This place is awesome!! The staff is friendly conversational funny attentive, the doc are informative and while the may get u in and OUT!! They never make u feel like u can’t ask questions or share concerns they explain everything I wish they could be My dentist!

I took my 2 year old son here for his very first dental visit. Everyone was so friendly and talked directly to my son which was awesome! They gave me a tour of the place and walked me through everything! My kiddo was a trooper and did everything that was asked of him! Overall it was a great experience!

Dr Matthew Henry exceeded my expectations. My daughter ended up with a bad tooth infection over the weekend and he kept in touch all weekend checking in on her until we ended up taking her to ER. He did a follow up the next morning at 9:30 am to make sure all was well. The staff here are extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend you take your children here ..

Today 7-13-21 was my baby’s first dentist appointment and he went in saying I don’t want to go, I’m scared.When we left he was saying “that wasn’t scary at all! I love the dentist!”100000% recommend. We had dr Matthew Henry but even the girls who worked before him were fantastic.

Amazing experience!!! They are so calm and were amazing with my kids. My kids weren’t the easiest to deal with (2 and 3 year old) my kids were up and down and all over the place. My daughter didn’t like the nurses or dentist and they explained things to her and helped her through the whole process and with both kids it took less than 30 minutes!! They were great and have great customer service! Thank you guys!

We had a great experience! They asked if Id be comfortable having x-rays done of my daughters teeth and when I told them yes, they attempted and she wasnt comfortable so they didnt push it and told her theyd try again next time. Super friendly staff all around. We love going there!

Every experience here has been great. The dentists are kind and patient. The first time my son was seen, he was a little apprehensive, but the dentist took his time to engage with him and make sure he was comfortable. My son is 2 now and always looks forward to going to the dentist. As soon as we left his appointment today he asked if we could go back. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good pediatric dentist.

I understand the need for covid precautions, but I also feel like special requests should be reviewed and considered. I was treated extremely rudely by one of the techs. I asked if they could make a special consideration for my daughter having a tooth pulled and having both parents in the room. Told no. I would understand a cleaning, but this procedure is bigger than a cleaning. Waited in the waiting area and told I had to get out. Went in to pay the bill and completely ignored by the girl behind the counter. The front desk ended up helping me. I am extremely frustrated by the service we received. No check up calls completed by staff day after.

I just love these guys and gals! I have been taking my children here all their lives and they always work with your schedule and insurance and payment needs. Fast, friendly and serving our children one tooth at a time! I would highly recommend this facility!

I am beyond blown away by the kindness, patience, and overall peace of mind they offer here. Weve had some bad experiences before and my son was super apprehensive, but the staff here is fantastic. Theyre kind, smiling, and they immediately put us at ease. They took their time, explained it all, and worked with my kiddo to do the best job they could.

I really like this dentistry...they explain everything they do before hand, during, and afterwards. They make sure all questions are answered thoroughly and dont make you feel rushed. My kids always look forward to going to this dentistry as well

Super friendly. Made sure to communicate that the main goal was not to scare my son(as it was his first experience) and were willing to take as many appointments as necessary for him to be comfortable. As long as they keep this up, we have a dentist for both of my children. A family dentist.

Wonderful!! Took my 4-yr-old to his first dentist appt, and he was sooo comfortable. They were incredibly friendly, and so great with kids. They were very respectful of our choice not to use fluoride. They give the kids headphones and a choice of movie to watch during their teeth cleaning. Since we left, my sons been asking repeatedly to go back to the dentist!

I love every single one of the dentist, hygienists, and techs! They always go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable, and intense dental work is always super fast! My kid leaves smiling no matter what work is done.

Friendly staff and hygienists. My kids like being able to sit next to each other to be seen at the same time - much more convenient than back to back appointments! The whole office does a great job of making the visit fun and easy.

Pediatric Dentistry was my childhood dentist. I always had the best experience. I was sad to find out Dr. Leonard retired, but Dr. Henry has been amazing. I couldnt imagine taking my kids anywhere else. They are the BEST. The TV in the ceiling is just an added bonus for my kiddos. Keep up the hard work!

Dr Henry is the trusted dentist with my 2 children ages 7&5. They both trust him to do what he needs and have zero hesitation to go for their visits. Highly recommend this office!

It was only our second time arriving, and I had all 3 of my toddlers with me including a 1 year old on my hip. The front office gal didnt even have to ask who I was checking in (she was on a call at the time) and handed me all the paperwork I needed to fill out for my older two. Shes always so sweet and friendly! The hygienists came out individually to talk to me and my kids always come out with a smile from ear to ear from getting to pick a prize/stickers/watching a movie etc. Just a wonderful place with wonderful staff and we will continue to use them for years to come!

Pediatric Dentistry deserves a five star rating from us! The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. The dental assistants are patient and helpful. The hygienists are excellent at clinical skills and also providing education to the patient and parent. And the doctors are knowledgeable and they know how to interact so well with my children. Went here for my almost 2 year olds first checkup and they were fantastic! Not only is the entire staff very friendly, but the place is very clean and spacious. They also did a check up on my 8 year old and she really enjoyed her visit. They do a great job welcoming their patients and making sure they have a great experience, which is exactly what it was for my girls! Def will be returning there from now on!

The staff was friendly and the place is set for kids!! Tv screens above were they work on them with headphones to listen to the movies, and sunglasses that keep any of the water from getting on them!! Lots of kids having an easy time at a place that normally gives adults nightmares!! Love this place!! Totally wish they had this in adult size!

I love Pediatric Dentistry. I have 4 children ages 6-14.. Ive been bringing them to Pediatric Dentistry since my 14 year old was 3. They are so knowledgeable and provide such a comforting and relaxing environment. My kids actually look forward to their check ups. Theres no where else that compares!

Everyone is always very friendly. They listen to your child and go to great lengths to make your child comfortable. They make it pleasurable enough to where my child has zero apprehension going in there. That makes things so much easier!

Weve been going to Pediatric Dentistry since my oldest was about a year old, shes five now and her little sister is 2 1/2yrs. Both our girls enjoy their trips even if their a little worried about a stranger looking at their teeth. The staff takes their time with the kids and follows our lead as parents. EVERYONE in the office is very understanding of the kids and likes them a lot. Id be super super happy if I could find the same kind of care with any of our pediatricians weve visited. Hands down the best office for kids in town that Ive found.

We absolutely love Pediatric Dentistry!!! We are moving next year and so sad that we are going to have to find another dentist for our 2 boys! They are always so sweet and patient with our kids and we wish we could use them forever for our kids!

I was amazed! There was a movie Theatre and fun decor and great incentive toys! The front desk staff was so warm thoughtful and friendly! My son and I felt immediately close with her. Dr. Palmer was fun caring and enthusiastic and his assistant was very tactful when my son became less cooperative as he was showing signs he was tired. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We LOVE Pediatric Dentistry! They are so wonderful with my little one. If your child is uncomfortable with something, they wont force it. They do everything possible to make sure your experience is the best it possibly can be and I really appreciate all the hard work they put into making it as fun as possible. The staff are friendly and attentive and the practicing dentist seems knowledgeable. This was the practice i went to as a kid growing up (different dentist was working there) BUT every experience Ive had in taking my own children here has been a nightmare! I feel like I’m almost being taken advantage of because i didnt go to dental school. They already put 8 caps on my 3 year olds teeth and are now telling me that my 2 year old needs his perfectly white front teeth capped or taken out along with a handful of extractions and ROOT CANALS!! Who gives a baby a root canal!?! They say they take Tricare/United Concordia and then refuse to comply with the insurance agreements, or even work with the insurance at all. It seems crooked and greedy and more about sucking my dental insurance dry then actually helping this young mom take care of her kids.So nice staff, but Im not okay with being given the run around.

My William received the very best care and everyone was super friendly! Our little human is headed home with his super hero teeth looking fabulous and he himself says he cannot wait to see his new friends again in a couple months! Thanks for the delightful atmosphere and excellent experience!

This was my daughters first dental appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided very helpful feedback on what I need to do for my daughters oral hygiene. My daughter absolutely loved the huge play area and the perks of the cavity-free club are really cool as well!

Took my daughter (2 years) for her first dentist visit and they were wonderful! The play area was clean and kept my daughter busy while waiting, the staff were all nice and talked to my daughter to let her know what was going to happen. We look forward to our next visit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great with kids and the dentists really talk to your child. I like that they explain to my child what they are going to be doing and even show him the instruments. My son always feels very comfortable and relaxed. I am very pleased with this practice.

I have only been in the Laramie office but we love these guys!! They happily got my daughter in when the office was closed, and always put up with my screaming three year old. Carrie is happy to work with me on billing and the kids always leave with a smile. The office setting is kid friendly and inviting, we only wish my husband and I could go there too!

Just sat in the waiting area for 45 min. Watched patients come and go and never had my sons name called. I was told you guys will be up soon Ended up leaving, we had to drive here from Wheatland, absolutely ridiculous. We were also new patients, first timers here. DO NOT recommend if you are too

I first called when my child was in a severe amount of tooth pain and she wasn’t even a patient there. They got us in the very next day and took fantastic care of her. The doctors and hygienists there are so fantastic with my daughter. We appreciate their care and are thankful for them!

They have one person that deals with the Scottsbluff location and demand payment right away even if insurance is provided. Then after you pay them the offee a refund on the funds over paid but make this process as painful as possible. They send the check which takes weeks and do not spell your name correctly on the check so then you have to wait again for another check even after they have all your information on hand in the first place. Dealing with them again and they are asking for me to go through the same process so when I called the one person that can help is ever unavailable and doesnt have a an option to leave a message or voicemail but yet can never be reached. I find that amazing how she can bill the heck out of people but never answer her phone about the billing process or billing in general.

,big fat zero!!! Horrible. My daughter came in to have cavities filled....they did not numb her mouth at all. She came home in alot of pain....she tried to speak up and she got ignored.....sad, she has gone for a long time....I called to ask why and the tech had zero answers, she just wanted to point and blame....no accountability...

My kids loved the play area in the waiting room. And waiting their turn for their cleaning was easy with the ceiling mounted TVs.The dentist was kind, patient and very clear when describing the decay he was/wasnt seeing. He was surprisingly conservative with his suggestions. I appreciated his kind demeanor and his explanations for treatment.

Best dental office that my children have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The ability to watch movies and the dentist telling them they were the boss while in the chair was all my children talked about after leaving. The staff were nice and very professional. This is officially the new dental home for my children.

Dr. Milmont was excellent with keeping my husband and I upupdat on the dental procedure. The ladies in the office were very accommodating by arranging the Anesthesiologist we requested and kept uusupdated on the process leading up to the day of the procedure. Very happy with the turn out and how everything was handled.

I took my 2 year old to Pediatric Dentistry after browsing online for places for her. Since this was her first dental appointment I was apprehensive to how she’d react but our experience here was thoroughly enjoyable. First, their lobby/waiting area is great for kids to play and blow off steam before their appointment. They had plenty of things to do for my toddler up to older kids. Second, the appointment itself along with the staff were amazingly professional and patient. Obviously a 2 year old isn’t going to be too thrilled about strangers messing with her teeth but they reassured her and talked her through it while I held her. In the end she had a great first experience and I was a happy mom. I’m definitely sticking with them for our future dental needs.

Only thing I noticed that I have noticed elsewhere was they didnt ask what flavor of flourine she wanted like other dentist offices have. Now thats not a big deal at all so no negatives :-).

My son had such a great experience today! The toys in the waiting room are tons of fun, he loved the obstacle course, slides, and video games offered in the lobby. He got to pick his own movie with headphones and sunglasses and got to pick a prize. All of the staff were friendly and accomodating and also very welcoming as this was our first time at their office. The dentist was very professional and friendly as well. My son needs work done and Dr. Henry already had a plan in place. They also had a welcome board that listed all of the new patients for that day. Overall a very kid friendly and efficient office and a great experience for all.

Both my children always have appointments at the same time, usually they are called back at the same time. I thought it was odd that they didnt do that this time. The staff though was great as neither of my children had any issues being by themselves.

I was so amazed by the professionalism and kindness demonstrated to us today. My husband and I have been fretting for a few days about something that looked like tooth decay on the back of our 17 month old’s front tooth. We were able to get a day of appointment, but I was still very concerned with the cost (assuming it was a cavity and needing to get my little one sedated for a filling). Great news! It was just a stubborn stain that was difficult to remove with a toohtbrush. The dentist was amazing with our little girl, and was kind enough not to charge us an office visit, which they could have very well done. We are so lucky to have this group in town!

My children enjoy going to the denist because everyone who works here is so friendly. They do a great job and really go the extra mile to make sure my children are comfortable.
