I went here to get my hair done on Tuesday. I arrived promptly on-time. My styles needed to be called once I arrived at the appointment that she created. She then came 1 hour after our schedule appointment. Not only was she not prepared to braid my hair she didnt have the supplies needed. The appointment went longer than expected and I ran out to catch my next one. The hair only lasted for a day and a half. I paid $180 for hairstyle that supposed to stay up for 6 to 8 weeks. I was recommended for from a friend. I asked the stylist if she has done these types of braids twist before and she can forward me yes.Two days after the appointment I immediately send the stylist picture of the unprofessionalism and the quality of her work. I didnt get a reply back from her. I then called and left voicemails and arrived at her shop on Saturday. She aggressively informed me that she did not answer me due to her schedule being booked. I kept calm and told her I understood. She seen how poorly my hair was and did not seem to care. My hair was unraveling and slipping out.The following Tuesday, she texted in the middle of a day with excuses and tried to schedule a redo for the next day. By that time a week of this poor quality hairstyle was already falling out of my head and was taken down. I politely declined and ask for a refund and still no response. The owner of this establishment seems to be the only one that actually gives proper courtesy punctuality and professionalism.

Mike is the best barber in the world, the only place my son and I go to get our hair done.

My grandson has been going here for some years to get his hair cut by mike since he wont let me cut his hair. They are very professional, friendly and always helpful even if I call at the last minute. Thanks for always saving the day.

Ive been going to Mike at Hairz R Us for years. Hes a master barber who is efficient and personable; cuts are $20-$30 depending on what you get.Fun fact: he recently remodeled the shop and it looks great!

Mike is the truth! His line is typically 4 or 5 heads deep but thats how it is if you want a neighborhood staple to cut your hair. Hes a cool dude

When i started going to this place a girl used to cut my hair and she was ight. But one day i stopped by and i guess she was off so MIKE cut my hair for the first time and man he is my barber since. Called to make an appointment and when I arrived the barber left. I was told that she was on her way back but after waiting 30 minutes the barber never showed up even after the owner called to confirm. It was 10 minutes to closing time so my son and I left. My son was so disappointed. We will never return.
