I am sooo grateful for Credo Beauty! I started buying all of my beauty products here 4 years ago and I have not stepped foot in a Sephora since!Everyone on staff is totally amazing - extremely helpful and not too overbearing. They are great about giving samples to take home and letting you try new products. A couple of weeks ago Jacob gave me a tutorial on how to use this bronzer/highlighter stick from Westman Atelier and it has been life-changing! Thank you Jacob! Ive also had really positive experiences with Tyler and Vanessa. Good vibes all around!I also love the reward system, Ive ben able to try lots of free products (some have even been full-sized!) and often end up purchasing them. Every trip to Credo is an outstanding experience.

Great clean skincare in our neighborhood and very conscientious of supporting women-owned businesses! And they have treats for my doggie.

I had always really liked this place until recently. I called during the pandemic to do a curbside pickup. They were still closed to the public when some other places had opened, totally understandable. I was trying to give local places business when times had been so tough. I called to inquire about stock availability for a couple foundations I wanted to purchase. The girl on the phone said she had them, and told me I needed to pay in advance. I was not home and did not have a credit card with me, and politely asked her to hold them. She gave me a lot of attitude and said if I didnt call back the next day to pay they would put them back. I called very early the next day to pay and she never even put them on hold for me at all. The girl that helped me that day could not have been nicer. I decided on one of the foundations and ordered another one they did not have in stock online. Today I went to return the items I decided against. The door to the shop was unlocked and all the lights were on. Suddenly a girl walked out and instead of greeting me said Were closed. I said that I didnt know that (I thought they were open until 6). She said Yeah. Well be open tomorrow at noon but we are closed. Low and behold it was the same rude girl from the phone. I looked on Google and I guess they close at 5 now. When I was in the store it was 5:03. I have worked retail since I was 16 and could never imagine treating a customer that way. I will go back to return my unused items but will no longer be a patron after. There are so many other store options out there that care about customer service.

I was on hold for 17 minutes trying to place a pick up order that my fiancé was picking up. My fiancé got to the store (with me still being on hold) and said that she cashier was not assisting other customers but rather occupied on her phone and my fiancé watched her hang up on me to assist him. This cashier has grey hair. I will definitely not be back to this location. Her behavior was rude and uncalled for and she should not be in a customer service position. And it would have been a short phone call since I was calling to see if they had the travel sizes for pick up in store, but she couldn’t be bothered to do her job and assist.

I was so happy when I found out a Credo beauty store was opening in Chivago, specially in my neighborhood. This store has a wonderful selection of green beauty products and makeup. The girls are friendly and very knowledgeable. Now I can walk a few blocks and try awesome green beauty products and buy my favorites.
