My experience at Pearle Vision was pleasant and painless. Staff was efficient and timely. We appreciated the emergency availability to customers throughout the Covid closures.

I love this place. My three children and I have been cared for at this Pearle Vision for approximately a decade. Every visit is always smooth and on time. The staff is extreme courteous and welcoming. With this last visit, for the first time ever, we had an error occur with our online scheduling. Despite the error, the staff worked to make things right and treated us kindly and with respect even though I was somewhat upset at first when I called to work it out over the phone. Tom was amazing, as he always is, as well as all of the ladies at the desk. I have always been happy with this location as things always went right, but now I can also honestly say that I still love this place despite the online glitch because Tom and his staff still managed to make everything go completely smoothly! My eyes had changed so much and I really needed this appointment. I am so thankful to Tom and the rest of the staff for caring for me and my family, and making us feel important every single time we visit!

Dr. Gutierrez is fantastic; she is very patient and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly. They did a great job of helping me decide between a pair of comfort zone sunglasses and ones that were more trendy. I get so many compliments on them!

The whole eye appointment took less than an hour for my family. We were in and out in no time. Dr. Yassa and his staff were amazing. They are helpful and patient.

My son took me to his location because he gets such great service. I totally agree with him now. The service was excellent. The exam process was thorough and done efficiently. I am 68 so I had the entire package done for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal tearing, etc.. The eye exam went quickly and the optometrist was kind, patient and helpful. The young lady that helped me was Martha. She was a great help with frames, lens options, and finding deals on frames for me. She went out of her way to make me feel happy with the frames and making sure my insurance was utilized to the fullest. My glasses were ready to pick up in a few days, and I was happy to see Martha again. She recognized me and I was taken care of quickly. I am definitely glad I went to the Pearle at Six Corners. I will gladly recommending it to my friends. Martha definitely gets a 5-star rating for being a large selling point for her courtesy, patience, caring, and attention to detail!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Scheduled an appointment for my daughter a week in advance. They received all the required info and I was given the date and time for the appointment. I went on my scheduled date and time only to be told that my daughter was not in the system and that I didn’t have an appointment with them. I told them I even received a card on which they wrote down the time and date and it clearly said the day and time but unfortunately I had forgotten the card at home. The guy that had “scheduled” my daughter’s appointment came out to talk to me tryIng to make up excuses about her not being in the system and stating that no day was ever scheduled . They told me that their 3:30 was already there. They never admitted that THEY made a mistake and didn’t even offer to see her since it was their fault! You know, it’s really hard to move plans and schedules around and then this happens. Save your time folks. Take your business elsewhere. Too bad I can’t give them ZERO stars.

This was my first experience with Pearle Vision. I have to say it was a positive one from start to finish. They are friendly, fast, and efficient. Martha was most helpful, on the phone and in office, from the beginning to the end of my visit. Everything you want from visiting a doctors office.

I am very impressed with my experience here. I have been going to For Eyes for 40 years, and this was the first time I ventured to a different place, largely because of insurance coverage and the fact that this Pearle location is in my neighborhood. The doctor was great, but the best part was how Eva helped me select frames. She was not afraid to tell me when something didnt look good on my face. Im so happy with my new glasses.

This was my very first time using Pearle Vision for my eye care. I had a great doctor but I will never go to another Pearle Vision after this year. I am grateful for Ewelina she is the best and the sweetest most helpful person at this location besides the doctors. I think the lack of customer service here needs great improvement.

First time at this location. Pearle Vision is on the pricey side but I do think the quality of service makes it worth it. I brought my own frames so cannot comment on selection. Monique and the other associate who helped me were great. So was Dr. Contreras. Thanks!

I went to this location last weekend because it was close and I really needed new glasses. It had been a while since I had an exam, the staff was so nice and the DR really took his time with my exam, and even chatted for a bit. I was very impressed because places like this usually tend to make you feel rushed, but everyone was so willing to help. Jessica processed my order and was so paciente, and offered great advice on frames. I went in with my 4 month old daughter, which isn’t easy, but everyone was so helpful. Even after I made my order, I called the next business day and decided to change a coating I ordered. Tom, the manager went above and beyond after I became picky and indecisive. He called the lab several times to make sure I was happy with my order. I really appreciate it, and I would recommend this Pearle Vision to anyone. I haven’t gotten my glasses yet, but the customer service was really impressive.

Dr.Gutierrez was amazing, she answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know about my eyes, glasses and contacts.Jessica took care of me before and after the doctors appointment and she was great, she give the guidance for my contacts and the glasses that Ive purchased.It was a great experience,I wish going to any consultation at any cabinet would be so smooth and easy.

I have been going to the Pearle Vision on six corners for over 5 years. The service is always excellent. They are prompt, polite, and always available to help. My go to person at this location is Martha! She is amazingly helpful! She always greets me with a smile and is always willing to help. She answers my questions honestly. She is patient not only with me but with my two little ones. If you want prompt, friendly, and honest service this is the place to go for your optical needs.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now. The staff and doctors are great. Recently, I had an eye exam done by Dr. Lang. Dr. Lang is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend this location for an eye exam. The staff was phenomenal as well. Make sure to ask for Julia or Martha. They are very friendly, accommodating, and organized.

When I made my appointment to return it was with the understanding that I would be seeing the original doctor that I had seen. Instead when I arrived I was told that I had to see a different doctor and that I would have to wait and hour to be seen. The customer service is terrible and I will not be returning to this location. If I could give no stars I would.

Awesome staff! Jessica was so helpful and even took the time with me to find a pair of frames that looked identical to the more expensive designer sunglasses that I fell in love with. Dr. Lang was patient, caring, never rushed and answered ALL my questions! Will be back!

Exam was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. It only took me two days to order AND receive my frames/lenses. Make sure you ask for your prescription at your appt. getting it after is like pulling teeth and they can only fax it.

I had my appointment at Pearle Vision a couple of days ago. I saw Christina Diaz and Dr. Grace when I came in for an eye exam and to get contacts. They were both great, were extremely helpful, and patient with me since it was my first time learning how to properly put in and take out contacts. They also had no problems answering any questions that my mother or I had.

I saw Dr Lara Gutierrez about a week ago and she was very nice and kind and informative. It was my first time in a very long time getting my eyes checked (10+ years) so she ran almost 20 tests (not and exaggeration) to make sure I was taken care of. I used my medical card-which I am always wary of how I will be treated because of it-and was treated with respect and care.I also forgot my debit card- I needed to pay 46 cents in taxes and asked if i could pay for it with just the numbers to the card-when the woman who was helping me said yes but hold on a moment and went and got 46 cents for me. She went above and beyond what she should have done for me and i am very grateful.The front desk staff could be a bit more helpful when you walk in-they didnt say hi, i had to ask if i needed to check in and when they handed me paperwork to fill out they didnt point me to where I could sit to fill out the paperwork. This is the only reason this review is for 4 stars not 5.I was also quoted 2 weeks for my frames and lenses but got them within a week!Would recommend!
