I came here for the first time as a walk in eyebrow wax. They were able to get me in right away. The lady who helped me was very nice! She did an excellent job - very careful and thorough. I will definitely be back.There was also a woman who had her eyebrows tinted the same time I was there and they looked great.

Came in from pouring rain at 6:50 to their door open. They close at 7. Woman told me they were closed and wouldn’t take me. Lots of other threading shops around here I would have gone to instead. Take your money to a place that will take it.

My eyebrows have never looked so good! I didn’t think so at first though. I became upset and said they were crooked and the wrong color. The woman serving me, was an angel. She apologized and tried to fix them. She did the best she could it was amazing work! While I was stressing her out. She was so professional, and kind. I love this place and the women that work there! I will come back every time I visit Chicago. I’m sorry about being dramatic. I love my ibrows!

I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. They did a great job but the woman barely cracked a smile. Felt like she was having a bad day. Very happy with my eyebrows though.

The location is convenient and the store is really nice inside. Both the receptionist and the technician were really nice and everything was pretty quick. Its much cleaner and prettier than most threading salons. They are running a special of $9 brow threading since they just opened, so I dont know their normal price, but I would definitely go back.

I received a service today & my eyebrows look horrible. I was not satisfied with my eyebrows & Told The Lady She Made My Eyebrows way too thin. Her response was that next time I should say no trimming or little trimming. You’re the professional you should ask if I want you to trim my eyebrows. I specifically told her not thin, just clean them up. I received the total opposite. I’ve been getting threading for years and never had anyone just trimmed my eyebrows off. I shouldn’t have paid, but I did and bowed gracefully.

I found Urban iBrows after my regular person cancelled without notice (again). So glad they did! Kala does a fabulous job, she listens to you and does what you ask. The shop is spotless and service is fast and very professional.

Wonderful experience. Kala is amazing and she was talented enough to make my uneven eyebrows EVEN. The prices are great too. Sadly, I’m only visiting Chicago but when I come back I will definitely come back for a touch up :)

The woman doing my eyebrows was the roughest, in skills and demeanor. Not only did she not pay any attention to my requirement and made my eyebrows thin, but I also got back home with a cut under my left eyebrow. Felt like she was fighting some sort of a battle with my eyebrow. Went to this place seeing the ratings and reviews. Wonder who or what these rave reviews are for.

I asked for thin, squared and arched eyebrows. All of which I KNOW can be done. She told me I couldnt get arched eyebrows because my eyebrows are not arched. Duh! I wouldnt ask for them if they were. Not to mention. My eyebrows are not thin. I just left disappoint. I was told I should have went to The Purple Chair. Now, I have to let them grow out AGAIN.

This place has great reviews only because of the two (Indian) ladies that work along side of the main woman who seems to run the place (the one with the very thick eyebrows) - unfortunately, Ive had the main woman twice now and she is SO ROUGH and SO BAD AT THREADING that Ive walked out with cuts and bruises!! Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for 15+ yrs and I have never had anyone cut me or be as rough as she is - she should seriously consider sticking to running the place and not threading. The worst part is she is not even apologetic for cutting you shell just nonchalantly say Oh you have a cut as she slaps on aloe vera.If you do decide to go here MAKE SURE you ask for the other ladies that work there - one of them is seriously the best at threading...I have never had someone thread me so painlessly but AVOID the mean, rough, unpleasant lady with the thick eyebrows.

They made sure to check thar I was happy with the result and thw staff was very knowledgeable, so they knew what I wanted done. The establishment was clean and the staff was pleasant. I will be back.

Kala is great. She was very focussed and paid attention to what I said. After my previous incident with the eyebrows at another salon she redeemed it as much as she could and made them look so much better. She took the time to clean it little by little in order to avoid overdoing it, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Urban Ibrows and suggest you to take Kalas service. Besides everything else, she is also a very sweet lady.

My new favorite place! I used to go to another threading salon but recently they were too rough on my eyebrows that I would bleed on a spot or two and I would have tiny bumps for a couple days afterwards the areas that they threaded. They also raised their price. However, urban ibrows was the exact opposite. Its a little cheaper for the same service. They took their time threading my brows and at the same time it was painless. In the end, there was NO bleeding or baby bumps. And all this time I thought those were the cons of getting eyebrows threaded but now I know it was because of where I used to go. Keep up the great work ☺👍

Ive seen a few of the women here and theyve done a beautiful job shaping, threading and tinting my brows. Im a tough customer too so this is high praise from me!

I don’t know why this place gets such a high appraisal. I just went there and the lady who did my eyebrows was not only disguistly rude but was so harsh on my eyebrows that my skin got a cut and major irritation. I will NEVER go to this place again which treats their customers with such disrespect and no regards for the fact that you are doing aesthetic changes to someone’s face ! HORRRIBLE!

Only have bad results when the white lady with black hair does my brows. Ive never had someone leave cuts and marks on my skin with a simple wax but she manages. Unfortunately shes the one usually around when I come in and she is so rough and unapologetic.

I walked in, there was no line or wait. The woman asked, you just want them cleaned up? I relied yes, I dont like my eyebrows thin! Walked out with pencil thin eyebrows! So disappointed!! Now the ugly stage of letting them grow back

You guys offer a 10% discount for people working at Leo Burnett if services are done on Mon - Wed, so for the last 2 appointments I chose one of those days to come in, but your employees did not apply the discount even after asking them multiple times. You need to train ALL your employees on how to apply the discounts.
