Amazing coaches and a wide variety of classes make this a great gym to be a member of. I always felt welcome and every instructor worked to remember my name, which is super important. Every class I took was challenging and instructors made sure that my technique and form was up to their standards. The environment is positive and welcoming.

Im going into my second year of CrossFit and absolutely love Atlas. Outstanding instructors that are willing to take the time to help correct bad movement patterns and stay engaged through the entire class. They offer a wide range of challenging fitness classes for all levels! No matter your fitnes level, Atlas has something to challenge you! Clean facility and welcoming staff!

I have been CrossFitting for 6 years now and at Atlas for the past four. Ive dropped into countless gyms and Atlas is one of the best there is. Huge facility with multiple rooms for different needs. Friendly staff, educated coaches, and welcoming atmosphere. Programming is challenging but doable, and coaches are always looking to help scale and give everyone the best workout for their skill level. I have made a ton of friends here, and enjoy every minute. I cant recommend Atlas enough!

LOVE this gym! Excellent community, always a great workout, and very challenging! The coaches create their own programming so each class its always different from the last. I think two solid pros to belonging to this gym are 1)FREE PARKING and 2)Towels for showering! Huge plus!

Very awesome, very clean facility offering a wide array of Crossfit and strength/conditioning classes, with plenty of space left over for folks to do their own thing if they prefer.This gym has every piece of equipment one can think of. Most of the coaches are former college athletes of some type, and bring a wealth of education and experience to the programming.I just had my 1 year anniversary with Atlas and have nothing but good things to say about the people, values, and results that make this community what it is.Whatever your health/wellness goal is, theres an avenue to pursue it at Atlas in a top notch facility with smart trainers and good friends.I hope you check it out and it gives as much to you as it has to me.

I am 4 years into Crossfit and all of them have been at Atlas. This gym has something for everyone- They have a huge space for Crossfit and another huge space for their circuit training. Coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and can offer scaling for every workout if needed. Plenty of equipment for pros and beginners. Great place to go if you dont want to plan your workouts but want to get a great sweat and better results!Open gym hours on top of all the classes is a huge bonus!Highly recommend.

I have been at Atlas for almost 7 years. Hands down the gym offers more variety than any gym I have been to in Chicago and around the US. Great people, great facility, great coaching.

Great overall gym for serious athletes. The coaches are thoughtful and keep the workouts very challenging and varied. Nice space, with a side devoted to crossfit and the other focused on Metcon/HIIT type of classes. Definitely more advanced and less fluff than other gyms... Workouts can be as intense as anyone would ever want and most people who go here are in really good shape!! Bonus: Free Parking.

Since Ive started ClassPass Atlas Performance has been the hardest workout. TRX (Suspension Training) is no joke and the instructor Vance is tough. She split us into two groups, alternate between floor/ kettlebell workouts and TRX. Within 5 mins of TRX I had a good sweat going and my entire body engaged in the workout. 3 sets of workouts, 2 cycles through and like that 45 mins had flown by! I didnt know what I was getting into with this class but Im glad I tried it and cant wait for the next challenge at Atlas.There was one thing Ive never seen before. Another member of the class used my sweat towel during a 10 second break. This is more of a general Public Service Announcement: bring a towel, get a towel provided by the facility, or use your shirt. Please do not share your germs.The Best of Atlas Performance:-wide open facility-instructor was attentive, helping individuals with form throughout the workouts

Awesome box with top-notch trainers. Started crossfit here two years ago and have not looked back. They have a huge facility with three large rooms, so they can have multiple classes going at the same time. Besides crossfit, they also do CircuitFit, olympic weight training, MMA, and Fit360, run by a former NFL player, whos also one of the owners. This place has changed my life - went from not being able to run a block or lift a heavy weight (nor correctly), to having increased stamina and doing a 360lb. deadlift. If youre thinking about doing Crossfit, Id definitely check them out.
