I have been very sick for the last 3 years since an orthopedic surgery on my ankle.I was not given a patch test and had no knowledge at all of a Nickel allergy. In fact I assumed I had a Titanium implant which most modern hospitals use.But a world class hospital put in stainless steel alloy which contains Nickel. I did not receive a patch test.I have gotten progressively worse and worse to the point of not being able to walk and even having heart failure. This Nickel allergy is a killer! Its really killing me!So after being ignored and shamed for being sick by the doctor who put it in I went to a doctor at another hospital who took one look at me and said it looks like Nickel allergy within 2 minutes of meeting me.The problem came when I found out insurance does not accept patch tests after the fact that I needed a blood test and almost nobody does it!So I found out about Orthopedic analysis and got my test results back and it was a Nickel allergy as the doctor suggested.The process of dealing with Orthopedic analysis was fast and efficient.Now I am in plans to get it out and hoping to get a part of my life back though I lost 3 years of my life already and was criticized by the doctor for having pain. I lost the ability to walk lost 25 pounds and I didnt have 25 pounds to lose I have heart failure and I am so weak I can barely stand up!This metal destroyed my life! I was once a dancer and Martial artists and more recently a surfer and I walked 4 -8 miles a day until the time that they put the metal in now I cant walk at all and I am in constant pain!I got the test results back in a timely manner and I am thrilled with the results. There is a light at the end of this very dark tunnel! Thank you Orthopedic analysis!

Update: I did get a reply, eventually, & I got a refund a few days after that. They told me that they couldn’t process my order because it’s international, but there was an option for international delivery, that’s why I picked it. Anyhow, problem solved, review updated from ⭐️ to ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️————————-I ordered a metal allergy test from them online & I paid by Paypal. Paypal confirmed that my transaction went through. I paid for an overnight delivery to Romania, where I live. A few days afterwards I emailed them at an email address they had listed on their website to ask when shall I expect the test kit to arrive, considering that it’s an international delivery & to ask for a tracking number. I never heard back. Three weeks later, realising that I never heard back & the money were still taken (sometimes stores send refunds if they can’t process an order) I contacted them through their Accounting Department (the email listed on Paypal) asking them to cancel my order & return my money, based on the fact that they did not deliver. It’s been a week and I never heard back from them.They never provided a service & they never responded to my requests.
