Great staff, very professional, courteous and nice! One of the nurses, Mari, was really great drawing my blood for a health screen. Im definitely going to be coming there for any future visits.

For a community based facility, it was very efficient. The staff was very helpful and curtious. The process was painless and very fast. I was a walk in and I only waited 15 mins or so to be seen, the place was clean and there was water and mints for patients as well as a television to help pass time. Overall a very easant experience for me. I travel alot and have to use concentra for routine urinalysis tests for new hospital accounts and this is top 2 on my list of experiences with concentra.Bill Reckley

Went in for a work related injury. Staff was courteous, kind, and extremely attentive to patient care. Dr Kang was phenomenal. I was stitched up and out the door in less than 2 hrs. First visit, the staff was amazing. Second visit though, there was no communication between the staff and the doctor. They made me wait in the patient’s room longer than I needed to wait…To top it off, they looked at me crazy when I told them I wasn’t leaving until I get the script I needed…I went to Concentra for injury i acquired while I was at work…Have some compassion people…I wouldn’t go there unless I needed help…

Be prepared to wait. I think a lot of the paperwork is redundant especially if youve been to Concentra recently. The check-in process needs to be streamlined better to avoid this and it would get people in and out quicker. Other than that, the staff is friendly and theres a parking lot at this location.

Marcela is awesome… she’s very knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job and loves helping people. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctors office.

When I got to Concentra I thought my pain would be over. I still haven’t seen an Orthopedic specialist and I still don’t have a cast on a broken ankle. If I still need to see my Dr. why go to Concentra in the 1st place?

Concentra’s have a problem taking patients in order. My co-workers and I went for the same thing. I was the first there, almost 30 minutes ahead and they took one of my coworkers before me. When I say something I always get oh they are here for something else. Lies, tell the patient anything. And this was not the first time 🤦🏾‍♀️

CONCENTRA lacks empathy towards their patients. I spoke with a nurse in regards to turning in my CPAP data, I was told I needed to be 70% in compliance. Four days later I was contacted by CONCENTRA to come in for physical, I assumed the Doctor read the report and found I met the 70% compliance. To my disbelief the Doctor tells me the data showed I was 30% in compliance, I asked myself did he misread the report? Why call me in for a physical if I did not meet the minimum requirement? Then he tells me hes doing me a favor by giving me a month DOT card, what an apathetic person didnt he take the hippocratic oath? He is not a good Dr or has other underlying issues with obese people or other races.

The staffing team is very informative and helpful. Brenda, Kamesha and Denise are very attentive and friendly. I appreciate how quickly they were able to take care of me. I definitely recommend this location.

Long wait and parking was terrible, the lot was full and had to park on the street and pay at the pay box to park. Also they have a questionnaire that they text you to fill out. It has about eighty questions and then you submit it back. I would rather have received a paper questionnaire and filled that out. I hope I do not receive meaningless texts from them now that they have my phone number.

I came to visit this location for a back to work physical. Kamesha Nash was such an informative and helpful member of the staff that I want to only come visit this location for my work physical needs. Her warm and friendly demeanor helped calm my anxiety. She was also very personable and comforting. The entire staff was professional, prompt and courteous. Thank you for everything.

No appointments. Took over an hour and a half for a simple drug test

Went in today for a preplacement physical signed in at 8am and was out at 846am very quick and efficient front desk staff was very friendly and professional I had a blood draw done and Brenda did an exceptional job she knew I was a registered nurse which can be intimidating to some healthcare workers but Brenda stuck me on the 1st try not to mention Im terrified of needles lol she was quick and patient with me an was very calming Thanx Brenda!

Maricela was very helpful. She has a very good sense of humor. I have to say she made my visit very delightful. Also she did a very good job of tending to my injury. I have to say if I have to ever go to a concentra again, I will always come to this location.

Went in for dot physical dont have high blood pressure or diabetes or any other health issues so the doctor comes in doesnt ask me any questions regarding my health and says oh I can only issue you a 3 month dot medical card you have to go for a sleep apnea you weigh 290 youre bmi is high.

It was pretty crowded because a few co-workers came in to get our health reviewed for full time work.Overall it was a good experience.

I was disappointed, under staffed. My physical took 2 1/2 hrs. over booked appointments from my job plus emergency walk ins. Hope not to have to visit here anytime soon. The staff was nice thats why I gave them 2 stars. Parking was an inconvenience the parking lot is very small.

Brenda was fast efficient and extremely nice.

Staff was kind and polite. I waited about 40 minutes to take a drug test. I hate waiting. Once the nurse called my name the process moved quickly. My 4 star review is solely based on the 40 minute wait time. In my opinion, a simple urine test shouldnt take any longer than 10 minutes. This has been my experience at other labs.

I set up an appointment for 9:30 AM, and showed up a little early, only to learn that they check you in first-come, first-served. I then waited in a crowded waiting room for an additional hour and a half until they worked through all the people who got there before me. Whats the point of having an appointment with these people?

First i have to say the good stuff. Danny, is phenomenal on the phone and in person. A true professional, friendly and very attentive to the details and needs. Now, lets talk about the therapist thats only available 2 days a week. Very friendly at first, but rude, arrogant and no sympathy for the patients. No patience at all, If she thinks youre not paying attention to her shell make rude remarks. I was using my phone calendar to mark my appointments and she literally said that she would wait for me to be done with my phone to speak. She thought that i was texting. She said, oh. I use my phone for everything. I dont like to waste paper, but she insisted that shed give me appointments on a sheet. To comply, and not be offended i just waited till it was over. Could use a class on bedside manners. Besides that she was very knowledgeable about my issue.

The environment was clean. All individuals wore face masks and practiced social distancing. The staff was cordial and made me feel comfortable in receiving service. The wait was adequate. It was also conveniently located.

Physical was a joke.They didnt even check my arm.That I injured at work.And still didnt get my drug test back.It has been a week and they toldme 1-3 days which is stoping mefrom going back to work.

Dr. Kang and his clinical staff were all very professional and caring. I was a walk in with the flu and they were able to see me within 15 minutes. I will definitely be making this clinic my go to urgent care. I would Highly recommend!

They were very nice, I felt totally comfortable with the staffing! Me an the doctor actually had a conversation about African wildlife. Which was very informative. (Hippos are one of the most aggressive plant eating animals in the wild)

There’s no social distancing practiced in physical therapy; which I’ve encountered multiple times. There are people right by your shoulder; one on the therapy bed and one right next to you in a chair. When I expressed my concern to the doctor/director; he stated that they’re trying their best and any other therapy office that I go to will be the same. I also informed him that I’m in more pain when I leave therapy. I showed him the bruising on my back from a new technique that the therapist tried (cupping); which left my back sore and bruised and told him that, had I’d known that it would cause that affect, I would not have let him perform that procedure on me. His response was that the bruising is normal for the procedure and since I don’t feel it’s working, he’ll take me off therapy.

The office wasnt crowded, and the tech addressed my concern and we had a good laugh about it.
