I love this store. Its just relaxing and calming to visit. Order online, pickup in store is a great feature. Super easy! Also, the staff here is always very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service! I’ve been coming to this location for years. I’ve since moved away from the area, and there are closer locations, but I travel 30 minutes to come to this particular one because the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They know me by name. And they even remember what I usually buy. You can’t beat that!

The employees are knowledgeable and courteous, and very personable this is the only Vitamin Shoppe that Ill go to.

Great service at this location, and actually all locations Ive been to. It can be hard to find everything bc they have so much. Just walk in, theyll ask what you need and take you right to it. Most sales people have a decent knowledge of everything they have, which is incredibly impressive.

The vitamin Shoppe is that place that can be easily overlooked cause of the name. Once inside you can clearly see that this place has everything you need to feel good. The vitamin shoppe has a great selection of non-toxic amazing smelling soaps, shampoos, moisturizing oils, creams, natural toothpastes, healing mouth wash, essential oils, carrier oils, tastey organic protein bars (vegan and non-vegan) cookies, as well as vegan and non vegan protein powders.The vitamin shoppe carries its own brand label which is well priced and affordable. You can find moringa, spirulina, black cumin seed oil, goji berries, cocoa nibs, honey and more at all the vitamin shoppe locations.

Prior to visiting I sought out this Vitamin Shoppe to stop at on a later date because I was not fond of a product called (Electrolyte Stamina) that I purchased from a different Vitamin Shoppe. I also wanted to drop in to see if they carried a product called (Endurox Excel) that I have been proudly using for sometime now. During the month that I have been taken Electrolyte Stamina, I always cringed taking it every day because of its salty taste in my mouth, which led me to quickly swallowing it while taking it with water. I did feel a difference in my ability to accelerate while running, but as for my stamina it felt slightly different. As for taking that product again, I will pass!During my initial visit I stopped in to look at fat burners. I felt a little hesitant upon asking the employee, but that was my own insecurities. I later mentioned that and why I am seeking a fat burner after he escorted me to the section where the fat burners were located. He gave me a lot of information about several products on shelf. Products that caught my eye were Performix, Tonalin CLA, Isatori - L Carnitine LS3, Prosupps - L Carnitine 1500 and L Carnitine 3000. Out of the products mentioned I debated on the Prosupps - L Carnitine 1500 (sweet-n-tart), and the Isatori - L Carnitine LS3 1500 (pink lemonade) because of the flavors. However, I do have an interest in trying the Tonalin CLA on a later date because it was cheaper.As for my purchase, I ended up purchasing the Prosupps - L Carnitine 1500 (sweet-n-tart) based off of what my taste buds craved at the moment. In the meantime, I left Vitamin Shoppe satisfied and eager to try my new product, thanks to the knowledgeable employee. Vitamin Shoppe never lets me down.Thomas Gouard

The condescending Manager Christoper followed me throughout the store as I was pricing Protein. I normally frequent the North avenue and Clybourn store. The service here is tawdry.
