I have been coming to this place for yrs Angie is always the one to do my hair I booked a appointment with her yesterday for today at 10 am I’m still sitting waiting to be serviced at 2 pm o have never been to a braid shop where they tell you they can’t braid your hair because it’s to short I will NEVER come back here again EVER

THEY MADE MY HAIR FALL OUT AND THEY HAD ME WAITING IN THERE FOR SINCE 9AM AND THEY JUST STARTED DOING MY HAIR AT 12PM I COULD’VE BEEN GONE BY NOW AND ITS ALMOST 7PM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY STEADY EATING WHILE DOING MY HAIR

Worst experience ever I will never come here again The ladies are very unprofessional my braids are loose

I had got some crochet here They charge you what ever they feel like charging you she charge me extra cause my crochet hair was long in didn’t put hair on 5 to 6 braids in left different sore spots in my head n now my edges come out within 3day of it bein in this place is bad business even if u make an appointment u will still have to wait around till they feel like they or someone else goin to do yo hair they have me coming back for 2 days straight to fix myHair but never was available cause they excepted someone else even tho I came on timeIdk if it’s a family business but it’s terrible I don’t not recommend

This is one of the worse places to get your hair done , they have very bad customer service ever , they told us too be there between 11:00 am 12 noon an they just started her hair ,the one who came to do my grand daughters hair had a nasty, nasty way , never again will we come here again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Ive been coming here for years and their service has went down hill. They change their prices like you would change your socks, the shop is filthy, and their customer service is non existent.As a customer you would at least think that after sitting for 8 hours they would play a show you can inderstand or speak in English some of the time. They have no consideration for their customers and take for granted the reason their in business. I will not give them another dime of my money!

I love this shop. They are very polite, professional, and fast. They do gorgeous neat braids. The best braiders are momy and soda. They are very negotiable as well. I have been going off and on for the last 4 years and still dont have one complaint.

Worst experience ever she lied about the owner who they call mama lied about the price. Has a nasty attitude and even accused me of not paying her enough money after I gave her $220 for Senegalese twist that it took her 12 hours to do. Then someone got shot across the street from the shop . Don’t waste your time or money

THEY DID NOT BRAIDS MY HAIR RITE AT ALL AND THEY OVER CHARGE I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE THEY USE SO MUCH BLACK GEL AND WHEN YOU SHOW THEM A STYLE THEY ACT LIKE THEY CAN DO IT BUT THEY KNOW THAT CANT THEY JUST MONEY HUNGRY MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER GOING TO THEM AND THAT SHOP IS NASTY!!!

I love coming here getting my hair braided. The ladies are very nice and sweet, their work is neat and tight, and the prices are reasonable. I go every month or every three months. And my hair and daughter hair is Growing!!! P.S. There is never a wait... And they all can braid they be on point!!! And Your Hair will growing #lowend #africas #braidersonduty

Worst experience ever! I permanently have a bald spot...had to go back five, literally 5, times because the braids kept slipping off. My real hair is about 10 inches long and her excuse was my real hair isnt nappy enough to hold the braids! Lol. Wouldnt recommend them at all!

I didnt like anything its bad business and she lies about the price 👎
