Mel is, in my opinion, the best. I have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years and I have worn 4 different kinds of hearing aids and dealt with 4 different fitters. With my new Oticon Open S1, I can hear 25% better than my older Oticon Alta Pro, thanks to Mels ingenious ability to understand my problem. which was ill fitting tips. On top of that, I saved several thousand dollars by going to him. I recommend him highly.

Mel has been excellent in caring for my dad, my dad had been to many places before hearing world and had given up on wearing aids . About 2.5 years ago I found out my 4 year old son at the time had significant hearing loss. After going to the quote on quote top specialist in the city with Rush and Luries Children for over a year, I wasnt convinced that we were getting the best advice possible. By Gods grace we came across Mel, who discovered that my sons current hearing aids at the time were fitted improperly and guided us to correcting this and by purchasing the latest models on the market. Over this last year and a half my son has shown TREMENDOUS growth and is currently in a general class setting in the 2nd grade getting As and Bs. In all honesty I sometimes forget my son has hearing loss with how naturally he is progressing and sounds. Anybody else who reads this, dont fall for the cochlear surgery, unless its your absolute last chance to hear. Do yourself the favor and see Mel first. Hes the TRUTH!
