Blink is the best. I highly recommend you go here for both routine needs and more specialized care. For example, they were very responsive and accommodating to see me on short notice when I scratched my cornea. I also appreciate during COVID times that they are mindful of safety and you will be the only patient in the building during your appointment. You will be well taken care of at Blink!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Ive only had glasses for about 18 months and they have made my entire experience nothing short of incredible.I went in for my first eye exam and off the bat, Erin was so kind and worked with my wonky schedule to get me in for an exam and make me feel welcome. Dr. Phan then walked me through the exam and explained EVERYTHING to me. I asked SO many questions, she answered each one with kindness and thoughtfulness and made sure I understood everything. Erin then walked me through every single billing aspect and even picked out the first pair of glasses I ended up purchasing! I never wouldve picked them for myself but I was so pleasantly surprised.Fast forward to when I went to pick up my glasses, it was a Friday night, I ended up working late, I was running from the bus stop to get to the shop before they closed in the dead of January, Erin saw me running, recognized me (which was shocking) and OPENED THE SHOP BACK UP FOR ME. She let me try them on, make sure I still liked them and could see, made sure they fit, THEN went on her way to the dinner party she had plans for.Fast forward again and theyve helped me replace a pair I scratched, get fitted for contacts (Erin was once again SO amazing helping me practice putting them in and taking them off, giving me tips, and being the kindest, most patient person in the world with me), squeezing me in for basically three appointments in one before Dr. Phan went on maternity leave, and providing some of the most amazing customer service and experiences Ive EVER encountered at ANY business. These ladies are hands down incredible and I honestly wish they could service ALL of my healthcare needs!Go here, tell your family and friends to go here. Theyre simply the best!

In March, I had my first eye appointment in years at Blink. It is close to my apartment. It was conveniently located and the staff are great! I felt like they took care of me well, answered all my questions and set me up properly. I also am grateful for them because two weeks when I was supposed to received my eye glasses, they had to close. Erin, I believe her name was, dropped my glasses off curbside. It was really kind of her and I felt they did a great job adjusting to what was going on to keep their patients satisfied. Thank you! I will definitely go back if I need to go back for eye care in a year or so. :)

Where do I start? Erin is an absolute pleasure. From that first phone call, to walking out the door, service is impeccable. There’s a decent selection of frames, and a really clean facility. We are so happy with the care and service we receive from Dr Phan and Erin at Blink! We have been going to Blink for several years. Not only do I go there for my eye exams and for contact lenses, but for my boys eye needs too! They have an amazing selection of stylish frames for boys as well as sports goggles. Dr Phan and Erin are so helpful and make the whole eye doc experience easy and seamless for kids. I cannot recommend them enough!! Further, one of our boys had significant growth in his prescription over the course of 1 year and Dr Phan was on top of it! She monitored him closely, first suggesting special eye drops; and further, recommending recently approved contacts to help slow the growth!! She treated our son like family, taking a proactive approach, doing a ton of research and ultimately making the decision to try these new contacts a very easy decision for us! Day 2 in the books for our son using MiSight contacts and we could not be more confident in this decision! Thank you Dr Phan!!

Blink was a totally unique experience for me. They really cared that I understood my eye exam and she took the time to explain everything to me. There were a lot of glasses to choose from, and I felt like I was getting honest opinions about what did/did not look good on me. Overall a wonderful and surprisingly FUN experience! I don’t write reviews often but this little boutique eye care is a gem in the neighborhood!! Dr. Pham was super professional and explained everything so thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed and quality of the service was phenomenon. I loved how she measured my lenses for my glasses so I would not feel dizzy when I got my glasses. Erin at the front desk was super helpful and patient in helping me pick the perfect frame and shared how each frame purchase gave back to a charity. The place is super glam and classy with chandelier ball greeting you. Overall... it was quite a pleasant experience!! Thank you ladies for caring soo much!!!
