everything your staff has done for me and I will recommend this place to my friends and family if they ever need a place for a loved one

Worst nursing home ever. Dirty, unhelpful, rude staff. Rude nurses and assistants,I dont know how they still have a job. This place is unprofessional . They are disrespectful to the people staying here. I have a relative that stayed here and was able to walk a little but after being here for a few wks he cant even walk, they dont help them with therapy. This is the cheapest nursing home, they have 4 patients in a room! No tv for them to watch, basically since its behind their bed. The floor is dirty, the bathrooms are dirty. They dont clean the patients well. When nurses are called they take their sweet time. I hope all of the nurses get fired. Apparently management is bad. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Well to me this nursing home is one of the worst,my grandmother has been there for two yrs now and when she got there she was fine. she took a turn for the worst now she doesnt walk,doesnt hear,and all she does its scream help....with that said they barely bathe those poor elderlies the smell on the floor is terrible not to mention more than half of the staffs are extremely rude including secretaries and administration in general.... completely unprofessional,my grandma always has bruises and cuts all over but they fix it by saying she throws herself from the bed at night,the feeding methots are horrible as well they have so much to do so many elderlies to feed and their under staffed...am not happy with this place at all they need the city inspectors to come and see this place but by surprise because if their advised theyll get it together for the five minutes...

I live a block away from them and they were accidently sent one of my packages and refused to give it back(stealing essentially). I called them and the receptionists were extremely rude and refused to talk to me even after the post office had proof it was delivered there.

The service is not spectacular and the comfort is not the best as well. It is the minimum (its an okay rehabilitation center).

I would not give him a star, but in order to comment I have to mark a star. They do not comply with the services they claim to offer, the place is never properly cleaned as it should be. And when I say clean, I mean curtains with residues of food, medicines, escreta, fungus; and they are almost all the curtains (the ones that divide the patient from one bed to another and the windows do not tell each other, because if they go now, they were cleaned recently).My family member, thanks to his negligence, was on the verge of death. If you love your loved one, think about it very well, before entrusting it to these mediocre people. The truth is the daughter of God.

This place is only rated as a disaster ... it sucks there is no cleaning they say one thing and do another ... it really is not even worth mentioning how bad it is ... four elderly people in a very small room smelling of real dirt hopefully the children of these people can visit their parents and see what the crap they are ... I only went with a friend who wanted to rehabilitate their mother there and only left her one day because it didnt seem like a proper place for her mother to people will never recover ... pay attention to that ... But I will also say something good Sofia and Ivan were very kind but it is not enough that they have kind people, they need more cleaning and better conditions for the seniors..
