Dont let ur loved one go to the place. Im from Minnesota and Ive never seen such poor care. People in this state are sooo unfriendly its unbelievable, so imagine the care u get. My mom was a visitor here and died where she dreaded to go. A Chicago hospital during covid.👎

My wife’s appoint early Friday morning. Plenty of fuel. No snow. Roads were good. Kinda dusty looking outside. The commute was pleasant. Fast moving traffic. Found a good close parking spot. Plenty of free masks to mask up. Not too many people around. Found a secluded spot to sit. She got called before her scheduled time. Got my parking ticked validated. Life is good. Time for breakfast.

The staff in the Galter Pavillion are really top notch, including the nurses, food preparation employees, surgeons and other types of doctors. They treat my son with compassion and truly seem to care. Our whole family is grateful. My only concern is flower and card delivery. These things were sent to my son, but never arrived.

My family has a long standing relationship.with Northwestern. Thankfully more with their suburban locations than city.I had to drop.my husband off at Gaultier Pavillion around 2:00 pm.because I had severe back muscle pulls & I trusted he would be taken care of. When I got home at 4:30, I got a call from him. He was still sitting in a wheelchair & as of 7:00 pm. He is not the only one. He is also diabetic & has not been offered any thing more than a Sprite.I have tried calling everyone & Im being given the I cant do anything about your problem! You may have great doctors but your operational services SUCK!!!

My partner and I have been going to NorthWestern for many years and like the doctors and nurses who have been overseeing our health. We are both retired and require a lot of effort to keep us healthy. Our doctors have sent us to specialists who discovered life threatening illnesses that we didnt know was happening and got them corrected.I would definitely recommend anyone to check out NorthWestern Medicine.

Easy to get to. They have everything that you could need. Its a beautiful hospital and the staff are very friendly. Make sure that you get your parking validated or you could be paying $38 for parking. Some of the best specialists in the country.

I would think before starting the process with Northwestern Everything from the scheduling(45 days), to getting a sleep study(60 days) , to getting their 3rd party (PRism Health) to contact me. Im now in the process of following up and being transferred to every department (clinics, appointments, etc).I would highly recommend another healthcare provider

TLDR: Dont be fooled by the fancy lobbies... if you want proper care commute to UW Madison.I have cancer, microscopic polyangiitis and kidney disease so Ive been to quite a few hospitals in my day... I must say the care at NW is simply hit and miss. Some departments are understaffed and as a result most doctors just wont go the extra mile for any of their patients. I dont know how they fudged the books to get that high rating theyve been bragging about but I suggest they put less money into marketing & pretty lobbies and more money into actual healthcare.
