I went there 4 times. I felt really comfortable. My appointment was fast and easy. The desk lady was super welcoming and helpful.

My experience at USA Vein Clinics has been very satisfying. The Dr. and his team are friendly, informative, and conscientious. The office culture is professional yet welcoming and relaxed.

No one likes going to the Doctor, but if I had to pick a Doctor to go to, I’d pick USA Vein Clinics every time! The doctor is very professional and careful about their patient. Dont hegitate to go there if you have vein issue.

Dr. Fan and his team of health care professionals are the best!! I only have great things to say from start to finish. Dr. Fan explained the entire process from the get-go and took the time to answer all of my questions in a clear way. Id been through this process several times before visiting a branch office in Manhatten, NY. I received a remarkably in-depth evaluation by a very capable technician. The service i received was far superior to another competitor in The Big City ! I was amazed!

I was and am very pleased with USA Vein Clinics at the Archer Ave office. I waited years to have my veins checked. I was recommended by my dermatologist to see the doctor at the Archer Ave office of USA Vein Clinics. I finally did and was pleasantly surprised with what I found. The entire staff and the doctor were kind, caring, accommodating, and expert in their care of me and my issues. They answered most of my questions before I even asked them. They were patient, very clear in their explanations, and extremely professional in all aspects of my treatment so far. I expect this same level of care as I continue my treatment.

The technicians are very well trained and conduct a very thorough ultra sound exam both pre and post op. Dr. Fan has a great deal of experience and knows exactly what to do to solve the problem vein situation.

My advice..be sure to drink and eat well before these procedures..nothing worse than fainting and getting injections...

As I am approaching my 60’s, I was looking to rid my legs of veins as a birthday gift from my husband. I began last March 2019 and have almost finished all of my treatments. My legs are looking much better & the pain from my veins has decreased quite a bit. The staff are ALL amazing, friendly & personable (they get 5 stars!). My last appointment was in june. 2019.

Appt was right on time. Was greeted by the staff as soon as I came in. Everyone spoke to me. The office was clean. Everybody was professional. Dr. Fan was very kind and knowledgeable. He spent lots of time with me. I have the utmost confidence in him. I felt great about the whole experience. I highly reccomend them.

DO NOT BOTHER THIS PLACE IS A SH!T SHOW! Drove an hour for my apt to be told it’s a 2 hour wait. I even called in the morning. I even received a confirmation text. NO ONE MENTIONED THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND I COULDNT GET IN!!! I will be getting a full refund! They were also rude when I came in!

Dr Di Fan is amazing and has a great personality too. Hes funny and explains the whole experience as he is performing the procedure. The appointment people need to get their act together. My husband and myself have received many phone calls, from actual people and recorded messages to verify appointments. They are way over the edge with calling as much as four times a day. I dont answer anymore because Ive confirmed and still get more calls.**UPDATE**The billing department has no idea what they are doing. They have been incorrectly billing me and Ive called twice to resolve and then I get a call telling me to pay my bill. I called Medicare and they verified I am being billed incorrectly. I called again and the rep argued with me and raised his voice while telling me Im wrong. Medicare knows they are billing incorrectly and bills need to be resubmitted for correction. I asked to talk to a supervisor in billing and I was transferred to a voicemail.Thats it for me Im done with them. This is causing me stress that I cannot handle. Im getting ill over this mess. Im disabled and the stress is too much for me to handle. I sent an email about the billing issue with no response.My last appointment was for 3pm I didnt leave until 6pm. I was told they were running about 40 minutes late because a patient before me arrived late. Three hours for a 20 minute procedure is unacceptable.

I would also give this place a “0” if I could. They are only looking to get your insurance money. Their procedure is horrible. I experienced pain when he was lasting my veins and had initially marked my leg incorrectly. I had my work done two years ago and my lasered veins are still present and look horrible. On top of that they want me to pay a balance and are threatening collections. They refuse to wave the co payments after they botched the job and got thousands from my insurance.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!My mom went her to get her varicose veins treated at the USA Vein Clinics on Archer, and at first everything was okay. Then one day, they called her one hour before her appointment telling her to reschedule, so she did, then it turns out they took $75 directly out of her bank account without a single notice, for “missing her appointment” when they clearly told her to change it. This last Thursday my mom had another appointment, and she went to it but the receptionist’s computer system was down, so all of the patients had to wait for a large amount of time, and some were leaving because they had to work. The doctor who was treating his patients, at some point, came up to talk with the two receptionists telling them he needs help in the back, but both of them said they didn’t know what to do. This was horrifying for my mother because it was extremely unprofessional for not only the doctor to be asking for help, but to even go as far as asking receptionists, who know nothing about treating varicose veins, for help. My mom talked with the receptionist and asked for her appointment to rescheduled again because the system wasn’t even working and she too, had to work, and the receptionist agreed. Yesterday, Friday the 27th, somebody who works for what seems like the main office of the company called my mom to verify that her appointment had been changed and all went well. Today,the very next day, we are finding out that once again they took not $75 but $250 from her bank account,again,without a single notice, supposedly for missing her appointment although she was physically there. The office is closed today, but we will not leave them alone until we get our money back.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. I purchased injections on Groupon and this is my 2nd time coming to USA Vein Clinics in Chicago. While I will not be returning to ever. Person on the phone that schedules tells you one thing and when you get there they tell you they can not see you because you purchased on Groupon. It’s their policy but on their website it says you can and the person who schedules also said the same thing. Have not had a good experience since the 1st time.

I was totally pleased with all aspects of my (first) visit here this morning. The outstanding level of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness cannot be overstated, from everyone, including the technicians, office manager, billing/appointment scheduler.

Dr. Fan was very nice and caring. Heard only good things about him.

I was 15 minutes late for a appointment,because i got lost and my cell phone kept losing signal for maps,and when i got there the staff was not friendly and they look like they were ready to leave,they told me i had to move my car or it would get towed,so after driving through a alley only to find no parking tow signs because of construction,I was beyond livid.so after all that ,they had the nerve to tell me they couldnt verify my insurance,which by the way was verified the day before,thats why i was able to get the appointment .I will never go back here,I would rather drive 1 hour to get better service.
