If I could give it a zero I would. We paid her $1,300.00 and she told us she had appointments on Saturday. We have gone there twice on Saturday and both times she is not there. She wont answer the phone or message me back. There were other people out of the office waiting as well this past weekend and they said they were waiting for an hour for her. Do not go there or pay her in advance.

I would highly recommend Vinci Hair Clinic. I have struggled with scarring alopecia for a few years and since hair transplant wasnt an option I decided to shave my head. I came to Vinci Hair Clinic looking for a way to camouflage the balding areas and have a more even look. They did just that! Everyone in the clinic was so professional and patient. The technician was experienced and answered all my questions. I am so happy with the final results that I feel comfortable and confident with or without a wig!

Theresa did a fantastic job, the results are undetectable to everyone I know/interact with (even daily), and the staff there in general are adamant about you getting the look youre after while giving sound advice on what would look natural.If looking natural and undetectable is what youre into, this is where you should go, hands down. If you want razor sharp lines that go half way down your forehead with ink that has a slightly blue hue to it, a bit of googling will tell you where you should go instead.Price is in line with what youll find is the typical rate for a high end result. If youve seen the YouTuber Fousey and his horrible experience, they would not let something like that happen here, and the price is in line with their reputation. Considering youre getting this for 8+ years of restored confidence, its worth it.

I was told about Vinci Hair clinic by a friend and actually only went to my initial appointment to support him, but I am VERY glad I went. After my initial consultation I was still not sure I wanted to do it, because I was worried and scared it would not look natural and I would look even worse than I did already. The people at Vinci were very nice, professional, answered all my questions. It helped that I was talking to one of their consultants who actually had also had scalp pigmentation done himself and I also met Emese who is one of their best pigmentation specialists. I decided to go ahead and get it done myself after thinking about it for a couple of months and doing my own research on the procedure. After four sessions I am 100% satisfied and love the way the procedure turned out. Emese was great, she explained everything, answered all my questions, gave me great suggestions, and she made the process very easy. It was not painful like I expected it to be, and everyone who has seen me after the pigmentation process just thinks I shaved my head and tells me I look much younger and should have shaved it years ago. I feel a lot more confident now that I dont have to hide my thinning hair and bald spot anymore. I would recommend the procedure to anyone. It is not as expensive as you might think, but it is worth every dollar.

I went to the Vinci in Chicago to look into covering a scar. I have to say, like anything new and unknown, I was a little hesitant. But honestly, when I got there and talked to Emese, she made me feel super comfortable. She explained what they do, she showed me pictures and set my mind at ease. After having this done, it looks sooooo much better. It adds a little more confidence. I know everyone says this, but I really wish I did this sooner. The staff at Vinci hair clinic is incredible.The technician for my MSP procedure is Theresa Macanas-Flynn. She is not only courteous but highly skilled. Although we are not fully done with the procedure, I am completely satisfied with my results so far. I dont even wear a cap anymore. The procedure is undetectable as my friends and co-workers only noticed i look younger. Never knew something like this could change a persons way of thinking. Now im motivated again to workout and be the best I can be. Hats off to Theresa for making it happen!

I was hesitant to get this procedure done because I found so many fake looking results online but I knew Vinci was one of the best and upon consultation I was convinced: Chris showed me his result and Emese explained the treatment in detail. It took 5 sessions for me but the price you pay is for all the sessions that is needed to finish the job,they wont charge for additional sessions which is really nice. I dont need to use Toppik anymore and I freakin love it!!!

Yea highly recommend. The staff was nice and helped me understand what msp really is. My hair was thinning out on top so I decided to shave my head so that the msp can look more organic and not artificial. Obviously you want to go light ink and build your way up. I would say that msp does hurt getting it. Its similar to a tattoo but instead of shading it’s more of a poking to achieve the hair follicle look. They offer a numbing cream but I didn’t purchase it, I have high tolerance to pain and didn’t feel like I needed it. So far I love the new look I have. Shaved head, clipper number 1. I have some hair on top but it’s not as full as the side of my head. Doing msp made it look more full and not so blotchy like it was before. Once everything is healed I plan on going for a touch up if need be and I’m going to start to use some sort of minoxidil (Rogaine), to maintain the hair I have and also so It can hopefully grow thicker.

I came to Vinci with a bad MSP that was done in another place and I was told by the consultant,Chris that he would refer me to Emese who does a lot of correctional work. She was clear and transparent,she told me that she can make it look better but she cannot guarantee a 100% perfect outcome because at this point she was just trying to fix some other providers bad work. She had me get a laser removal and once most of that old tattoo was gone she carefully started working on me. I was so happy after just 2 sessions,she worked wonders! I cannot thank her enough. She was also always available on her private cell nr which she didnt have to do..but she cared enough to let me bug her with any questions I had.All the Vinci staff was so cool. Thank you!

I recently went to the Vinci Hair clinic in Chicago after reading all the great reviews online about the scalp micropigmentation procedure. At first I was a little apprehensive because most of the reviews came from clinics outside the Chicago location. After my first visit, my doubts at the Chicago location were laid to rest. I met with Emese and she went over what was to be expected from beginning to end. Emese let me tell her what look I was going for, and she took it from there. I could not be happier with my decision and the outcome. I receive compliments from family and friends who noticed the difference. Its not the cheapest procedure, but I have been bald for years and have saved tons of money over the years from not having to pay a barber, so in the end it was well worth the cost. I highly recommend this procedure for those looking to have the look of a low hair cut and covering up the bald areas. Emese, keep up the good work!

Could not be more pleased with my experience at the Chicago Vinci clinic. I wasEspecially impressed with Emese, the SMP artist who does the treatments there. She could not have been more helpful , knowledgeable and accommodating in advising and helping my grandson achieve the results he wanted. She really knows her craft and makes it easy to trust her for an amazing outcome.My grandson (who is very hard to please) loves his results. It looks completely real and natural.We were so worried that we would make a mistake by choosing the wrong clinic. We were super lucky to have wound up with Vinci Chicago and the awesome Emese Brunk-Matok. If you are on the fence with where to go , you cant go wrong with Chicago Vinci and Emese, shes a real artist.
