I would also give this a zero rating if I could. I was legitimately refused services because Im not a patient with them, despite them being part of my insurances medical group to receive services. The receptionist was also rude from the very beginning and was not interested in working with me to help at all. I dont know why she works there if she hates it so much.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Especially the Psychiatrist department!! Terrible!!

I feel happy with the service and with my I have 15 years been there and I gave thanks for having a excellent doctor Sylvie Chantal tinfang she is the best she cures any disease that even in the hospital they dont cure with her help I have live with dyalisis

They need to rehab this whole cook county health center
