Called for problems with smoke detector, which was howling and needed replacement, ina high ceiling. They gave me priority, responding next day. Forgot I was waiting for a return call regarding their initial assessment of a simple job I needed accomplished at my business. After I called back over a month and a half later, I was told follow up would occur by the next day. I once again had to call back the following week since I was not contacted, and was told they couldnt perform the work after all. Nice enough people, but poor communication and a sense that they didnt really care about my small job or need my money.

THEY CONNECTED 1/2 MY KITCHEN AND MY FURNACE TO A 20 AMP BREAKER, HOW SMART WAS THAT. NOW I HAVE TO TURN MY FURNACE OFF BEFORE I USE MY MICROWAVE OR DISHWASHER USE CAUTION WHEN HIRING THESE PEOPLE THEY CAUSED AN UNEXPECTED CHARGE TO MY WALLET THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO ME AND DID A POOR JOB I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID THEM
