I saw Dr.Toledo for prescription eyeglasses and contacts. The original pair I received was of poor quality yet luxurious brand and did not seem to fit my prescription. So I contacted them and went back to get a second eye exam but came out the same. I was given new frames to replace the damaged ones. She said it was due to my prescription that I would have to adjust my glasses. When I asked them adjust the arms and frames I was told they dont do that. I had to call numerous times to get updates about my order. Overall, she seems like a knowledgeable doctor. Its unfortunate that my visit did not reflect on my eyewear.

Dr Micaela is by far the best eye doctor in Illinois…. She takes her time and patiently explains what’s going on with your eyes. And the staff is also kind nice, professional and knowledgeable.

I went yesterday for the first time. Not only were they so professional, but also so helpful. The doctor herself is a a gem! She took her time to explain and educate me on what was going on. You can tell eyes are her passion. Forever coming here!

My wife went here with our kids and loved it. They were even able to do my 3-year-olds eye exam, and give him glasses with the blue light blocker from phone tablets and other stuff. Great, clean and organized little office.

I absolutely loved this place!! If I can give the Dra. and the front desk girls more than 5 stars I would so do it! It was my first time coming to her office and it was a last minute emergency!! I was able to get a same day appointment without feeling rushed to get there or feeling rushed out. Her clinic is so chic! Definitely up to date in all of her equipment and name brand glasses frames. She took the time to actually explain to me in detail about my vision/prescription and what I needed to know to better take care of my eye health. As she and I were talking, I noticed that she was actually listening to everything we were talking about. That showed me that she genuinely cares about her patients and sees them as something much more than just clients. Definitely a welcoming and unforgettable experience! She and the girls upfront are awesome and bilingual!! It’s like they just kept getting cooler by the minute😎💥

Dr and staff are great. Very knowledgeable and take time to discuss concerns. They are always there to help you select the perfect frames and accommodate repairs.

I absolutely love visiting here! Every time I have an appointment there’s no wait whatsoever. The only downfall is the phone calls. Often times I call within business hours and no one picks up. Sometimes the calls are just quick questions and I don’t get a call back for a few days which really sucks. Despite that, I will continue going because Dr. Toledo is amazing!

Dr.Toledo is amazing she takes her time to explained everything in details and she is not in a hurry to do your exam and move on to the next patient. She makes sure you feel comfortable with your new prescription.

I love Dr. Micaela. She makes me feel comfortable, answers all of my questions, gives me great tips on how to care for my eyes and vision, spends the right amount of time with each patient making sure they’re sully satisfied and taken care of. Decided to search for a new doctor after not wanting to go back to the one I was seeing in the little village area and I absolutely love it here. Total upgrade. I would like to start with the face of the clinic the front desk girls are AWESOME. Very kind, respectful, patient. I have been a patient for 3 years. The Doctor is the best. Based on my first experience.Customer service was great. The Dr. was very nice and caring. She explained everything with great detail. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience, especially if its their first time. Dont hesitate to ask questions, they will help answer any questions you have to their best of their ability.Also, I had an appointment. I have been coming to this place since my original optometrist retired about 4 yrs now. The staff here is WONDERFUL!!! Ive always been a glasses wearer and wanted to switch things up and wear contacts. Lets just say, I havent been the easiest patient to work with. Both Dras. Toledo have been great and patient helping me find the best contacts and Frames! They are great with teens too!! Since Ive left the neighborhood, I still make my drive out here every year for my familys eye exams! Worth the drive and worth the experience. Hours of operation definitely fit this working mothers schedule!

The staff is very professional. The Dr is obviously well educated and extremely knowledgeable. Shes also very easy to talk to and genuinely cares for all her patients. And they offer a really extensive selection of different styles of glasses. Definitely the best place to go to for all your vision concerns, regardless of where you live.

For many years I go back to this one eye Doctor. She makes me feel like I am her only patient. Her diligence, knowledge, and kindness are unsurpassed.

Ive been going to eye doctors since i was a kid and i had never gotten an eye exam like I did here. Dr michaela was so good she explained things so well, she really made me feel i was in good hands. Its so hard to find a good doctor its safe to say I will be coming here every yr.

Best optometrist Ive ever seen. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, awesome demeanour and personality. Micaela explained every single detail with my diagnosis - and she was spot-on. Save your time and energy. Weve always gone to Pearl or Lenscrafters, but that has now changed. Great selection and beautiful location. I Highly recommended this practice.
