I just brought my puppy River in for his trial day and truly loved how helpful and professional the staff were! He is a little more anxious than most pups but they were so understanding of his timidness. They also called to give me an update on how he was doing halfway through the day which was great, and the report cards that they give at the end of their first day was also wonderful! I feel very confident and comfortable knowing that my pup is in good hands when he’s there. Could not recommend this place more!

Our puppy Noodles is like our child, and it feels amazing to know that she’s in professional care while playing with her friends at Canine Crews! I especially appreciate that the staff there is all trained in using positive methods only. Our puppy has been going weekly since she was 3 months old and has made so many friends there. The staff there is so kind, and I can tell they genuinely care about our pup. They always share any updates via text or during pickup, like if Noodles was being EXTRA playful and energetic that day. I know they’re monitoring playtime and that they really have gotten to know our pup well. Noodles is always wriggling in joy as soon as we arrive to drop her off, and she comes home relaxed and tired. We are boarding our pup soon for a weekend, and it’s the first time I’ve been able to leave on a trip and feel completely relaxed about my dog’s experience. I know it’ll be like a fun staycation for her! Other plus — they post random stories to IG throughout the day and it’s always fun when our pup makes an appearance :)

My dog has been going here since she was a puppy and she loves it! They answer all my questions and I love that they also offer services such as nail trimming, one stop shop! My dog is so excited to see the staff when I drop her off and it’s so heartwarming.

We feel so lucky to have Canine Crews in the neighborhood to help our puppy burn off his energy and socialize with other dogs a few days a week. We knew this was a fit the moment he came home with a cute report card on his trial day back in March.The staff are wonderful individuals who put in a ton of effort and love towards my little guy Winston, and the other dogs too. Their services have helped me get through quarantine and free me up to get work and chores done on days I can’t give my pup full attention.

The first and last time I bring my dog to canine crews. My dog was boarded there last weekend and I requested him to get bathe, ear cleaning, and nail grinding. Upon pickup I realized my dog was super dirty. He had crusty stuff in his face folds and was shedding a lot more than usual. The only thing I did notice was that they grinded his nails. I am a dog groomer and thought it would be a great experience for my dog to get groomed by someone else but unfortunately he didn’t even get a service done that I paid for. I have attached a picture of how dirty his ears were as I gave him a proper bath at home the following day. I was extremely dissatisfied with what my dog went through while he was boarded. Since it was his first time he did have to take a temperament test about 2 days before he got boarded and upon pick up from there I noticed he has a small circular scratch on his muzzle and they didn’t bother telling me anything. Upon pickup from boarding they told me they noticed 2 small scratches on my dogs front paws but when I looked he had the exact same wound on all 4 paws. When taken to the vet to evaluate they said it was because he was sitting in urine for too long. My dog was mistreated and they took my money without making sure I had the best experience possible. Don’t waste your time it money at this place as they don’t seem to care for the best interest in you or your pet.

Wonderful facility that thoroughly exhausts and loves on my little dog but understands social dynamics well enough to keep play safe and fun at all times. We trust them completely, and our dog LOVES her time here.

Canine Crews has been a lifeline to help us socialize our busy puppy during the pandemic. Since starting daycare twice a week, weve noticed a huge shift in her behavior and confidence in meeting new dogs. Shes clearly picking up on boundaries and learning how to positively play.We love seeing how excited our Bertie is when we drop her off in the morning and with the warm welcome she receives from the staff, its clear how much care and affection she gets during her day. Were so happy to have found a place like Canine Crews, well be sending Bertie there for years to come.

Great Dog Daycare and Puppy Program! We were having a lot of trouble with our puppy misbehaving and not being properly socialized, especially because of Covid, but after just a couple of week attending the Puppy Program we have seen great improvements! Our neighbor recommended them to us, and while they are a little more expensive than your average daycare, it is worth it. So much so that we puked our grown dog from her current program and started sending her Canine Crews as well. It also doesn’t hurt that you can also add on a nail trim, which I am not ALLOWED (by the dogs) to do for them.

My pup loves going to classes here with Maria through Anything is Pawzible. Now she likes going to Daycare too! Staff is incredibly friendly and sweet.

Our puppy (Mr. Milo) has been going to Canine Crews for doggie daycare for a few years. The staff at Canine Crews are wonderful-they love Mr. Milo as if he was their own! The facility is very safe, and all team members do a fantastic job. You can really see each employees excitement and love for their work every single day. I also enjoy Canine Crews fun events such as mothers day paw prints, holiday and birthday parties, and more. I feel so lucky to have found such a caring daycare, and I could not recommend it more!

CC has taken such good care of my puppy. At 7 mo old, I was concerned any negative experience would create lifelong behavioral scars. CC tests all of the dogs in its care first, and matches playgroups accordingly. Any questions are always addressed promptly and with care. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

The team at Canine Crews was so welcoming for our first visit with our dog! They made the process easy and also called us mid day to let us know how everything was going. When we went to pick up our dog she had a report card (adorable) and a little goodie bag. And most importantly she was happy and tired! We will be going back to Canine Crews for sure and highly recommend them!

Unfortunately, our dog Dolly failed her trial day at day care. She is a pandemic puppy and has not had much opportunity to socialize away from her family, though she does ok at the vet, and goes to the dog park nearly every day and generally gets along with most dogs. We were called mid-day and told she had been crated for most of the day and would be crated for the remainder of the day until pickup due to her fearfulness, not trusting or feeling comfortable with the staff members and not seeming comfortable with the other dogs she was introduced to. When I arrived to pick her up, I was told she was not a good fit for this facility, due to her fearfulness, being just slightly too large for the small dog group, and slightly too old for the puppies. I was also told she seemed to be afraid of the male staff, and that there were only male staff in the area where she was being kept for the day. She has never seemed to have a particular issue with men before. Lastly, a young staff member offered that *I* need to work on establishing more of a trusting bond with my dog in order for her to feel comfortable at day care - this was not a helpful or necessary comment in my opinion. There seemed to be no interest by the staff in helping or working with us further, so we left. While I understood their concerns, it was overall not a pleasant or happy experience for us. We were hoping that daycare would be a chance for our dog to socialize and build confidence away from us, but needless to say we wont be returning, since we were not given that option.

I cant thank Canine Crews enough! My dog has had a few past troubles where I was nervous to bring him around other dogs in a tight setting. The employees at Canine Crews were SO accommodating, and he ended up having the best time! Well definitely be returning

My husband and I (along with our dog) absolutely love Canine Crews! We really appreciate the different groups for size and temperament, especially since our pup is on the smaller end (15 lb). Staff is professional and communicative, and we can tell they really do care for the dogs. They also have fun themed events around holidays, do “class photos” and offer parties for birthdays. Our dog’s experience with Canine Crews has been a real bright spot during the pandemic! Her confidence has grown and we’ve avoided separation anxiety issues. Highly recommend!

CC is our pups favorite place - you can tell that they love taking care of everyones special friends and we never have any issues.

Im very glad that I found Canine Crews (recommended by our dog trainer). Our boy, Oliver, suffers from some anxiety issues, and gets a bit overstimulated in the company of a lot of dogs. Carolyns crew has done great with him, and he seems to be thriving in their environment, and I think he really enjoys the new MINDful play program where he gets to use his brain as well. Thanks, guys! Very happy to have found a place where Oliver fits in and can get great socialization.

Canine Crews is truly awesome! My basset hound Walter has been going to either of their 2 locations (Bucktown and River West) for years now, and to this day hes still thrilled to play in a safe, clean environment.I dig them so much I bought one of their daycare packages, so Walter enjoys doggy daycare most days of the week. Some days Ill use their dog bus service, which shuttles him from my home to dog daycare and back again. This gives me peace of mind as its one less thing to worry about in a day!The staff is also incredibly caring and kind, which is essential when caring for our four legged friends. Walter is always so excited to see any Canine Crews staff member, and as we all know dogs are so pure so I know that if hes excited to see them, they treat him right.Anyway, all this to say that Im obviously a big fan of Canine Crews. If your dog loves to play all day, they will love Canine Crews too.

This is easily Frances favorite place as she cant wait to get through the door and say hello to the crew and all of her friends.Ive been incredibly impressed with the professionalism and care the staff give each dog every day. Not only do they remember Frances name (which has to be hard with the number of dogs they work with), but they greet her every morning. They also do a great job of providing daily updates on Instagram and often hold a number of different events. Frances just recently painted a beautiful flower, which of course I have on my fridge, and she is excited for her school photos at the end of September! From time to time, Frances also received a report card, which is fantastic. You learn a bit more about how your dog is doing and who they are friends with!I cant say enough good things about Frances favorite place!

Canine Crews is excellent! My dog, Milly, can sometimes be a bit shy in a group of dogs and I was worried about her going to daycare. They take such good care of her and give her people snuggles while still letting her interact with the other dogs. She’s got longer fluffy hair and they even brushed it and got a matt out! They are so wonderful and really care about your dog!

Canine Crews is and will be the place we will board him whenever we’re out of town! The level of professionalism, customer service, and of course, the care for our pup is exceptional! We have boarded our pup Titan in several places in the past and having multiple bad experiences with other boarding agencies, we were skeptical. However, Canine Crews reassured us not to worry and that he would be safe and have fun. During our trip, we were able to see pictures of him playing and check up on him. I’ve been taking my dogs to canine crews for 10 years and I wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else. Catherine and her team are wonderful and truly care about every pup. I also implicitly trust that my dog is in great care when ever he’s there- whether it’s for daycare or overnight boarding. I’ve tried other daycare facilities due to moves, etc., but have always come back to canine crews’ exceptional service and love for the doggos.

It was my fiance an I first time taking our fur baby Olympus to daycare and we where pretty nervous because he has always been with us and not around other dogs or humans as much. It was nice getting updates and once we picked him up they were very helpful on giving us an paper report on what he needs help with and how to improve those things. He will definitely be visiting more to help him.

I needed a way for him to socialize with other dogs — and get some healthy separation time from his currently-working-from-home mom (this situation is not going to last forever!). We send our almost 1 year old puppy here weekly for socializing and to get used to being away from us (he’s a pandemic pup, so is used to being with us ALL the time), and the team at Canine Crews have made this process so easy. They’re trustworthy and take such good care of him — he’s always so excited to go back, and comes home tired and happy from playing.

I took my dog there for a temperament test and was won over right away. Not only was my puppy not filthy and smelly when I picked her up, she was still clean and happy. They sent me a photo during the day to show me how much she was having making friends. She also came home with a bag and some gifts. I LOVE the report card they provide. Just adorable! I have since signed up my puppy for their Daycare service and Puppy Program. Will definitely use them for boarding services as well. I wish they had a live video feed that that would enable parents to check in.

I boarded my very shy/anxious 8 month old puppy for the first time here and I was so nervous for him since I knew he would take a while to adjust. Canine Crews was so responsive and always emailed me back with updates when I asked. This really made me feel comfortable while being away. They showed their genuine care by trying different things in order to get our boy to eat since he was too nervous to at first. I am really thankful for our experience and would definitely recommend!

I was nervous to take my rescue pup to daycare for the first time since we haven’t had much socialization because of Covid and she’s get anxious and overly excited with new things. But I have heard great things about Canine Crews and I was delighted to hear that my pup did well and interacted great with the staff and pups during her trial. The team did a great job of informing me of what the day would be like and she even got her report card when I came to pick her up and some goodies! It really put me at ease knowing she would be in good care and now we can’t wait to go back so she can socialize some more.

We started bringing our rescue dog, Penny, to Canine Crews about 9 months ago and they are just the best. Penny is a very energetic, enthusiastic, and loving gal, but she had a hard time adjusting to her new home and had some behavioral problems at first. Our trainer recommended bringing her to Canine Crews for daycare a couple times per week to burn off some energy. What a lifesaver. She has made leaps and bounds since then, and that is in large part thanks to the dedicated staff at Canine Crews!Daycare is great to tire her out and socialize with other dogs. They took the BEST care of my boy Bowie when I was gone for 10 days!!! I use this place regularly and Ive never been let down. Bowie needs private care because he cant interact with other doggos but they make sure to play with him and bring him out front so he doesnt get lonely. When I first started taking him here he wouldnt eat and they went out of their way to boil chicken and hand feed him. Its not easy to win Bowies trust and I thought Id never be able to travel but they especially understand rescue dog needs here as well so it really means a lot to me when you dont know what kind of care youll get sometimes at boarding facilities, but you dont EVER have to doubt this place!!

Cannot be more thankful for Canine Crews! Our pup Harley has had 2 day care sessions after recently adopting her and she has woken up the morning after a much happier pup! They take care of her so well and answer our nervous first time dog owner check in emails with speed and detail. Friendly drop off and pick up as well as very safe with Covid 19 precautions. My puppy, Judd, has been going to daycare at Canine Crews since February, just a few weeks after I adopted him from PAWS Chicago. I am first-time dog parent, but I had gotten a tip from a friend about how good Canine Crews was for her dog.Everything they do is good, but it really comes down to the excellent management and very friendly and professional staff members. During these times of the pandemic, Catherine and Pat managed to stay open for a few days every week through what I’m sure were some of the most challenging of times. I cannot express how much this helped as most daycares had closed. Now it’s great to see familiar faces of staff again. They are so incredibly kind to Judd and he LOVES the people and other dogs there! They’ve also kept me updated on any behavioral issues no matter how small, which I actually appreciate hearing. (Sorry about the water dishes!)The team also offers baths and nail trims, which Judd has gotten twice. So nice to be able to have those services taken care of there, with a team and facility he knows.There are many good choices to doggie daycare, but Judd and I hope to stay at Canine Crews for the long-haul. He comes home happy and tired, which is really what it’s all about.Thank you Catherine and team!

We started using Canine Crews for daycare for our new pup about two months ago. She goes twice a week and is always super excited about it, so she must have a good time there! The staff is friendly and make scheduling days really easy. We also love that they do daycare (limited hours) on Saturday (so many places are closed on the weekends).

I have been bringing my dog Poppy to Canine Crews since she was just 12 weeks old. She is now 2 and a half, and has gone to Canine Crew for daycare 1-2x a week, multiple boarding stays and we’ve utilized the dog bus services. Poppy’s FAVORITE word is “daycare” because Canine Crews has been nothing but amazing to her! She gets so excited every time we pull up and the staff has been nothing but kind, reliable and responsive. They have been a life saver for me after choosing to get a dog on my own. I would highly recommend Canine Crews to anyone looking for an awesome dog daycare/boarding location!

Our dog loves Canine Crews. There is even time while on walks she’ll bring us to their front door just so she can say “hello” to her friends there. They are always very friendly to both us and our dog. Despite the vast numbers of dogs that visit, they will greet our dog by name every time and know just what she needs to be comfortable throughout the day.

Canine Crews is great! A little pricey, but we’re happy to pay it knowing they’re well organized and take good care of our pup. Our dog LOVES it there - we can sometimes catch glimpses of him on their IG stories while we’re traveling!

Weve been sending our puppy to Canine Crews for day care for a couple months now and love them! The best part is how excited everyone is to see our little Yuzu whenever were coming and going. Canine Crews is a wonderful spot! They are flexible and communicative get logistics coordinated. Once we got our puppy there, he was well taken care of and had a fabulous day learning to socialize and play.

Our dog is always happy and healthy when we pick her up after long trips. The staff is fantastic, and they are always super easy to communicate and work with. The prices are also very competitive and even low compared to the rest of the city. We have used four different boarding places over the years, and Canine Crews is our favorite!

Great first experience for my dog who has separation anxiety and is very nervous. I loved the report card that detailed all of his behaviors. I felt extremely comfortable that my dog was in good hands! We will definitely be returning soon!

I use Canine Crews private care for my dog-reactive pup, and they are so accommodating! Its relieving to finally have a place to take him. The playgroups look amazing as well and I hope one day he can join!

Left Zero here for his trial day and I cant wait until his boarding date. He had a great time and all the staff and trainers were friendly and helpful. Zero made new friends and when I picked him up he was so happy. Got home and he was tired from all the playing. Its great to know that when I have to work late hours or leave out of town I can bring him here where I know they will give him the safe care aafog needs an a fun full day of play.

They love my dogs, so I love Canine Crews. One of my dogs needs to be medicated twice a day during his time at the Crews, and all of the staff has the times logged into their alarms to ensure it happens. If there’s a better metric for care, I don’t know what it could be.

We love this place. Weve been dropping off our dog Crixus for day care at this location since our shepherd was a puppy and he is almost 3 now. They take good care of our dog, hes always excited to go and he comes home very tired and the staff is very pleasant. We definitely recommend this place.

Canine Crews is the best! They always have space for my dog, which is why we switched to them from another place that required pre-booking well in advance. They are super friendly and clearly love what they do there. Sometimes I get a report card that lets me know what kind of activities my pup enjoyed that day, who he played with, and if he was on his best behavior. We have used them for boarding several times, as well, and they also get two thumbs up in that department.Couldn’t be happier with canine crews. He’s so excited to go every time, and when he comes home he sleeps like a log!

Every time I drop off our dog, the staff knows exactly who he is without even saying anything. Theyre just as good remembering me when I pick him back up. Everyone there clearly lovers working with their wiggly guests so we feel confident leaving our dog there. Plus he always comes home exhausted from all the playtime with staff and other pups, a big win!

We’ve been using Canine Crews for about a year now. We travel for work quite a bit so our pup is boarded several days every month. He is always excited to go to “play with the other puppies” and is greeted with caring, smiling faces when he arrives. It’s comforting to know he’s well cared for while we’re away.

We may not have won Powerball, but we sure hit the jackpot with Canine Crews. Our rescue, Brooks, has been a loyal fan for a few years now. Their staff is top-notch, knowledgeable, and caring. They really get to know their furry clients and create lasting relationships. We are confident that Brooks is well taken care of and enjoys himself each visit and during walks and boarding. He receives not only socialization skills, but enrichment and love. Kirsten, their resident groomer, is absolutely spectacular. Brooks allows a very small minority to touch his paws, however Kirsten has earned his trust to trim his nails and groom his coat. We are really lucky to have Canine Crews in the neighborhood!

Our two dogs are a little extra and Canine Crews takes great care of them every time! I never worry about them because the staff is friendly and well-trained.

We have been sending our pup to Canine Crews for daycare since moving to the neighborhood last year and could not be happier with the staff and service. Our dog loves playing with other dogs but is very skittish around new people and the staff at Canine Crews have done and amazing job taking it slow with her to her comfort level. We are about to leave town for 8 days and I have no doubt she will not only be safe but will also have fun while we are away. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place. As soon as you step into the lobby, you see a warm and welcoming staff, surrounded by colorful and playful murals. Theyve got a huge location, with lots of different play groups. The place is the cleanest of all daycares that Ive seen in the city. I would definitely recommend this place. The owner seems to always be there, which is great, because hands on makes sure the location is running at tip top shape. The thing I really love the most about this place is how genuine the staff and the owner seem to be. It truly makes me feel as if my dog will be well cared for.

I take my dog, Hugo to Canine Crews 4 days a week. I was nervous about taking him to daycare at first but the staff at Canine Crews is super attentive and always calls me if there are any issues. They greet me with a friendly Hello and know my dogs name by heart. They even hand out report cards once every couple months to let you know how your dog is doing, which is adorable. On top of everyday duties they plan little holiday events for the dogs where photographers come and take their photos or send you home with a paw painting your pup created. They take the time to go the extra mile and I never worry about him during the day!

My dogs have been boarded here a couple times. The first time, my girl dog came home with a bladder infection. The vet recommended she get wiped after she pees. Therefore, when I dropped her off at Canine Crews this last time, I packed baby wipes and left instructions to keep her clean. I just picked her up and she smells like pee and her whole underside is yellow. Baby wipes were not even touched and she clearly has another bladder infection. I paid almost 900 hundred dollars for them to watch and take care of her and clearly that was not done. Now I have to pay for another vet bill AND she is absolutely miserable. How they could watch her like this and not take action is beyond me. Never again will we use this place!!!Reply to Canine Crew’s response:Canine Crews why did you not contact me when you noticed she was licking and squatting? The person I spoke to said they noticed. That means you noticed and did nothing! She is not prone to UTI’s. She has only had two of them, both after staying with you guys. If you had wiped her (even with your own wipes) she would not have been yellow on her underside and wet when I got her. I will find better pet care easily. Thanks.

My pups came in about once a week for daycare, and it was the perfect way to socialize them outside of their normal neighborhood walks. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to work with our specific needs.

Canine Crews treats my dog very well. They know my dog/his personality and alert me to any concerns during his stay. I feel very comfortable leaving my pup with them and know that he will not only be safe but have a great time!
