Dr. Tong is an excellent doctor to go to. He has a wonderful way to talk to patients so that you feel comfortable. We have been very happy with his services for several years and will continue on with him as long as we can.

Dr. Tong is my mothers PCP. After years and years of being shuffled from doctor to doctor (because of insurance) she has found THE BEST doctor. I can tell you I accompanied her to his office for an appointment and witnessed how great he is. He is caring and genuine. I could tell he wanted to ensure my mother was taken care of. He took great care to address any doubts my mother had. He provided us with a sense of comfort and confidence. It was wonderful to see how kind he and his staff are to my mother. I absolutely recommend him if you are looking for a long term doctor who will provide excellent and knowledgeable care.

Me and my family have gone here for a couple years.. I’m not one to ever write reviews but I must let everyone know that dr robin tong is by far the most kindest, knowledgeable, caring doctor I have ever met. I’m so sad we had to move 60 miles away or I would have never stop coming here. Even the lady’s who work here are great! But if you want a doctor who takes his time and doesn’t rush you or a doctor who truly cares about YOU . This is him!

Dr. Tong is always great! He is very nice, personable, and makes a genuine effort to get to know you. He takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. His staff is also great. The fact that they have hours after 5 some days during the week, as well as Saturday hours is a definite bonus too!

Awesome! This is the first physician visit Ive been really happy with. Dr. Tong was a good listener, explained things using simple terms and analogies, and took the time to tell me what I should expect going forward. He has a very kind, thoughtful demeanor and talked out what he was thinking and why, which made me feel very comfortable and helped answer questions that he anticipated that I could have in the future! The office is also modern, quiet and clean! Ada, the nurse, was amazing as well. Super personable. They really treated me like I was an individual, not part of an assembly line. Im so thankful to have found this group!

Dr. Tong is exactly what a primary care physician should be. He is extremely knowledgeable across the board, and is willing/able to refer patients to specialties as needed. He serves as the perfect quarterback of a patients health. I could not recommend him more strongly, absolutely fantastic.

I have been seeing Dr. Tong since the office opened. I really love the care he provides for me. He has never made me feel rushed, is always on time for appointments, and listens closely to make sure he fully understands your concern. I highly recommend him to anyone as he is an overall amazing doctor!

Speaking with the utmost sincerity, Dr. Robin Tong is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to be a patient of. Unlike a lot of other doctors nowadays who basically just sit behind a desk and prescribe drugs, Dr. Tong is very much hands on. He listens to you carefully, patiently, and doesnt rush you. He lays out various options for you to choose from and is happy to discuss all those options, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. He is genuinely caring and it comes through. Truly, there are so few doctors out there that are like that now and I should know due to my medical history. I cannot recommend Dr. Tong of the Chicago Health Medical Group enough. If you are looking for a primary care physician, this is your doctor.

I drive over 30 minutes to make it to this office to see Dr. Tong but I have no hesitations as Dr. Tong is excellent as my primary doctor. He is thorough, helpful, takes time to listen. As a clinician myself, I can really appreciate how excellent Dr. Tong is with his patients. He puts extra time during and after sessions to communicate clearly with his patients, which shows how he truly cares for each of his patients. I recommend him to all my friends and colleagues. I have many doctors closer to me, but none have come close to the quality Dr. Tong provides. The front staff is also very helpful when dealing with any insurance issues - look forward to keeping him as my doctor for years to come! (You can also setup appointments on ZocDoc which is many times very convenient for me!)

Unfortunately, this visit was a waste of my time. Made my appointment with Dr. Tong weeks ago. Verified that his office accept my insurance. When I arrived, I was told that they in fact did not accept my insurance and that there had been an error in relaying this information.The fact that I took off work for this, really stings as well🤷🏿‍♂️

Great doctor

Called to make an appointment. The lady who answered with an acent was so incredibly rude. She was so eager to get me off the phone. Idk if she was rushing but wow way to not want me to come here.So much for the good regiews on here.

Dr. Tong is very thorough and very easy to talk to, very great experience and would highly recommend him!

Dr. Tong listens, educates and most importantly cares! I was nervous to finally give up my out of town physician but Im glad I made the move.
