You can live here as long as youve got a lot of money but I tried to join the block club and I dont have a lot of money.I cant afford that its so expensive you have to join and pay just to find out the news for the neighborhood thats really exclusive.This is an exclusive neighborhood it is not very inclusionary as far as it goes because Most of the people that live in this area are rather affluent they have a lot of money.

I taught and directed the musical theatre dance classes for my studio this year, and we did our final shows on the beautiful new stage space. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed, the kids and families loved it, and it was so convenient to book!! Eileen at the chamber of commerce was very responsive and helpful! It was such a smooth day and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue!! I will hopefully be booking the space to teach some classes this summer!!

Super cute space with a shade covering, small open space with turf, and a big open square. Nice farmers market there in warmer months, and right by the CVS if you need a beverage. Lots of restaurants nearby too, so grab some takeout and have a seat outdoors in the shade. You wont regret it!

Great little pavilion with farmers markets and live performances

This space is charming, a great size, and so needed in this area! It has some grassy areas to sit in, and a few picnic tables, and mounds for the kids to run up and down on. Simple but so great.

I attended an outdoor yoga class with Bloom Studio here and it was really nice. Theres a small astro turfed greenspace for kids to play, a paved open area for where younger kids can ride their bikes, and sometimes I see a farmers market setup here. Easy to get to by bike since the plot is nestled between N. Lincoln Ave. and Damen.

Simple space but seems like it will be nice for the community and last a while.

Such a lovely oasis in North Center! There is a large paved area, a raised AstroTurf oval, some play hills, tables with umbrellas and a stage area.
