To my most pleasant surprise my health care insurance informed me that there was a new benefit: hearing aids. I inquired & learned they would be provided by Chicagoland Hearing - Hyde Park, 5113 S Harper Av, Chicago, IL 60615. Their Rep. was Benjamin Wright, very professional, helpful, & friendly. My hearing aids arrived promptly, Ben explained them well, fitted them for me at the initial setting, & showed me how to link them to my cell phone. I returned for a follow-up appointment, reported that I thot they were working well, he set them at the optimal for me, answered my few questions, & I was now all set with what seem to me to be very high quality, possibly highest quality hearing aids available. Thus far Im very pleased with the experience & my new world of hearing. Thanks.

My personal experience with this place was exciting. First I am very familiar with the Hyde Park area and the office was in a building that I frequent. When I first met Ben, he made me feel at ease and comfortable about how to care for my hearing devices. When we completed my visit Ben said “welcome back”; to the hearing world. I wanted to tear up because I could really hear and I was back. Thank you Ben!

Met with Ben and we talked about my hearing loss. He showed me the hearing aid I would need and told me it would take about 3 weeks for it to come in. Came in sooner. Saw Ben to pick them up and he gave me a quick demonstration, along with the booklets. Then I saw him a week later to make sure everything was ok. Very pleased.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the prompt response time of being notified that the hearing aides had arrived and it didnt take long to get an appointment to pick up the product. Thank you.

Go anywhere but here. The Big Guy Ben, as he called himself, has the aplomb of a porcupine. Hes NOT a people person, nor does he interact well with senior citizens on a fixed income. All hes interested in is getting as much money from you that he can. Hes slick & has an answer for everything so his company will benefit, not the client!

Went to see my audiologist today with several problems. He had the parts before I even asked for them. He also made an adjustment to the program and I was on my way in minutes. Great job.

My friend reached a hearing center for me. I was not happy with the hearing center I was attending . She came up with the Chicagoland Hearing Center. The one in Hyde Park was perfect location for me. Benjamin give me the attention and information that I needed. I ordered the hearing aids that day. They were back within less than 2 weeks. I have referred others to this center . Very happy
