This facility is under new management and they are very accommodating. They try to help you the best way they can in regards for your skilled nursing needs. I recommend this facility!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one majority of the workers especially night shift takes forever to respond to call light they have attitudes like they don’t want to do their jobs food sucks don’t cooked all the way and it’s always a power outage and that is not safe due to there being a L-Vad patient that lives there if I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would

If I could, I would 0 star this place they don’t care about their residents. New management came in, and all they care about is themselves and money. They put the prices up at the facility store and they have no more activities going on for the residents.

I was sent there after my open heart surgery. I was only supposed to be there for 10 days, but they ended up keeping me there for 2 months! Most of the time it was understaffed mainly on the weekends and sometimes I had to wait for an hour if I needed something. The rooms were barely cleaned. The bed mattress were hard, and bed sheets hardly ever changed. The other residents were often rude to me. My family had to constantly call to make sure I was getting a shower. I got sick twice with fevers and they said it was nothing. The food was okay though. IM SO GLAD TO FINALLY BE OUT OF THERE!! This place was the worst experience of my life.

This facility swirls around the bottom of the barrel. Whenever its name crackles over the radio EMTs and paramedics exchange depressed glances with their partner. Upon completely unscientific surveys of our colleagues we have been hard pressed to find anything nice to say about this particular facility. Staff is hostile, unhelpful, uninformed, and unmotivated. Patient care always seems lacking to the point of being nonexistent. Many of the patients we have transported from here ask us to help them get transferred anywhere else. The physical facility itself, such as beds and equipment were often broken or inadequate. All it takes is a google search of this places past to find out just how bad things get there. We recommend the search, we do not recommend ever even stepping foot in the building.

I would like to acknowledge all the wonderful nurses that helped my mom. She was sent to this nursing home after having a stroke and could not walk. The therapy staff motivated her every day and had her walking within 2 weeks of being there. The administration was so nice, they always answered my calls and helped me and my mom with all of our concerns. They made us feel so comfortable. The place is clean and the people that work there really are caring. They went above and beyond to help us. if my mom or family member ever has a need for a nursing home, I will definitely recommend Continental nursing home. We had a great experience. Thank you Continental.

This company has proved to be so disappointing, and disgusting. New management has came in and proved to be even worse than before!!! They have treated residents unfairly and doubted them because of their disabilities! They do not provide any stimulating activities and Covid friendly activities.

Yesterday I recived a call from a women at this facility claiming she was the ADON and was calling for my partner whom was not available at the moment. The women addressed me by my name which clearly indicated she was looking at the face sheet of my father in laws medical record in which Im in for questions concerns decisions n in emergencies. Well the AFON refused to acknowledge me and went to ask another question so whats your relationship to the patient I replied if your calling me its in the chart Im his son in law. She went on to say she needed to speak to my partner for permission for a colonoscopy I said it ok you can do it and she refused requesting to speak to my partner whom was not available. I presided to ask for the # to there corp. Office she placed me on hold for over 15 min. Never coming back how unprofesional if this is how you treat family what care are you giving to our loved ones. I then called back over and over asking to speak to the administrater and again placed on hold over and over again after 12 calls n being placed on hold I was told by a philipio nurse that the administered named Monica was in a meeting. Really 45 min calling 12 calls n no one said such a thing. I know I was being lied to so I had a family from the facility whom was visiting just do a pop up and yes it was a lie the administrator was available she was not in no meeting. I called back again and asked for the # again to there corp. Office and was told that they could not give that # out n to search for it on line. Are you kidding. This location I would tell familys STAY AWAY FROM THIS NURSING HOME. WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER FACILITY FOR MY FATHER IN LAW! MY RATING IS CLEAR

I was told by an employ that their was 2 slots open for house keeping. This was not the first time I brought in an application for open slots for this establishment not once but twice. I filled out the second application in September 12th and got interviewed on the spot, but not by the supervisor of housekeeping by the supervisor of Maintenance instead and was told that they were going to give me a call and give me my schedule for work for the second floor 7 to 3 p.m. I waited a week and no call and when I call myself they told me the position was already filled and that I wasnt there and I never did an application and also add insult to injury lost my application. So after when I hung up with the supervisor of housekeeping efren I called the front desk receptionist and said I want to do a report on efren to which I was told later after that they found my application but was still never called or received a scheduling for work. So I hear from an employee that works there that there are two slots open for housekeeping and so I called the supervisor of housekeeping efren and told him if theyre two open slots for housekeeping? in which he said yes so I told him my full name and that this is not my first time going to apply for housekeeping. After a second on the phone efren says to me oh you know what the slots are already filled upeven though he just said the the slots were open for housekeeping on the phone to me few seconds ago. The whole situation was very unprofessional. Efren straight up lied to me not once but twice. I hope the ministrator or whoever reads the review reports this to the ministrator of your establishment to get you fired.PS dont have maintenance interview for housekeeping job theyre not supervised for housekeeping only maintenance so do your job right. Get it together people!!!!!!!

I used to work here and the staff was hard working, caring, but always understaffed, which made it difficult to fully take care of the residents, the way they deserved to be taken care of.

This facility was recently in the news claiming an illness occurred abd 5 people went to the hospital...the reason for this incident was multiple drug overdoses. They have locked down the facility till they can get a new pass system in place. Now the facility is discriminating against residents by not allowing them to go outside. Their pass system discriminates against people who use walkers and wheelchairs, saying they cannot go out alone. This facility has many issues the state and insurance companies need to investigate. There are nurses who give the wrong meds consistently..who are still employed here. You have unsafe patients that cannot be controlled until the police are called. They have an administrative staff that are trying hard to cover all the issues up. Its a shame when its about money and not about the concern for the patients.
