Love working with the DOGS at the pet depot ., I love all their lil personalities !!! Great place for dogs to be dogs and run free in a big space !!! Help us bring in your doggies !!!

Pet Depot is without a doubt the only place I would take my pup. The owner, Louie and his helpers, are beyond exceptional. They truly love being with the dogs and care A LOT about them. Unlike, typical doggy daycares in Chicago, Pet Depot doesn’t come with unnecessary “dolled up” fluff. This is a place where dogs truly want to be with people that care about them. Louie has a heart of gold and it has been a pleasure dealing him. This is hands down the best doggy daycare in Chicago. I just moved to Tennessee and wish I can take Pet Depot with me. My heart is with this Chicago establishment.

I tried a few other daycare and boarding options before I found The Pet Depot, and I will never go anywhere else now. I have boarded and taken my dog to Daycare there for about 6 years. The hours allow for a later pickup than any other daycare, the price is very reasonable and you can buy a package for a slight discount. Louie offers 3 free days of daycare if you sign up.The dogs have free run of the place, there are large people beds for them to sleep on and someone is on-site 24/7 if you board your dog. He and his staff are always attentive and truly care about the animals, and the place is well kept and clean.Currently his business is struggling due to Covid because everyone is working from home, so please check out The Pet Depot. Your dog will love it and I highly recommend it.

I and my dog love The Pet Depot. The prices are reasonable and they have longer hours than other places. My dog is wagging his tail every time he goes there. I know that my dog is well taken care of

My dog, Willems, has been going to the Pet Depot for almost a year now. He will try to circumvent walks to get me to their doorstep!! Louie and his staff are loving and detail oriented. There is no single better deal in the area for daycare and boarding. Louie, the owner, lives on the premises and treats every dog like his own. He and his staff have helped me with training and moral support in so many ways. Definitely a “what you see is what you get” type of place and I love it exactly for that reason. First 3 days free!! We started bringing our dog Ruby here a couple of years ago. She’s a nervous dog in new environments and Louie and his team all took their time with her until she was comfortable with them. Now she goes often when we’re out of town and always comes home tired and happy! The staff really pays attention to all the dogs and is happy to provide updates. We love how low key it is with booking and no kennels, etc. - it’s all a dog needs!

If anyone is looking for a new dog groomer, daycare, or dog hotel, I’d like to recommend The Pet Depot on Lincoln and Addison. It’s a non-frills facility, but their prices are reasonable, they dont cage the dogs, and theyre free to roam the facility. Our dog, Ozzie, has severe anxiety and Louie seems to really understand Ozzies nuances, which few people get. Hes truly a dog whisperer. I know their business has been hurt because of Covid, so if you can, make sure to visit the Pet Depot, I cant recommend them enough! You wont regret it!

As a first-time dog owner downtown, I wasn’t sure what to do with our pup during the day. We tried dog walkers, but for a young working dog it just wasn’t enough. I am so happy that Theo loves going to see Lou and his dog-friends at the Pet Depot, he’s so exciting to go in! He gets to socialize and play and I get to come home to a happy, tired pup. Plus you know Lou and his staff get to know all the dogs so so well, and I feel confident asking him questions and seeing how things are when he’s there. Trust knowing that your baby isn’t cooped up in a kennel all day long.

I have been taking my dog Riley to Pet Depot for about a year, and she has loved every day! They are so flexible for her stay and hours. I’m sometimes gone for work for 12 hours, and I know Riley is in safe and loving hands. She always comes home with a big smile and goes straight to napping. Thank you for looking after my baby!

I have been bringing my 2 dogs to The Pet Depot Inc for years ... I have to say this is the most loving place my dog can call home away home.. All the staff are AMAZING.. Louie the owner has so much knowledge of the care needed for any dog. The daycare is EXTREMELY clean all the time which speaks volume when having multiple dogs of all breeds. Someone is ALWAYS there 24 hours a day which makes my husband and I more comfortable while we vacation knowing someone is with our loves ones. They are not caged at all .. So it feels though they are right at home.We also groom our 2 dogs there as well. Cathy takes pride in making them look so adorable. She is extremely tender to the touch.Thank you for the years of service you all give to our Chloe and Isabelle.

This place is excellent, I work in the construction industry so I start at different times and often early in the morning and Louie has always been extremely accommodating with dropping my dog off early. There is someone there 24/7, and the dogs are never caged and always allowed to socialize together. Louie and the staff are great with the dogs, and it is very reasonable in terms of the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dog daycare.

I am very satisfied with the services provided by the Pet Depot. The employees work well with my dog. I can rest assured that my dog is getting his socialization and exercise needs met in a facility with a kind, professional, and knowledgeable team. My dog always enjoys going back to the Pet Depot! Weve been taking our dogs there for years and they absolutely love going. Louie and Tim are both great with the dogs. I really love the taxi service and they make everything so easy and are very accommodating. And the prices are very reasonable compared to the other services out there. The dogs are never crated and receive around the clock supervision and attention.

This place and the guys who run it are terrific and my pup has a blast playing there each day. The other dogs are very cute and sweet as well, great vibe and happy animals!

Is a very good place to bring your pets to loving caring environment clean open space dogs are never put in a kennel its open for them to play and have fun and the people there are great especially the one named David who works there

Great place. They will take good care of your dog, and although it certainly doesnt feel like a 5 star pet hotel your dog wont care.
