If my employer didn’t require me to go here I would never step foot In this place it’s ok nothing special

Employees were not wearing mask and the ones who were had them under their noses. I dont trust them during covid.

I changed my children pediatrician to a doctor here at Mercy Medical and everything has been great. The most we’ve waited to be seen by appointment is max 10 mins, the doctor is amazing and my autistic children love her. Definitely recommend this place.

I called in ealier to make an appointment. The first time I called they answered and hung up. The second time a rude lady answer and said its a walk in clinic, which I didnt know since its my first time calling. She rudely asked me what did I needed to go in for which I also find it pointless for her to ask. Need to improve in their phone skills. They need to have someone well trained for her position.

They state walk is welcomed, but when I went in they stated they are by appointment only. They should edit their signs.

I love this place. But every time i call they never pick up the phone. Today i have been calling for an hour now and nothing i just been on hold by the operator stating all represatives are busy. Bad serviceThis is aggravating when youre thrying to take your sick child in.

The people at this location on the (2nd Fl ) attitudes are TERRIBLE! Both times I went.
