HORRIBLE - I seriously beg you do not go here. They misread my chart causing me serious health complications, lost my test samples, and failed to give me critical information on my IUD that could have resulted in pregnancy. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism at a doctors office. Were considering pressing charges for what has happened if that informs you of the gravity of the situation...

The front desk people werent very nice or helpful on the phone. I am not sure how they claim the insurance. I went for preventive care and it should not cost me anything out of pocket, but they said I have to pay for the lab work. I did the same thing before at the same location with Northwestern, I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience time and time again. I recently had to wait almost 2 hours for an appointment that I had scheduled. It forced me to have to take work off and absolutely ruined my day

I had an appointment with Dr. Mercedes Castiel one week ago today. She requested I have a sonogram due to unusually heavy bleeding. The nurse called the next day to give me the results and said that the doctor would be calling to give me a more detailed description of my diagnosis and to discuss treatment. After calling several times and leaving several messages, I still have not heard from her!!! Its ridiculous and Im beyond dissapointed! Im currently looking for a new doctor! I would NOT recommend this practice!

This practice, especially Dr.Snow, is amazing! They have always made time for appointments, the answer my questions quickly and clearly. I have been a patient for over 5 years after being recommended to this group from two friends. Dr. Tough DeSapri always listen to every concern and addressed them well. Dr. Snow listens, moves quickly to fix issues, is a fantastic doctor and surgeon, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Although Dr. Tough DeSapi has moved on, I’m confident that Dr. Naamen and the team will be a great Primary Care resource.

I normally don’t do this but I think it’s important for tge practice and other patients to know before selecting them. This place has horrible customer service. You schedule an appt with Dr. Baer week’s in or even a month in advance and she always reschedules the appt. as if her time is more important than your time. I can understand from time to time but this always happens and it’s a pain because you schedule off from work. This is also very inconsiderate. I scheduled a new patient appt. with Ms. Naaman because Dr. DeSapri left and they rescheduled the day of on me! Again very inconsiderate. If you don’t want patients then just say so so that we can go somewhere else.
