The customer service, care, and patience each employee carries great strength about the integrity of The Joint Chiropractic.I have been a patient for over a year now transferring from a suburb location. Thank you to each and everyone here. You guys are an amazing team and truly have helped me physically get better and even mentally. For the first time today I felt as if I am even able to RELAX!I will hold a warm place in my heart for the care I have received. Thank you all so much again.

Drove 33 minutes as this is the closest location to me. Was not told masks were required by the person who messaged me to come in. Once I bought a mask next door, I filled out paperwork. While doing so, I heard more than 3 people ask the girl at the front how long the wait was - she said 10-15 minutes each time. Which, when I asked her suddenly became 35-40 minutes. So I essentially set an appointment for nothing, only to wait an hour and half.Update: loved the session. Very straight to the point and clear about expectations. They have to intake you as a new patient, if you’re going for the first session, bring an ID & expect to spare 1-1/2 hours. 5 star

This is probably the first time I’ve ever enjoyed going to the doctor. The team was incredibly welcoming and informative, and made me feel comfortable and confident. I’ve reaped so many benefits from the care and help that I’ve received here at the Joint. I recommend that everyone give chiropractic care a try!

My first chiropractic experience. I have a severe arthritic neck that is going to take time to heal. My physical therapist has suggested that I add chiropractic work into my treatment. I could not be happier with the care, the personalities, and the time the doctors take to talk to me, and the cleanliness and ease this establishment offers. I love being able to pop in when I have the time or am in the area. But what I love most are the chiropractor’s themselves. Knowledgeable, caring, and taking time to do anything and everything they can to alleviate my pain.

The chiropractors are very friendly, knowledgeable and know what there doing. Customer service is great, and I love the fact that I don’t have to make an appointment and I can just walk right in and get my adjustment. the longest wait that I’ve experienced at the most was less then 10 minutes on a Saturday. Very affordable with the wellness plan. Thanks guys. Keep it up.

From the first day till now never had a bad experience. They are quick and attend for each client respectfully. Wonderful staff and I am so happy I found them to helo me with my back care!

I went for my first ever adjustment two days ago, and am already back to a similar pain level. Someone from here reached out to me to schedule an appointment, and then when I showed up for it, I was told there are no appointments and I would have to wait for any members to go before me. 5 other people proceeded to walk in and be seen before me. Then the doctor had to uncomfortably try to sell me a package he knew full well I didnt really need. Let the doctors be doctors and hire salespeople to try and rip your patients off. When I was leaving, there was one plan that was right in my price range, and that would include the exact amount of visits the doctor recommended. However, when I went to purchase this, I was told the minimum purchase for that plan was 2 months so I would have to pay double and have double the amount of appointments the doctor suggested. When I expressed I only wanted to pay for one month, she offered me a more expensive plan. Just plain ignorant honestly. Then I was told I would receive stretches and things to do at home but I guess since I didnt pay into it, they wont bother sending me any follow ups even though it was supposed to be sent to me regardless. They were so quick to send a survey and more ads so that should tell you what kind of busine$$ thi$ i$....

Dr. Aaron basically put me back together again. It was such a relief both physically and financially to find an affordable place to get adjusted. The docs are superb, I rarely wait more than 5 minutes, and I’m not breaking the bank. I am so thankful to The Joint for providing incredible care at a reasonable cost.

Have had back pain for years, came here after trying physical therapy, yoga, and after one day of getting adjusted here I feel significantly better than from anything else. Took the time to make sure I understood what they were doing. 5 stars

Really enjoy coming here for adjustments. Never been anywhere to really take care of my pain in neck and back area, but they really find a way to make things comforting and easy going.I also would say, I apprentice how much they INQUIRE about how you are doing. First I want to start off by saying the staff is AMAZING! It’s quick and easy.I read the newest review on here, and I must say, I never had any issues. I really need to give a shout-out to the young lady in the front. Keeping everything in order, and following COVID-19 guidelines. Some people were rude to her but she kept a very professional attitude. She was handling so many things at once and it was really impressive. Some people there need to be more respectful towards the staff. I was waiting for a bit and not once did I see or hear anything rudeness from the young lady. Honestly, I’ve been coming here for a while and always have a great experience. From the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. The young lady in the front is doing a great job, along with the Doctors.

Went in after I bent down to see if my package came in the mail, instantly felt lumbar spine tense up. It was some of the worst pain Ive ever had.Went in the next day to the Joint where Dr. Aaron has helped me feel so much better in only two visits and I am following the rehab to the T.His knowledge I really appreciate, as someone who works in the fitness industry I can understand what hes saying, and I think thats a part of the reason why Ive been able to get better so quickly. Still got a long way to go, but I am so thankful for everything the Joint is and its how ran. Definitely recommend the Logan/Elston store, as well as any other locations!!

Aaron is a fantastic chiropractor at the Elston & Logan location. Ive been to many Chiropractors through my life and he is at the top. My muscles are very tight and hard to adjust, however I have always had excellent adjustments that work from Aaron. He listens and gives great health feedback / suggestions to questions asked. If your in pain, I highly recommended you see Aaron. I also appreciate the no pressure, affordable, walking in service the Joint provides.

So far so good. I feel great after every visit. If your able to get the registration paperwork in advance it makes everything smoother! Good Doctors, very good at explaining and quick with the process but they take their time when needed with patients. Good prices. Great hours.

Affordability and flexibility are awesome. Doctors are really great -- caring and thoughtful and effective.Dont love the corporate frame of the whole thing (lots of sales emails that have a whiff of pushiness) but you take what you can get! And really, its worth that tiny annoyance. Chiropractic care tends to be expensive and also hard to schedule, which are both barriers -- this place removes both.I just started this week and a week-long migraine that was radiating from my neck has already eased. Im looking forward to seeing what 6-8 weeks of care from them can do.

Im so happy to have this neck pain, because it forced me to find a chiropractor, Im so grateful the chiropractor I found was the joint chiropractic. Ive had 3 different doctors so far and each has been wonderful. Its literally my favorite place on the planet right now because each visit is 5 to 10 min and I feel so much relief afterwards. My neck pain is getting better everyday and I cannot be more thankful.

I have been suffering for years unable to move my right shoulder joint with out noticeable pain. With in 4 sessions I had remarkable results. I have more sessions to go to be pain free but oh my goodness as a cashier it feels so good to move my arm without having to protect it so much.This service is good for people who like to go in and out without a lot of one on one care. I do feel as if a team is working with me. I also appreciate that each chiropractor has different approaches. The joint meets my needs perfectly.

Very helpful staff, Dr. Fish is super nice and knowledgeable. Had a slight problem with my membership on second visit, but I think it was due to a newer employee helping me on my first visit, and they fixed it up pretty quick. They sent me emails to check how I’m doing and even sent videos to show the stretches I need to do. Excited to be on the road to recovery!Update (10/20/2020): Feeling like a brand new dude! After just a couple months of treatment, these guys fixed many of the discomforts I had just moving around day-to-day. My workouts are feeling way better now, and I’m able to move in ways I couldn’t before. Just keep stretching consistently and follow their directions and the results will come. Each visit is quick and they listen to any concerns I may have. Quality of life has improved and I’m pretty grateful this place is an option for me.

Service was good when it wasn’t packed. Often had to wait 30 minutes or more, even going weeknight. However, the chiropractors were very knowledgeable and you could tell they cared. The plans are relatively affordable, especially when compared to other available care in the area. I wish they had a location in Lakeview. When I cancelled my membership a day late due to error, they refunded me. Would recommend!

I was recommended The Joint by another local chiropractic office and I was not disappointed. My issue was for a specific injury and my doctor was thorough in his examination and treatment. While this injury will take time to be corrected, I know and trust The Joint will help me recover.

I have been going to this specific location for almost 2 years. Everyone is great! I started with The Joint back in 2016 after a terrible back muscle injury. I try my best to go weekly.My daughter also went for a year. She is a distance runner and they definitely helped keep her hips aligned!

Coming to The Joint has been an amazing experience. Ive struggled with back pain and tightness for around 10 years now and was at the point where it had become my new normal. But the doctors at The Joint assured me that back pain is not something that I have to live with. Since Ive started visiting everything has become so much easier. walking is no longer a daunting task and my bowling average has even gone up 15 pins! The doctors are very knowledgeable about what they do, and can even help with specific areas that are causing trouble. It is truly a blessing to be able to work with the doctors at The Joint at such an affordable price. I highly recommend this place to anybody who struggles with back tightness or pain.

I have such a great experience everytime! No matter if I have Dr Marvin or Dr Derrick, they each listen to what areas of my body need extra chiropractic care. For example today I was having an issue with internal rotation and went home with ideas to help facilitate better range of motion. I have to say since beginning a monthly membership at The JOINT my daily pain has never been better. If you have any sort of pain please give the JOINT on Elston a try.

Helped me with an issue Ive been dealing with for 2 years. After the 1st session, noticed a major difference in my body and athletic performance. Following a month or two of sessions, my problem doesnt exist anymore. I feel like Ive gained control of my body gain with their help. Ive already recommended them to my friends who are dancers. We all need a tune up every now and then lol

Consistent customer of Chicago’s Elston location. I played college tennis and have back and shoulder pain from previous surgeries. The Joint team does a fantastic job alleviating pain and tension for a reasonable price. A number of the practitioners at the Elston location are quality and will converse with you, on an articulate level, what specifically they are doing and what that motion hopes to achieve.pros: low wait time, affordable, quality care, proximity and number of locations in metro Chicago.cons: can seem too quick/monotonous, rotating team of chiros (never know who you’ll get but they keep consistent notes), biggest con is the rudeness and how terrible the front desk lady is at the Elston location. Nothing but negative energy radiating from her, total 180 to my experience with the rest of the Joint.

Place is awesome week days there is no wait I’m in and out in 10 minutes and all the staff is really nice and helpful.

This was my 1st visit to a chiropractor ever. Ive heard good and bad things about chiropractors. Ive been working construction since I was a teenager so my bones are banged up a bit now that Im 53. A friend told me about this place so I gave them a try. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The doctor was very professional and comforting. Im very happy with my chiropractic adjustments at The Joint. My brother-in-law has been going to The Joint for years and recommended I go. Dr Fish and Dr Derrick are phenomenal. Personally only trust them to adjust me. My first visit was with dr fish and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable with me. Being on me feet for work constantly strains my back and I get a lot of tension easily but the joint has helped me find the comfort I need and given tools I could use at home as well. So after you sing up you get to go in and someone will crack you back in 2 minutes and you out it should be called crack a joint Im sorry that some people fall for this as adjustment, also they cant help you if you have a specific pain they just crack your joints pretty well cant deny but that not what real adjustments really is. I went in for right nick pain and after 8 crack appointments i got massaged in that are for 30 sec only , and they couldnt even crack me any more and pain still here .

I first came to The Joint about a year ago with back pain that was so bad I could barely get out of bed. Within two-three months, I was pain free! Ive continued with upkeep 2-4 times per month, and Ive been so pleased with the help theyve given! I wish I would have started coming sooner!

Chiros are good, know their stuff. I think the schedule they put you on forces you to pay a bit more than presented. You use up your first months visits within 2-3 weeks.One of the ladies at the desk just sprays the chairs in the waiting room, she doesnt wipe... So ppl end up standing. Ive been to a lot of chiropractors, twenty, and of all of them, Dr. Fish has the best chiropractic hands. He delivers an amazing adjustment every time that leaves me feeling like new (decreased pain, increased range of motion and less stress). I was having pain in the neck and low back that was going into my arm/hand as well as my butt/thigh/foot. Dr. Fish found the cause (muslce strain/sprain and disc bulge) and helped me to correct my spine by bringing the balance back, not to mention the relief of pain I get from getting adjusted. The Joint is definitely not your typical chiropractic office. This place changes the game in many ways. You can walk in with no appointment needed, it’s very very affordable, especially if you don’t have insurance, and the Doctors are very knowledgeable, experienced and kind. Dr. Derrick’s approach to introducing the chiropractic practice was eye-opening to someone who isn’t familiar with the body and how it works. I highly recommend The Joint for many reasons.

I’ve been to several excellent chiropractors in Chicago. Even with insurance coverage, it was expensive but worth it in my opinion, because I see Chiropractic as a Health practice. Still I wasn’t always able to get regular visits because of the cost. Also to be honest while I have always liked adjustments, I’ve never had the amazing results I’d hear others experiencing and chalked it up to not going regularly enough to maintain progress. Someone told me about their experience at The Joint, and Dr. Derek specifically, so I went to check him out. Not only was he thorough, but he explained things very well and showed me on a picture where my body was not in alignment. He did a great adjustment and for the first time my TMJ is not clicking every time I open my mouth. I am shocked because no other chiropractor ever did the type of maneuver he did; most did the same quick maneuver and I’d spent $60 for 5 minutes. Alexis at the front desk was warm and very knowledgeable. The Joint offers very affordable plans so that you can get the regular visits needed initially to get you into a good place while still being able to afford more visits as needed. Highly recommend.

I rate this 5 star as my experience is super satisfied. I came to this place yesterday and i wanna try and give it a shot cuz i suffer from a custochondritis for 6 months, thanks to Dr. Erwin, when he check my situation he gave me knowledge on everything he knows about custochondritis and it makes me really happy cuz I gain hopes that my condition can be cured through this chiropractics style. He also correct my posture, i recommend this place your pain will be gone like magic. Very professional and affordable plus friendly staff

Everything was great to me.But the only thing is the sale person didn’t give me the right information when I signed up for the plan with them.I have never been told that it is the monthly plan until I checked my credit card statement. She only told me only how many visit I will get and when will it expire. That is all. I know it was partially my fault that I didn’t read the contract in detail.

I went in for my first adjustment yesterday after having difficulty breathing, and today I already feel like I can breathe for the first time in ages! Dr. Derrick was amazing and walked me through everything before we began so I felt comfortable with the process. Not only has my breathing already improved, but I have so much more energy and just feel better overall! So excited to keep going back.Keana at the desk was an absolute sweetheart. She has to do a thousand things at once, and she does it all gracefully, incredibly well, and with a smile on her face. My experience here was positive. The front receptionist was very polite and her professionalism exceeded my expectations. Also, the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional.On a side note, I would not recommend this place if youre suffering from severe back pain or injuries that might need a more detailed adjustment. After, cancellation of my membership (approximately 1 month), I had no choice but to visit a different chiropractor who better suited my needs.However, I would definitely recommend this place for those who suffer small aches or need of a quick adjustment.

The Doctors did a good job helping me with my shoulder pain! But the stuff working the front desk has poor knowledge of what they are doing and how to explain the packages they offer! So make sure you read it well before you put your signature anywhere before you start getting overcharged! And on top they didn’t want to oner the coupons I got from the lady running the desk! (that lady was no more there wonder why?!)

I went in last Saturday to what I thought was an emergency visit, I was having a lot of upper back pain and was recommended by my uncle to this office.I called to ask if I needed to make an appointment and they said I could just walk in, I went in not knowing what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was very nicely greeted, the office is very clean and inviting if you ask me.That day I met Dr.Fish who made me feel very comfortable since the very beginning. He explained everything very thoroughly and also took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure they were addressed.After my first adjustments I was a little sore and he explained I would be but two days later felt way better than I expect. Aside from stress at work I also enjoy working out and admit to not properly stretching every time.I will continue coming here as needed and would recommend this place to anyone who wants affordable quality care.

They dont take appointments. They also lock their door before their posted 7pm closing time and the lazy receptionist cant be bothered to stay even 5 minutes past close (their McSessions dont even take 5 minutes). I guess next time I wont shower before I come, Ill just come straight after work covered in dirt and sawdust and sweat, probably smelling bad and getting grime on every surface I touch. At least then I wont have to wait an entire day and struggle through another grueling work day in excruciating pain because my back is severely out of alignment.

Drs are all great, I love the atmosphere. I went during my pregnancy and really helped my sciatica. I had a situation for which i was unhappy at first but im glad at the way they resolved it and glad to know they care about their patients. :)

I went there today for my first visit. I am having issues with my lower back. Starting with the phone call to make the appointment, everything was pleasant over the phone. They got me in the same day. Dr. Fish was very polite and informative. Kara at the front desk was friendly and personal. Prices are amazing. Most importantly, I left the place already feeling better and will be going back tomorrow. Overall, a very positive experience
