If I could leave 0 reviews I would. My insurance literally paid the bill 1 month after I saw the dr. But instead of doing their job, the office continued to send me bills and even wanted to send it to collections. On top of that, no one in the office would call me back. I left so many messages, and not a single call back.The only bright spot was the billing lady. So professional and helpful.On top of this billing fiasco (which was even coded incorrectly) the scheduling is a mess. The Dr. does not schedule you at the end of the session, you have to call the office and schedule, and the office takes forever to call back, if at all.Save yourself some stress and do not go to this office

I would not recommend Wegierek Psychology Center because of ineffective treatment and unprofessional staff. My husband was seeing by Dr.Nykiel 7 times. In none of these visits was he provided with any tools to help him with his issues, so he got discouraged and stopped the therapy.We also ended up with an overpaid co-payment that our insurance covered later due to change in policy. Doctors staff insists that the payment was never received even though it shows on my insurance side that the check was cashed out. Now billing specialist Michelle says that she wont waste time calling insurance for $20 (then just send me my check if $20 is not a big thing for you, right?).Weve been trying to straighten it out with the office manager Alex who is not in the office whenever we talk to her over the phone. She promises me and my insurance representatives to check on the issue when shes in the office and has an access to the records, but she never did.Do not waste your time and find yourself more helpful and friendlier provider.

I was nervous going into my first appointment but Dr. Wegierek put all my worries to rest. Her and the rest of her staff that helped me with my testing were very kind and professional. I recommend that anyone seeking a new psychologist come see Dr. Wegierek, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Anna Maria Wegierek is the most compassionate and knowledgeable medical professional I have yet to meet. She treats her patients with respect and is fully interested in their wellbeing. After 5 years of unsuccessfully seeking medical help with other professionals I’ve finally found Dr. Wegierek who offered the care I needed. I will be forever grateful for the life changing help I have received. I would also like to note that the receptionist was polite and helpful when scheduling appointments and I always felt welcome.

This is not based of the doctors services. My review is based on my experience as a first time patient looking to get some answers. Ive received services at a university before and my experience in the phone call I made to the office was terrible. This made me want to forget about trying to get services here. Already I felt that the office only being available 3 times a week was an inconvenience but I was trying to make it work. I decided to give iit a try any way. Since it is my first time finding an outside office through my insurance I had a few qustions, yet after just asking if my insurance was taken, and then having the lady on the phone confirm that, then immediately trying to get me off the phone by saying that I need a doctor referral and my doctor would answer questions. I accepted the fact that I would need a refferal although other offices I attempted to call had not required that, however as I attempet to ask the cost of the services to have prior knowledge before going through the trouble of reaching out to my doctor, she just kept saying your doctor will tell you in the most rude tone, I said okay and then said to her that I had a few more questions and before I can ask she just kept repeating your doctor will tell you. I ended the phone call there due to the lack of care and consideration of the patients need. It no longer felt necessary to be assisted since I no longer felt I would be getting the proper care there based on poor quality staff. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I dont know how the doctor services are, if i coud give zero stars based on my experience speaking to the lady on the phone I would. Looking at all the other positive review I wonder how I ended up receiving such bad service.

Dr. Patrycja Nykiel, who looks after our young adult, is a qualified person, she establishes good contact with the patient, and the selection of methods she uses has a very positive effect on our sons emotions and behavior. Thanks to these meetings, also me, the mother, changed my behavior and attitude towards my son. The doctor helped us overcome many difficulties and problems that started to grow between the parents and the young person who had different expectations and requirements. The professional approach of Dr. Patrycja Nykiel to our son, the values ​​that she tries to convey to our son, deserve great thanks and recognition.
