JenCare Drs and staff are very concerned about their patients health. They are really doing a great job with me and my dad. I highly recommend JenCare.

I have been a patient of JenCare for several years. I have been satisfied with the care and treatment I receive from my PCP and the staff. My PCP, Dr Kimberly Webb always addresses all of my health and well being concerns. She listens to me and discusses with me whatever treatment, protocols, specialists I may require. During the early stages of the pandemic, I either went into the office or had a telemedicine call with her. When the vaccine became available, I received both shots at the JenCare Center. I feel fortunate and blessed to have Dr Webb and JenCare addressing my health and wellness.

I enjoy going to Jen Care Senior Care Clinic because its a community and family oriented facility. Everyone is very professional, nurturing, caring, and concerned from the doctor to the staff, and everyone has a friendly and welcoming attitude. We love the early appointments especially when were in and out.

I am not the type to make rash or spontaneous decisions, especially concerning my health, but I am looking to change locations. I have had enough of the miscommunication, rescheduled appointments, lack of professionalism. I am constantly placed on hold, then forgotten about. Referrals are a joke, and every outside specialists I have attended are always annoyed when I show up without one because that means hours of excess phone work to obtain it from Jencare. Its downright embarrassing. They are unorganized, and I spend a lot of my personal time doing the legwork they should be doing.

They have rude people working there. They need to have a people that are educated and polite.

Initially I loved JenCare and it is a great place if you are pretty healthy. However if you are very ill and need to get referalls done promptly and correctly you may want to rethink where you go. I was diagnosed in December with a serious illness and it is March. Due to the delay in getting referrals done I have still not started treatment. Their reputation among their peers is poor. Every specialist I spoke to was disappointed with their referral system. So if you are in pretty good health, go. But if not, find a more proactive place to go.
