Let me start off by saying, I am a clinician myself and I have had many horrible experiences with dentists. From customer service issues, incomplete dental work, and just the overall lack of sympathy towards the client. As a result, my fear Of the dentist multiplied, my teeth suffered drastically, and so did my self esteem. I heard about Madison and Pine Dental by a friend. I admit I was very reluctant to make an appointment but I did. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. The clinic is amazingly clean! The staff is awesome, very friendly, well spoken,!full of warm smiles and passionate tones. They made me feel so welcomed and the atmosphere was very inviting, unlike other dentist offices. The dentist 1st DR. Kim! Absolutely hilarious! He jokes and smiles and walked me through every detail and every step! I instantly because relaxed and almost forgot that I was at a dentist office. I felt NO PAIN, not even a pinch! The experience with Dr.Kim and his staff was wonderful.Now it’s been 8!weeks of going back and forth to dental visits and I’m eager to make every new appointment! Now let’s talk about the other doctor, DR. Poola (I’m sorry if I misspelled his name). He is the doctor who installed my crowns on my front teeth. He was amazing too! He has such a gentle voice it made me automatically relax! He was very detailed while performing. He walked me through step by step with him I was able to close my eyes and relax!Madison and Pine Dental is a team of Angels working in unison to create great smile and uplifting self esteem! I’m glad to have come across you guys! Thank you so much and I will see you every two weeks until I’mBeautiful again! My beauty is a result of YOU!Thank you!!!

Receptionist and dental assistants are so rude and snotty. They always have an attitude, I can’t wait until my son is finished with his braces this Dentist will no longer service me and my children .

Madison and Pine dental has been my only dental care provider since my early pre-teens. For the pass 30 years they have been treating my community with quality care and services. I am proud to say that this dental clinic has helped me keep a healthy smile. My children have only been seen by this dental clinic. I refer family and friends all the time. For 27 years, I have not had cavities, Ive never had a root canal and thats thanks to Dr. Poulos, Dr. Kim and Alex. Great team. Great teamwork positive results...

Dr Dzakovich is amazing! Hes hilarious & helped me to feel comfortable & unafraid right away. Because Im a big chicken. Im terrified of the dentist!.....BUT NOT ANYMORE! I give him a A++ he extracted my tooth so quickly. I couldnt believe it. I would definitely see him again.

I meet with the Hygienist Alex and let me tell you she was absolutely amazing to visit with. She made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything to me of what she was doing. I felt serviced as well as educated. She is very pleasant AND personable. I found out we are both Scorpios. I am looking forward to visiting with Alex again for my second Deep Cleaning. I absolutely love this dental office. It was in my neighborhood 25 years ago. I had major work done here. The work done on my teeth I still get complimented on my teeth. Then I had work done 15 years ago from Dr. Poulos. I moved to another state and was ALWAYS asked who my dentist was? I had to respond always, “my Dentist is in Chicago. So I moved back to Chicago and went right back here. Even though it is a hour drive from me. His hygienist asks, wow who did your crowns? I said your boss over 15 years ago. After all these years my smile is amazing. I have seen the hygienist Alex for some deep cleaning. She was patient, courteous and went way beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I LOVE THIS PLACE. They are taking precautions to keep their patients safe in this Covid. Check them out. You will be happy you did. Professionalisms from entering to exiting!

If you want pain, this is the place for you. Had a took pulled and I think I blacked out from the pain. After tooth extraction I felt as if I was rushed out of the office. Felt like a pain assembly line.

If you are looking for a dental hygienist go or call Madison Pine. make sure you make the appt. with Alex. I promise you want regret it. I had a deep cleaning with Alex and she is the best in my book. She is very kind, gentle and very professional. She will make you feel relaxed so that you can have a successful visit. I highly recommend her for your deep cleanings.

First time. I was skeptical about the area it’s in. I called made me an appointment. I went and did my X-ray today and they were able to clean my teeth as well. They did a great job. The hygienist is great! They also guide you step by step through whatever procedure you’re going for. I strongly recommend this place. I found my new dentist.

I love coming here for my semi annual cleanings. Alex is the best. She is friendly and i only ask for her to clean my teeth. The entire staff is great. You may have a lot of paperwork but the wait is not too long and everyone is professional. Even on my worst days the staff have remained no nonsense but professional. -Jacqueline

I was just there on 12/14/18. The entire staff is friendly AND professional. Dr. Poulos is absolutely the greatest. He is thorough and to the point. Alex is the BEST hygienist I’ve known since being a patient there for well over 20 years. If you follow their instructions you can keep your smile AND your teeth. I highly recommend this facility. An added bonus is the Christmas music during holidays 🤗

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. Alex is my favorite hygienist. She thoroughly explains what she’s doing and what products to use for keeping up good oral health. One suggestion, if you’re there for braces schedule for an early or later appointment sometimes it gets super crowded and the wait is either short or long.

Using this office for dental care since 2013. Dentist spend the time to explain process and options. Hygienists are excellent! Occasional waiting is usually minimal. The office is run well and the staff always are respectful too.

Not my first visit to this dentist office I really enjoy my visits. I was a little nervous in the very beginning but they take all of the nervousness away. This place is excellent....the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kim is a godsend. The only thing I hate is that they are not in my dental network; I paid out of pocket to have my teeth pulled, it was worth the cost.

I went in for a routine teeth cleaning, the hygienist was awesome!!!! she talked to me through the whole cleaning, letting me know exactly what was happening. she has was very professional. the service was very good.

This office is wonderful the people are so friendly and are willing to Accommodate you in any kind of way they are so pleasant.. I have not had a bad experience and I don’t anticipate one either.I was once a HMO patient and when I discovered that my dentist was now PPO I immediately switched because he cares he’s honest and his Dental Hygienist(Alex) is off the chain she talks you through each and every procedure and makes sure that you are calm and comfortable when in the room with her she makes you feel special and we all know that a number of us are afraid of coming to the dentist(me) because of all the different procedures especially when it comes to needles been stuck in your gums.Please Madison and Pine Dental don’t change who you are and what you do your customer service is the best and thank you for the music because it’s calming and it really does make a differenceLove you guys and y’all ROCK....

Madison Pine is a great dental office with a very professional and friendly staff. I have had some major work done there and was completely happy each time. I had to have a complicated root canal done and felt no pain. I also had to get new crowns on my front teeth and thanks to Dr Poulos, I am smiling like I never thought I would again.

I absolutely love this dentist office. I personally think they are most friendly professional one in town. All of their staff are friendly and treat you like family. Theres a playroom for children, Tvs for patients. I would highly recommend them.

My children were seen on 6/24/16. The female dentist advised that they needed fillings and confirmed that theyd received white and not silver. I requested a copy of the dental records and was told that theyll be ready in one week. I never received them so, today we go in for the follow-up appointments and I asked for the records and they refused to give them to me. They tell me that the only option is to get silver caps, a root canal and silver fillings FOR CHILDREN? A root canal? They numbed my 10 year old in two areas of her mouth and did not complete the work. Theyre all rude! They have attitudes! They hate for patients to ask any questions! They have no patience! They dont follow through and they have a problem explaining things to you! I definitely called Public Health at 217/782-7412 and Professional Regulations at 312/814-6910 to file complaints against the office staff and dentists.

Great service as usual. With this visit, the dental hygentist cleaned by teeth, and Dr. Poulos filled two cavities. Although going to the dentist is not always fun, I know Madison and Pine Dental will get the job done.

I was nervous about getting a deep cleaning because I thought it was going to hurt but the hygienist was patient, talked me through the entire process and was gentle when giving me the anesthesia. IT DID NOT HURT AT ALLANS ME TEETH LOOK WHITER!!!!!!

Staff here works as a team in a very professional manner. This is my first visit with my girls, and definitely wont be my last. I saw a review by someone else here, stating that the lobby was to loud. Im sitting in the lobby as Im writting this review and the music is at a nice resonable volume. I have zero complaints besides being hungry as im waiting for my eldest daughter to get finished up 😆

They didnt make sure my mouth was completely numb. I literally felt him pulling my wisdom tooth. Then he asked me what I wanted to do?! Umm make sure I dont feel anything but pressure maybe?? His assistant was friendly then became annoyed like I was lying about feeling the procedure. As hes deadening my mouth shes commenting, see you dont feel that, which was very irritating because I was... Moral of the story I didnt have a good experience and wont be returning!

I would like to share my experience with this Dental Office as a Quality Improvement measure for the Administrative team.Pros:1. Prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and well groomed front line staff ( receptionist).2. Shay (insurance verification) was very attentive ( active listener) addressed my concerns promptly when assisting with my insurance needs.3. Upgraded, state of the art facility.Nicely decorated.Cons:1. Staff introduction were far and few, of the 7 staff members i interacted with only (3) three greeted me with a smile and/or introduced themselves ( 1 - I had to ask them what there names were.2- The dentist actually greeted me from behind while I was waiting in the dental chair facing the wall - instead of walking up to me to greet me face to face. When I bought it to his attention he was not apologetic.3. The dental assistance who escorted me to the XR area was annoyed, inpatient and rude. I have a thing for sanitation and as the assistant was preparing to take a dental x ray I noticed she didnt change her gloves after cleaning off the dental device with an alcohol pad, place the plastic bag over the device and asked that I put my mouth on it, when I bought it to her attention she became defensive, and started addressing my concerns in an unprofessional manner ( I removed the original plastic she placed over the dental device that goes in my mouth and simply replaced it) and thereafter asked if it was positioned correctly. She stated well you should know , I dont know and ranted on. Ultimately, she called for another assistant to come and take the XR instead.4. While awaiting for the dentist to exam me I notice the dental light utilized had dried sputum marks on the light. UGHH!5. Music very loud in office area
