Fast, easy, clean, convenient, free. In and out in 25 minutes. Small office but sufficient. Nice staff. Self administered test, which was much easier than anticipated. Overall great Covid testing experience. Will go back as needed.

We arrived early and we’re taken care of immediately. The process was explained clearly and pleasantly. The worker was so helpful and patient. We finished quickly and although we took the test on Sunday results will be back on Monday afternoon.

The lady at the front was nice but results are not same day; barely within 24hrs. They do not deliver the fastest test results in Chicago. I’ve been tested multiple times at different facilities and this is the first time I’ve have to reschedule a flight because 20+ hours have passed and I still don’t have my results. To be tested on a Monday at 3pm and still not have results on Tuesday at 1pm is disappointing. Truly regret going here for testing. Save yourself the trouble and go to another facility.

I got a COVID test done. They were right on time, I self-swabbed outside as I was symptomatic. My appointment was at 9:25am, I was done by 9:30am and received my negative results by 12:30. They have a lot of appointments available, close to my apartment, and ease of scheduling. I definitely recommend. Only con is there isn’t much waiting room space.

We are from out of town and needed a covid test for a concert because of rule change. Making the appointment was very easy and taking the test also was very easy. The staff at this location on Grand was amazing! We actually drove to the wrong location and the woman that I spoke to over the phone was so nice and helped us out! We appreciate them!

I arrived to my COVID test appointment early after just getting off a 20 hour train ride. The receptionists were on break but still allowed me and my boyfriend to check in and wait. Although our appointments were not until 12:30 and 12:35, they saw us right away and were super friendly. They even allowed another lady to check in and complete her test without a scheduled appointment and (like I said) while they were on their lunch break. My visit was simple and quick, which was exactly what I hoped for after traveling and before getting ready to enjoy my vacation. Thank you Loop Medical staff! Grateful I found you guys for my test!

This place was awesome! Im fully vaccinated, but still needed a RT-PCR test to fly to Ireland. Their website says the results take 24 hours, but because I got there early in the morning (7:50 am), I got my results by 12 noon that same day. Thanks so much for being so efficient and free!!! This place literally saved me thousands of dollars in flight change/cancellation fees. My destination had a weird requirement regarding the format of the PCR test result and they opened up after their regular hours to send me new results and I managed to catch my flight. WONDERFUL spot to get your vaccine. They have appointments available throughout the day everyday on ZocDoc. They are quick and make everything really easy, and monitor you for 15 minutes after your shot. I was late to my appointment and they had no problem with that, I was vaccinated right away and was out in 15 minutes.

I got my COVID PCR test on Tuesday at 7am. I needed a negative result for a trip. It’s Friday after 5 pm and I still haven’t gotten my result. Messages to the portal go unanswered. Now i have to pay out of pocket for a rapid to get a result in time for my travels. Disappointing experience.
