I want to express my gratitude for the awesome services that I have always received at Ameys Egyptian Hair Salon. The Staff (hair stylists) is warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about hair care of all types. The Salon is always clean and organize and fully sanitized. The atmosphere in the Salon is soothing and quite relaxing with enjoyable music in the background. I have been a customer of Ameys Salon for awhile and last year, with my own doing due to work, I damaged my hair. My hair was dry, brittle and falling out. I was distraught and came to the Salon for help. This Salon worked a complete miracle for my hair. With the right products, treatment and care, my hair is now back healthy, strong and full of shine and dimension and this I owe it all to Ameys Salon. If I could select 💯 stars I would with full confidence. Ameys Hair Salon need to be recognized and awarded for their outstanding work commitment and professionalism. I truly want to thank Ameys Egyptian Hair Salon.

Requested a trim of my ends but ended up with a HAZARD as my hair was literally CHOPPED off. I had to go to another salon to correct the cut and ended up with much shorter hair just to correct the problem. Definitely overpriced!! Would not recommend this salon.

My daughter and I attend the shop. We have natural hair. The stylist restores the beauty of our hair and we appreciate him!

This was my first time hear at this salon. The guy who washed my hair was very rough with the care of my hair. I have a nice grade of hair that is curly and it tangle. He yanked at my hair instead of putting condition or detamgle or just some wide tooth comb. The lady that did my hair was very rude. I asked her how much it cost she said $10 for a trim and 20 for a cut. I asked her again how much it cost because she acted as she was avoid answering and start talking in another language to the guy hair stylist. When I asked again she responded very rudly I told you $85. She never told me the total price only the trim and cut price. I let her know this was my first time hear, she didnt care.

Every time I go get a wash and set, the price is different. It needs to be a consisted price. The prices shouldn’t be up and down every time I go in to get my hair in the same style. You don’t know how much he charge until your hair is done. The price should be told upfront. Other then that he does a great job with my hair.

They said $70 for natural and now it’s $120. Absolutely utterly ridiculous. And the guy is a creep as well. Never again.

I have been looking for an Egyptian hair Salon and came across this shop. I have been to this shop 3x so far and all 3x I had a very great experience. These guys know alot about hair. Amey is very quick and efficient and the young man who washes hair and angel hands lol you could almost fall asleep!!

I was unsure what to do with my hair after having my natural hair braided on and off for about a year. I looked up this shop on the internet and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased from the time I walked through the door. The shampoo guy was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My hair and scalp felt great once he finished shampooing my hair. The other guy blow dried and curled my hair. I could not be leave how straight and soft my hair was once they were done. I will definitely be returning soon.😊

My wife arrived on time for her hair appointment as she always has, because she has given them her business for a long time. She was told by the owner that her hair is TOO NATURAL and he said it would be too much to work with and tried charging her $200 for flat ironing and washing her hair. He mustve been in a bad mood because he spoke to her very rude as if he was just trying to get her out of his shop. My wife being the non confrontational person she is just walked out of the shop not trying to cause a scene. If your looking to be over charged for service and be greeted with unprofessionalism this is the place for you. This place will never see another cent of our hard earned money.

I love this salon. Ive been trying to go natural and I dont like my natural texture worth my father fave bit I hate relaxers so I needed something in the muffle and they helped me achieve my goal.The shampoo guy is heaven sent. Best wash Ive ever had in my life.I have also never had my eyebrows done until they did it. Which I couldnt believe how different I liked.Over all my experience was lovely and fulfilling

I use to come here for years but will never return AGAIN WENT 3 MONTHS AGO IT WAS 65 WENT YESTERDAY AND IT WAS 80 FOR A WASH & BLOW DRY. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Friendly and efficient staff. Prices are reasonable and I have not experienced a long wait from the time I enter to the time I leave.

Got chemical burns from their hair dye. The color and style was cute; however, my scalp has lots of healing sores from the burns. I will not return; however, the wash and actual hair style was nice. I would not suggest getting any hair color done here. I just wanted to warn others.

Outside of the address being wrong on different websites...They were phenomenal!I went just before closing on a Saturday and they accommodated me. I had my hair shampooed, blow dried and curled. I was on my way out the door in less than an hour!The location was clean and neat, the people were friendly. They have definitely made me want to go back to the beauty salon on a regular basis if this is the treatment Ill get.

All issues and complaints will be resolved as the owner Ayman has returned to the shop and is here permanently after 25years of service rest assure that the same service you know and love is back in here to stay

Great shampoo guy.. educates you about hair suggest products.. lady blow dries and awesome with eyebrow threading free hand.. then guy flat irons or curls ...fast service awesome team

He was well knowledgeable and caring as well as attentive to my needs.The hair washer (tall handsome young guy) was awesome! He pampered my hair washing. His hands are inhuman. It felt sooo goood. Im def coming back.Update: Why isn’t the owner himself ever there? Hows it that every time I come here, the prices are whatever the stylist feel for that day? How’s it that you service to African-American hair but when I walk in, I get told that I have VERY NATURAL HAIR and I’ll have to pay $90.I walk in with the same texture hair and all of a sudden, I walk in today and I was told to pay $90! Don’t service to women of color if most of our hair texture is “TOO NATURAL”!!This place has lost my business and I DO NOT endorse them!

Came to the shop to get my hair done it was 6:30 been coming here for years and he opens the door and told me he was closed and told me to come back tomorrow I felt he was unprofessional when you only have 2 customers inside. Just lost a customer coming out my way to get my hair done.
