Great service! I come here quite often to buy protein and pre workout stuff. There’s a young lady name Xochilt who is always super nice and addresses my concerns or finds what I’mLooking for . Her service with a smile is superb!

Went on Saturday with a friend to pick out her protein mix, and Xzoclilt was amazing. Helped my friend with what she was looking for and gave amazing service with questions and comments about the mix she chose. We chatted for a bit and it was honestly the highlight of my weekend to know that awesome people still exist and are actually enjoying their job! Will definitely be back when Im low on supplements to check out what GNC has, and thats only because of Xzoclilt!

The are some Crooks don’t buy product from them. If you need return it or exchange , they always tell you to go to another store. Gnc return policy is print on back receipts and they never want help but want your money. Yes ,the lady who works there lies, about can’t looking up stuff, you are part of the same company. Tell me how come you can’t do the same thing. Franchise companies suck, never go by the rules of the company and always have some excuse on how the coupons don’t work or you can use them coupon. Never Shop Here ,If Value Your Time And Money!!!!

Ali is just one of the MOST knowledgeable and helpful people I have come across in a very long time. I will continue to do my shopping at THIS GNC because of him.

I went to return some supplements that I had purchased at a another Chicago GNC. I was told that I could not return them because a manager was not present. ??? What??? Whos ever heard of that policy?!? The receipt does not say this. It says returns within 30 days with receipt at any GNC. I had the receipt and I purchased the item 2 days prior. When I called and asked when the manager would be there, I was told, no hes not available today. Just say you dont want to take the return because it will lower your sales numbers for the day because thats what the real reason. Wasted my time and its just shady. The corporate office addressed my concern - so thank you corrporate, so this 1 star rating is for the store, shady. I wont be going to this GNC again.

I am surprised that there is only one rating for this store. I have been in this store a few times to buy a multi-vitiamins. I wanted to write a review because the guys are always nice and helpful which is not the norm these days. Actually Im heading up there now!Good location, good prices & good service!

Worst GNC/store in the world, the other 2 reviews are totally fake. make sure you read their reviews on yelp (average 2 stars), by far the worst customer service/knowledge place EVER!

I come in and the assistant Ali has helped me a lot with giving me the right product to help me recover from a major knee injury and I feel much much younger thanks to him and gnc
