The team here is amazing! There is such a sense of community at this studio (not to mention an incredible workout)! Absolutely love the vibe. Its also incredibly clean and has free validated parking, which is a bonus!

I love Shred415! Its such a great workout and I love that no two classes are the same. I always leave class feeling so much better than when I got there! Ive done many workout classes and can easily say Shred415 is my absolute favorite! The South Loop location has the best instructors that cheer you on the entire time. They are so friendly and motivating! The studio is very clean and they take extra precautions with COVID-19, I feel very safe working out there! :)

I have been a Shred415 athlete since 2016 and have loved EVERY MINUTE! Im not new to the world of working out; so when a friend brought me along in 2016 I thought this will be another pretentious, over-curated, elitist gym-space... and since day ONE its been anything BUT! Shred415 is a COMMUNITY of KIND individuals, of DEDICATED staff and Instructors and of athletes of ALL types! I get to take class with people at all levels on their fitness journey and celebrate their successes! I get to meet inspiring Instructors who also come from all backgrounds and have a variety of wonderful and inspiring teaching styles! Perhaps most importantly, I love the staff overall! They care about us! They are accessible, they are genuine and they are motivating! Also, they are COVID safe! If youre looking for a consistent, safe, motivating place... come to Shred415! You WILL see a change in your physique and your heart :-)

Super clean and safe during this time in the world. Melissa is awesome: super motivating and always so happy to have me in class. It pushes you that much more when people put a smile on your face and make you feel good. Surrounding yourself with positive people, this is the perfect gym and the workout is always amazing I leave drenched in sweat everytime.

The best workout classes are at Shred 415! I really enjoy the high intensity workouts that encourage me to challenge myself. The South Loop location has the best instructors who are so friendly and motivating! The location is super clean and COVID safe, plus free parking. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. From the amazing, energizing atmosphere to the phenomenal instructors and management team, Shred415 SoLo is the best of the best!In addition, what I truly appreciate most about Shred is their incredible efforts at keeping all Shredders and staff safe during COVID-19. The studio is always kept extremely clean, with cleaning occurring before each and every class. The members are all social distanced during class and masks are worn as well. I am so grateful I found this gym and am extra thankful that they care so much about each person’s health and well being during these uncertain times.

Absolutely love Shred415, and this studio in particular. Ive been going for nearly two years and its the longest Ive stuck with any particular kind of workout. Classes are great and the instructors are even better. Super clean, well-run, free validated parking - it has all the things!

I tried Shred for a week on their trial pass and loved it! Signed up for an unlimited membership and very pleased about being a regular here. Great workout, great instructors, doesn’t feel like a fitness cult (unlike many other studios), check ‘em out folks!

I Love how Shred415 is the perfect amount of a workout in 60 minutes! When I start my mornings (usually on Saturdays or Sundays) it give me the boost to make my weekend more enjoyable to the fullest! Not to mention it is always clean and organized!

How I miss Shred415 South Loop. Ive been going for years as I work downtown and lived downtown for a long time as well. I moved where there is no Shred (what was I thinking?!?!?!) and would take my Shred415 class before work, or during a work break. With this pandemic, my last workout was on March 13th. My office and everything else was shut down shortly thereafter. While Shredding I had the best body of my life. The workouts helped with stress relief, my anxiety and overall outlook on life. There isnt a Shred by me, so I have been going to OrangeTheory since they were cleared to open. I go 5-6 times a week and how I miss Melissa, Brandon and the other instructors at Shred. The workouts at Shred415 are FAR SUPERIOR. They are well rounded, target specific areas on certain days and never overwork the same muscle groups as OTF does. Its nice to not overwork the same muscles everyday so that I dont have to worry about injuring myself. The playlists at Shred are much better than OTF. Coaches have more personal interaction and classes are smaller. It is such an all around better experience. Im actually going to drive an hour on Sat to take a class with Melissa this weekend. I CANNOT WAIT!!!! Sign up and go to a class here already! You can thank me later.

This class has changed my life! Shred is such an incredibly efficient and effective workout. I was initially intimidated to try a new workout -but 30lbs lighter, I am stronger and faster than when I started -I sure am glad I took the risk! You have to try this workout! When you walk out dripping in sweat, youll be glad you walked through the doors. With a great playlist, low lighting, and a choose your own pace class -all athletic abilities are welcome! AND its fun!

Love Shred. It is a bit more than just another interval training program. All the instructors are awesome. Brittany Chin is my favorite. Its def tough to continously motivate people and keep it fresh and she does it effortlessly. Thank you for a great program and instructors.

A motivating and intense way to get a workout in if you are looking to lose weight. Its not the kind of workout you would want to or should do everyday.I am always trying to put muscle on and Shred 415 is not conducive to this. You do use weights but with the non-stop movement you are always in a cardio zone.I would recommend this for people who are trying to lose weight and need to be motivated by other people.

I am in great shape and wanted to switch up my workouts. I tried a class through ClassPass and fell in love. Not only were the facilities clean and convenient, there is also validated parking. As a long distance runner I was skeptical that I would be challenged through their class but I was dripping in sweat after the first 15 min. The instructor, Cara, was great and walked the class through each exercise. I never felt lost in the workout or that I was behind. She offered great feedback and encouragement during the hour class without being annoying (which I found happens a lot of times in these classes). I left feeling like I had accomplished a great workout! I will definitely be back.

This workout is an instructor lead class with high focus on cardio. You will target your entire body, Ive left feeling every muscle in my body was worked. I was committed to an avg of three classes a week for three months and I lost 30lbs, so it works.You have a variety of instructors to choose from depending on the time and day of course but it allows you to find who motivates you best and whos style are you most comfortable with.Ive tried Orange Theory and personal trainers at La Fitness nothing compares to Shred415. Well worth the investment and ideal if you want to lose weight but lack motivation to work out or lack the knowledge as to what works outs to do on your own. If youre trying to build muscle this class isnt really for you its more about losing and toning what you already have not gaining.Last, the only reason i didnt give south loop five stars is I dislike that they dont have an awesome ice machine like Hinsdale.. Not really relevant to everyone unless youve been to both locations.
