Ms. Lucy is a great teacher to my child and she loves going to school. Overall I dont have any complains about the care of my child. I would of give them 5 stars but I feel like managing the payments or the account needs a lot of improvements.

Teddy Bear 3 provides exceptional childcare and a nurturing environment to all the kids. I am very glad to have my sister here. Thank you Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Vicky for the hard work you give each day.

Everyday my son had really bad diaper rashes to the point he had to see the doctor because he was bleeding constant. They dont keep up with diapers. I always had them stocked. 6am to 6pm. He would constantly get the high fevers. Not recommended.

WARNING! It’s probably the worst daycare you can take your kids to. Don’t do it. They only care about the money. My daughter cried everyday for almost a year while dropping her off. She would hold on to my leg and they never would try to comfort her. There’s only been 2 ladies here that were super nice and one left. Everyone else is just so cold. They made me feel like it was just my daughter who was a cry baby or something. Now that she’s at her new daycare the difference shows! She no longer cries and she’s only in her first week! WHAT A DIFFERENCE. There’s just no compassion here. I’ve witnessed the way they talk to the kids and trust me it isn’t cute or appropriate in my opinion. Everyone seems so bothered and miserable to be with the kids. Except for Ms Nicole. Makes me wonder why a lot of the women even work there if they do not like to show compassion or like to actually TEACH kids instead of scolding them! So glad I’m done with them!

Your child is a dollar sign and nothing more. The top dog kim said as much i dont care If you are a day late with your payment $25 late fee if your two days late you cant leave your child til its paid in full. They will turn you away. The staff is underpaid and doesnt know how to deal with bulling so make sure your kid can defend themselves because they will have to. If your child is hurt dont assume your going to be called. We didnt get a call on a couple of occasions.

Rude management who only care about money. Staff overworked and underpaid. They make you leave a deposit because as soon as you find out what this place really is you will grab your kid and run. Leaving your money behind . Which is all good for them.

Teachers are rude and mean to the children. Highly don’t recommend someone to take their kids here.

IF YOU HAVE A MIXED RACED CHILD, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE. My nephew went to this location and was treated horribly by the staff because he is black and Mexican. The staff are all very unprofessional and ignorant and literally EXCLUDE children from care and activities if theyre not fully Hispanic. The absolute GALL these people have to call themselves a child care facility. They purposefully chose to ignore when other children harmed my nephew and even denied him care if his mother made a late payment, while continuing to service others in the same situation and even going as far as to make up bogus stories about her sons so-called misbehavior. Please dont give these people your time, money, but most importantly, YOUR CHILDREN. Please, if anyone has had the same experience, contact me.

Unprofessional don’t trust them they kept my deposit for summer camp $600.00 very rude and last year they forgot my daughter in the bus after coming back from and outing.

This business does not deserve the Star that I force myself to give it just to write here. Ladies work here (to say the least) uneducated, ignorant, and inhumane. My nephew forced himself to come here for a while while my sister worked and the teachers (because I dont think they even have a license) were horrible to him. My nephew is of two races, he is dark and Mexican but he looks more dark and without any other explanation for this they treated him very badly. Other Children were allowed to do certain things and when he came to him they would not let him. They treated him unfairly on many occasions and even taught in their behavior when my nephew arrived that they did not like him the same as the other Children. While the other children enjoyed they sat him alone without participating. Take your children if you want but since they put on the bow that they do not want someone they will treat their children very badly ... do not say that an emergency happens to them and they need to pay maybe in a few days because to see as they do to go to work ... they are not taken care of. Zero stars
