My father-in-law died in this home due to poor care.. When he arrive at the facility he was talking, eating and could recognized his family members. Within weeks he could not do any of this. He was put on a feeding tube that was always clogged. His clothing were constantly stolen. We found maggots, fruit flies and ants seen not only in the patience room, but in the main office, and lunch room. The building wreaked of awful smells. Several times a week he would go unbathed or cleaned. Family had to be there several days a week to bath and clean him themselves. We stop leaving cloths because each time we returned to the home, cloths left for him were gone. We were told the soiled cloths were sent to the laundry (mind you, we had his name permanent marked on each piece), but they never found there way back to his room. His small transistor radio was stolen, his locker was constantly broken into. I warned my mother-in-law before she signed him in the home that I would not leave my dog in their care. No matter what day or time we would come, we could never see the treating physician. So, if you have any compassion and love your love ones DONT LEAVE THEM HERE!!!. . .PLEASE. . .
