Signature electric recently helped me with several small fixes around my new house. Sean was very helpful and responsive with the quote. The work was done by Terry. Terry N. And Brad B. did a great job helping us resolve some issues on the home we recently purchased. There was some weird wiring installed by past owners but they got it handled. You might need to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but Im glad we did.

Terry came to my house on short notice. I had a light fixture installed incorrectly by someone else. Terry fixed the wiring issue, sent pictures, and stayed way past business hours. I am so thankful that he will willing to do this for me. I am more than happy with the work he did, and the length to fix a botched wiring job.

Terry has been out a couple times to install lighting and ceiling fans and each of the visits has been great! Super friendly, fast service. Highly recommend them!

Called last week to make an appointment for a quote. They were busy so they scheduled me a week out. Thats fine I understand places get busy. Then the day they are supposed to come I get a call saying he is busy and cant make it. That he got tied up on a job. Look Im pretty understanding I would have accepted if they said he was going to be late. But no, I was just told he wouldnt be coming at all and that the soonest I could reschedule an appointment was for 2 weeks later. Why would I bother? If I was so easily cast aside for our 1st appointment why would I make another to just be tossed aside because apparently they dont need the business. I just found this to be very unprofessional and I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone else if they dont take their appointments seriously.

We had Brad and Scott come out today to handle our multi faceted upgrade. It was 8hrs other than lunch of non stop work.It wasnt just the fact they completed everything contracted but the clean lines of the wiring, the knowledge displayed and shared by both.I absolutely will use them again and recommend them to one and all.Thanks Brad and Scott

My electrician was pretty good. He explained everything and did good work for the most part. I took a star away because he damaged one of the walls during a new light switch installation and didnt mention it to me. Im handy so I will fix it but to just leave and not say anything upsets me slightly.

I highly recommend Signature Electric. When I needed a hot tub wired for 240, they gave me a bid right away and set up the work in a reasonable time. When they showed up to do the work, they were on time, prepared and the work looks very good. They tested their work before they left and left the work area cleaner than they found it. If 0 stars were an option, that is what we would post. Signature Electric Inc. Did an inspection ?!? of our house that we recently sold in Cheyenne, WY. This company was chosen by the buyer from a list of contractors. The resulting report was vague and extremely unprofessional. For example, lights do not work. What lights? Missing required GFCIs in several locations. Where? We would NEVER reccomend this unprofessional company to anyone!

Quick, professional, and courteous. Terry showed up and had the job done inside of an hour. Very friendly guy. Ill do business with this company again.

Sean performed the electrical inspection on our home and came out to help us out with a problem on a weekend night after hours. He is very professional and does a great job with excellent customer service! I am sure you will not be disappointed with his service.

Sean came out to address concerns regarding a house I bought. Another electrical company did an inspection prior to my move in and didnt find numerous issue which I found within a few days of my move. Sean went through my concerns and confirmed most were valid. He discovered several additional issues, one being that a finished basement area was incorrectly wired. He advised me not to plug in anything requiring a ground. Signature Electric is the only Electrical contractor I will use to fix these issues and for any future needs.

We are new homeowners of an older home and we are still learning what it takes to assure safety when it comes to electrical work. Signature Electric did our initial inspection and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding which is what initially impressed me. When the guys came to do the work on our home, they were extremely courteous and friendly. They were here to fix a set list of items and even went above and beyond to complete a couple other jobs that were beyond my capabilities. Never once, did they seem inconvenienced or annoyed by my requests. At one point, there was a miscommunication regarding a specific task that I had requested but was not on the to-do list. What matters in these cases, is how the situation is handled. I received a call from the owner, who preceded to go to great lengths to resolve the situation. I have never interacted with individuals within a business that made me feel like my concerns matter and that there are no stupid questions. Simply put, I could not be any happier with the services rendered. For all of your electrical needs, big or small, call Signature Electric!!

We were moving something and it hit a plug that was plugged into our outlet it made a popping noise and suddenly no outlet in the room worked. Called these guys and they showed up in less then 15 minutes. The service was PHENOMENAL and the price was completely reasonable. I would recommend these guys to absolutely anybody with an electrical issue!

Very honest and fair prices. Derick came out before kitchen remodel on a weekend. He spent all day getting original builders mess-ups corrected. Scott came in and installed new main box. Derick came back one morning before work to re-wire a few things after changes. Very professional and honest. After dealing with the other po-dunk electricians in this city very refreshing. They will have all my business from now on. 5 star service.

After interacting with Signature in work on my own house and 2 home inspections (1 buy and 1 sell,) I would not recommend them for your electrical work. They need some education regarding inspections, as they call out things as code violations even though those particular things were not code requirements at the time the home was built. The work they did on my own house was not a great experience either. There were excuses for the things that went wrong, but I was left with a job not quite as I wanted and didnt think it was worth dealing with them to have them come back to fix it.

Scott worked on my transfer switch and generator installation today and did a fantastic job! His service and professionalism was perfect.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a local Cheyenne serviceman. We made a call that we had parts of our electricity in our basement in the morning and by 3:00 pm the owner came out to do our service. He was very polite and respectful. I am very nosey so I asked lots of questions and he answered them all fully in a way I could understand (not in a way that would ensure his need to return if the problem occurred again as so many trades professionals do). The issue that we had was extremely complicated as we had a hidden junction box from a previous owner. After a few hours the first day the problem was not found. After ensuring with us that it would not hinder us to stop work for the day he left to return the next day. With his instruction my husband and I were able to deduct approximately where the junction box was (his instruction saved us time that we could have been paying him for service). When he returned he brought a scoping camera and located and repaired the junction box with only one hole that was bigger than a little spackle repair of which we just got an access panel to allow access to the junction box in the future.I was very impressed with his service, response time, knowledge, communication, friendliness and work. I would highly recommend him to any one in Cheyenne needing electrical help. I will also ensure that he is the only electrician we use in the future.

We lost half of our power on a Friday night, after everyone had closed for the day. A call to Sean at Signature Electirc was immediately answered. Less than 5 minutes after the initial call, Sean called back to say he was on his way - he arrived less than 10 minutes after that. Sean was very professional and courteous. Within 5 minutes of being on our property, he had diagnosed the problem, called the power company (it was there problem), relayed the problems, and got them to respond. Even though this was after hours and the rates were 1 1/2, Sean was able to work with us and get the service call to a very affordable rate.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNATURE ELECTRIC - I DO NOT SEE HOW YOU COULD GO WRONG!!!
