I would like to post with no stars but it wont let me. I try calling the number on the back of my card and when I choose the member option it sends me to the provider section every time. Well, I also work for a provider and the option I need is not given. When I ask to speak to a representative it says thats not an option then hangs up on me. Can never get to a live person whether Im calling as a member or provider. Working through the website is not better. You are in healthcare, customers and customer service should be your number one priority not last. Awful!!!
