All my needs, concerns and questions were responded to and answered. I had the follow up services scheduled and an appointment for my flu shot and booster. I was fully satisfied with time spent focusing on my wellness care plan.

My overall experience at Oak Street is usually positive. The facility is clean. The staff is courteous. I appreciate the fact that my primary care physician, Dr. Payne, is very thorough and thoughtful.

I was explained how were and what to expect during and after. Then any question. Done.

My last visit was much better then all of the previous ones. My only concern is that I have not yet met/seen a doctor, only nurses.

It was a routine follow up visit and I received the usual excellent treatment.

I didn’t have to wait long to see the Doctor and it was time for my annual review that went quite well.

I was given the shot by the nurse after all questions were asked & answered. The side effects were also explained. Being given all the facts, I didnt have any reservations about the shot. Was pleased with the experience.

Received covid-19 vaccination at this facility. Minimum wait time in area social distancing; very professional care and treatment by staff.

They refused to let me speak to someone from the 95th street clinic it just made know sense So I want be using there services they just dont seem trust worthy

The staff are friendly and the doctors are good. But if you need any paperwork for your Utilities such as light or gas forget it. I was told the center is very limited with giving out certificates to help their patients. Even though they diagnose the disease. Horrible experience. The parking is limited.

Like most people who have written a review I feel like I was shuffled about. Also was told I will have to pick a medicare supplement insurance. The thing that really got me was I was given a appointment with a Dr. Ashley. I didnt see not a 1 doctor in the place. I was seen by a nurse practitioner which is not what I wanted. I have a appointment for 3 wks. I will be cancelling and not returning.

Worst place ever for healthcare. Dr. Payne is clueless about what’s going on, nurses hang up when asked about pending referrals, & worst customer service. Trust me stay away from any Oak Street Health. If you have parents there take them out ASAP.

I recently had my 1st appointment with Oak Street Health at the Ashburn location with Dr Kyra Payne and I couldnt have been more satisfied! From the moment I sceduled the appointment, picked up at home, my arrival at the clinic and my exam by Dr Payne and being dropped off at home I felt like a celebrity! Each and every staff member was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating ensuring that my experience was enjoyable. Im sure Ive made a match in Heaven for my healthcare. I love💟 my Doctor!

I Had Such A Disrespectful Time Here ,Very Very Unprofessional Medical Staff 3.50 Hours of Wasteing My Time. Dr. Payne.& Adam Estrada did not doing but wasted my time. I did not even see a Provider. They are discriminated against me for my Age of not being A Senior. There Primary Goal is for older Adults. The Call Center Full of Liers from Supervisors on Down. Dr.Payne & Adam Estrada Horrible Services, More like NO Service At 87th Kedize.There was Really No one waiting it was dead
