I dont like this place. Not good service. They dont care.I have terrible experience with them.Very similar like in Ukraine, not like in USA.

I have been a Selfreliance Federal Credit Union member for 23 years now and I have never been disappointed by their service. As of recently, we have been working with the financial department and really appreciate their selfless and efficient problem-solving etiquette. Special recognition to Bohdan Yarymovych and Nataliya Mamchur. Based on the work put in, I believe they will continue to hold Selfreliance to the highest standards. Thank you for everything!

I hate baking with Selfreliance. I have to keep my account here only so my parents also can have access to my account. My favorite part is that it may be closed when Google says it’s open. Mondays it says open but when you come it’s closed and only a drive thru is open. You can’t wire money or deposit cash here so what’s the point of this drive through. Please update Google and say the bank is closed. They had a terrible app they upgraded it this year. I was so excited about the option to transfer money between Selfreliance accounts. When I tried to transfer to my parents savings account it didn’t work as it defaulted to their IRA account instead of savings. I called and after hours on the phone they said it’s a glitch that all Selfreliance clients experience. And it hasn’t been resolved for months now. The staff is not friendly at all. Everything they are rude and not trying to help. I feel like I came to their home and not to the bank. Can’t wait to close my bank account with Selfreliance.

I will take Selfreliance over big banks anytime. May be a little slower and more strict than banks but they have the customers best interest. We should take the time to say thank you for being there on the weekends and every day in the drive thru while we are off not working. Thank you Selfreliance!

Services is as good as its gets .The only thing is the clients !!Drive thru is suppose to be fast service for clients in their cars ,not on FOOT!!Bank have to educate their clients ,that its danderous ,unethical and simply rude .Please send people to do business in Lobby

Nice place. Everyone speaks Ukrainian. Everyone tells you a story. Can make a credit and debit card. True, if there is no work and income, then a loan is secured by the money (200-500 $ on account), but then you can pick them up. But its important to start your credit history. In general, who only came and has problems with the language you here!

The staff is unfriendly (just like in Ukraine).When I wanted to come to drive thru, the drive way was blocked, just left the car, through which it was impossible to move to the window, at a time when google map said that they were open, but there was no access to the ATM!
