The ambiance is actually what attracted us to here. It wasn’t too flashy or sketchy. This place is cozy like a fire place. Yes, it seems they are focused on what really matters: your health. They aren’t caught up on some ego trip over how smart or successful they are which I’ve experienced at other locations.They just want to help you feel better!My favorite thing about this place is that they don’t leave you high and dry with fast paced jargon. They take the time to break down abstract thoughts so you can really understand what you’re going through. They’ll disclose/break down your treatment and there aren’t any tacky sales gimmicks they are hounding you about. They aren’t pushy and they value your time. You won’t have to wait forever to see a doctor for a simple check up you paid an outrageous amount for that they never disclosed the price of (which I’ve experienced!). I’ve never once heard any of them tell me that I need a costly MRI scan immediately or mention surgery like I’ve experienced in other places. Yes, they are truly invested in what’s best for you and they care about helping people over taking advantage of them in order to make more money. They even have fundraisers to help people in need! I cant say enough good things about Ravenswood Chiro. The entire staff is wonderful, and so friendly. Dr.D and Iesha really take the time to listen and problem solve, and they are kind and empathetic caregivers. I feel this is really hard to find in todays healthcare climate. Highly recommend!

I really like this office. Its one of the best Chiropractic offices I have ever seen because of the wide array of services and treatments.The care is thorough and well communicated. Dr. Renn is excellent and I highly recommend him and his office.

This is my favorite place to go for chiropractic treatment, as well as personal training, acupuncture, and massage. The entire staff is caring and talented- I avoid going anywhere else for these services. My first back injury occurred in 2018, and Ive been coming here ever since. Ive worked with a few different massage therapists, PTs, and acupuncturists, but everyone has always been phenomenal at taking care of me and listening to my questions and concerns.

All I can say is wow! Really OUTRAGEOUS PRICE GOUGING HERE do not bother getting simple adjustments once a week unless you have $10,000 to waste. He will not tell you any prices up front and they will not even show you your bill until they contact a third party to attempt to sue you for your balance that is so extremely overpriced. This is outrageous and the BBB will be contacted also. They wont return calls or emails.

I went to Dr. Renn’s practice for help with back pain brought about by long hours spent at the computer. They did a very thorough evaluation and developed a treatment plan that incorporated physical therapy, massage, electric stimulation, chiropractic adjustments, and nutritional supplements.In a matter of weeks, I noticed a reduction in pain and significant improvement in my overall wellness.I should mention that all three of their massage therapists are some of the best around and many of the stretching/strengthening/balance exercises taught in their physical therapy are ones I try to incorporate into my daily routine now, long after the treatment has ended.I’m very happy with my experience at Ravenswood Chiropractic and will be recommending it to friends and family.

I had an acupuncture session with Leila last week for strained back muscles and stress. I left feeling so relaxed and my back pain was greatly relieved. I have made another appointment with Leila to continue to on my path to wellness. She is caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable.

Ive been going here since 2013 and have solved three issues/injuries so far. From severe neck pain to prenatal help - along with acupuncture - to shoulder issues after my child was born to chronic ankle issues Ive found relief and solutions here. The front staff is excellent. The massage therapists are all talented and I find that I lean towards different therapists depending on the issue. In fact I swear by my monthly maintenance massages with Colleen. Dr. Renn is interested in holistic solutions and I always feel hes dedicated to seeing me for a set time with goals so I dont have to keep coming back.

I cant say enough about the chiropractic help Ive had from Doctor Renn. Family-owned business with a great approach at healing the person that theyre treating. Doctor Renn goes above and beyond to help his patients. Very highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

Dr. Renn is very sweet. The practice is growing and expanding into quite an impressive business.I went their originally because I got super FAT from a thyroid problem and wanted a large man to crack my back.🤣Ive slimmed down, but Im staying with this place. Its organized. It has everything from PT to a roller table, massage, trigger point massage, electrical stim.Hot tea, water cooler, television. Id be happy to just move in and live there.Hes likely going to send you for x-rays, which is smart. Do it. We learned a bunch from the x-ray.Hes learning about hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, but he is not an EDS physio. If you have EDS, youre not supposed to ever have your neck twisted by a chiro.Dr. Brander downtown is a real EDS pain and rehab doc for you. If you have hypermobility and the money🤑 to spend. I do not.

The staff at Ravenswood Chiropractic and Wellness Center are amazing. About 4 months ago, I was having pain in my mid-back area and feet. I researched so many chiropractors that specialized in foot care, but no one seemed of interest. I started to just give up and suffer the pain and then I stumbled across Dr. Renn and his staff. I believe this was one of the greatest decision I ever made concerning healthcare. From the chiropractic care to the massages, stem therapy and physical therapy; Ravenswood Chiropractic is the place to be. I guarantee you will not regret your decision. They lie to us about the coverage of our insurance . C’mon I work in a clinic and you guys can contact insurance for any future bills or whatever the client needs to know . At second visit , they told us that insurance will not cover what they said before and we had to pay for . Very unprofessional !!! Not going there , I know other chiropractors places that are better but little fatter locations for us .

Had a bad experience here. Renn tried to give me and adjustment - but said I was to stiff - so he put me on electric stim and then had me stretch with one of his ‘trainers’. I already do those stretches and I was charged to work with a trainer ahaha - I was charged almost 3x more than any other chiropractor I’ve ever been to. To say the least I found a new chiropractor after my first visit.

I started seeing Dr. Renn in October 2016. I was in severe pain from neck to knee and getting worse. Before seeing Dr. Renn, I spent two years and thousands of dollars trying to find out why I was in so much pain. I saw an orthopedic specialist, a rehabilitation doctor, a pain doctor and two other chiropractors and had been through months of physical therapy at a premier rehabilitation center. I was told my problem was chronic pain and that there was no hope of recovery. I was offered narcotics to control the pain. But I was not willing to give up. After every failed attempt to find an answer, I would go through a couple months of hopelessness and then pick myself back up again to look for a new solution. Thats how I came across Dr. Renn. The first time I saw him, he told me what he suspected the problem was and sent me for a scan. As soon as we got the scan results and found out that he was right, we were able to correct the underlying problem, and I improved dramatically. I am almost back to normal now. I can run again and I can sit or stand for more than an hour at a time without pain. I am so grateful for Dr. Renn and his staff! He really listened to me and his staff were very caring toward me through my emotional ups and downs that go along with being in physical pain. Thank you!

Ive been seeing Dr Renn and company for years and have nothing but the upmost respect for them and what they do. The staff is like family! From Dr Renn to Tracy to Ann, April and the rest of the crew. I respect that they work with you and not against you...if you speak up about any issue they correct it...I love that. I have been seeing Dr. Renn since I moved to Chicago in 2012. I have recommended him to all of my friends, and recommend him to you. There was a point where I changed insurance, and he was not covered under that provider. I went to another chiropractor during that time, and had such a mediocre experience, I went straight back to Dr. Renn. Id rather pay cash out of pocket for the care he provides than pay a co-pay at any other place.His staff is beyond friendly and in tune to my needs. Anne, the office manager is a machine and keeps that place together. She is so very flexible with my travel and work schedule and is always accommodating when I have a meeting run late into the evening and I need to reschedule my appointment.Colleen is the best massage therapist I have EVER seen. Ive told Dr. Renn he better NEVER let her go, and Ive told her that if she ever leaves, she better tell me where shes going because I will follow. If I had the means, I would hire her as my personal therapist. She gets me feeling tip top shape.Each person on staff has the heart of a teacher. I ask a lot of questions. I want to know what the machines are, how they work, what theyre doing, how theyre helping me, what the procedures are, what is being adjusted, and what Im paying for. Each step of the way Dr. Renns team answers my questions, and they make sure I understand the answers. Anne will even go through my EOBs line by line with me and compare them to my bills.If youre reading this, you obviously need chiropractic care and are looking for someone. GO HERE. NOW.
