Desk personnel are pleasant and professional. Dr Julie Neville is a skilled and compassionate medical professional. Would recommend this clinic and Dr Neville without hesitation.

I’ve gone to this clinic for a few years now and I’m always impressed by the attention I receive. Meaning they remember me well despite coming only once or twice a year. The provider does a thorough job, is great at answering questions and makes me feel like I’m in good hands. Would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Cheyenne Skin Clinic for a couple if years now and not once have I had a bad experience.I have seen 3 different Doctors and all of them go above and beyond what you would expect. But Dr Cole is my prime provider and let me tell you she is amazing! She makes me feel like I matter and not just another patient with a problem. Sorry to say that is why I left Dr. Dietz. They front office staff is also amazing, in my opinion. It could be 6 months between visits and I am greeted by name when I walk in the door. I have never had a long wait either that is nice! I totally recommend the Cheyenne Skin Clinic! Great all around!!

I have always been treated with kindness, understanding and they genuinely care so much for their patients. The wait is never long and the staff is always helpful and caring. No question is ever treated as being a stupid question and you arent blown off if your concerns shouldnt have been. I am always made to feel that it is better to get checked and treat it if needed rather than wait until it is a full blown problem. I am very late getting this posted but its still bugging me so Im going to post.Had a skin test scheduled, got there & was put in a room to find no one was available to do it. After waiting a while someone was literally trained how to do it while I listened. The whole appointment took about twice as long as Id been told it would & I missed extra work time. The patches/wrapping began coming off shortly after I returned to work. I called in and told it was fine. After all that, the test was inconclusive & I have to wonder if it wasnt because the patches were falling off.I also had a small growth removed & biopsied. I was never called with results. I had to call in to get them.Ive since gone to Seitz dermatology and had a much better experience. They came highly recommended and I see the raving reviews but I simply cant say I got the same great service others have apparently gotten.

I have been seeing Dr. Cole for years. She is very thorough.

Back in May I saw Dr. Surbrugg about an unusual growth on my nose. She looked at it and told me that it looked like Sqammos cell carcinoma. She took a biopsy. It was a Sqammos cell carcinoma. I was scheduled for the MOHS Procedure with Dr. Neville. It went really well. Apart from redness now (a few weeks later), You cant even tell I had a problem. All of the nurses were very helpful and kind. Dr. Surbrugg has been my dermatologist since I was a young adult and has always been genuine, compassionate and very nice. Dr. Neville is very understanding and she made me really comfortable. She called me back right away after I called the clinic because I was in a lot of pain when the numbing wore off. She sent a prescription over to my pharmacy right away. By day 3 the pain was gone. I didnt even need all the meds.Ive ALWAYS won sunscreen and I was baffled at the fact I had skin cancer. As a teenager I was not big on wearing it and I just want tell everyone.... Children and teens, wear sunscreen!!! Tanning is not healthy.

When I scheduled my appointment they couldnt find my referral, then she found it and said everything was good. I arrived for my appointment, they clearly are not organized and said they couldnt find it again but when I told them about my conversation on the phone suddenly she grabbed the paper that she had right in front of her and said she had it. She was super rude about it even though it came down to them not being organized. I Waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be taken back to a room only to wait another 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor. So really my appointment was 1 hour and 5 minutes after scheduled time and not one staff member said anything about it. Ill drive to Fort Collins before.coming back here

Dr. Massey, female and male, were absolutely excellent with my daughter (10 years old) Talked to her directly and explained everything in detail to her. Highly recommend!

My wife and I arrived 30 minutes early for our 11 am appointment. To our surprise I was taken in within 10 minutes followed by my wife who had to update her file. We were both treated very well and highly recommend Cheyenne Skin Clinic 🤗🤗

I saw Dr. Nevel for an annual checkup. She noticed a area on my back that looked suspicious. The sample sent for analysis indicated cancer. I received timely feedback on the results and am scheduled for removal of the site. I am a breast cancer survivor so am very concerned about the possibility of more cancer. The quick analysis of the sample and notification to me,the reassurance about the removal of the spot to stave off growth and the ability to get an appointment soon after the diagnosis were very reassuring.

Great folks! They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Doctor was busy the day of my appointment, but they offered a nurse practitioner and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I went in with scalp psoriasis and she took the time to look at a couple spots of concern and answer questions. We developed a treatment plan & I head back in three weeks to see how my treatment is progressing.Quickly paid and scheduled the next appointment. Even had to change the appointment. It was easy working with these folks.

Yes I felt that I was taken very good care of. As you know I was from Casper Wyoming 182 miles away which is a 2-1/2 hour drive one way. I was greeted on arrival and was being treated within 15 minutes.and even though we had some problems with my stopping my bleeding the group was very concerned and helped me sooo much. I appreciated that as well. I would recommend your lace of business to anyone.

Just was not good. Person freezing growths on my face injured my eye. She sprayed my left eye. I had terrible pain for several days. Still have pain periodically.

I went in for a skin check. I had a small mole on my right arm above my elbow. They did a biopsy and it came back as melanoma. They informed me and scheduled surgery for the next week with Dr. Massey. He was very informative told me I had stage 1A cancer. He explained the surgery and I was back to work in a week.

As you are aware I am swimming in carcinomas. I appreciate your working with me on my schedule. While surgeries are no fun, your fine staff have given me over 700 stitches...not a single infection!

I was not very impressed with the staff at Cheyenne Skin Clinic. I waited for a total of 45 mins before seeing a doctor (was told to arrive 15 mins before appointment time then waited an additional 30 before I got seen). As I was waiting, I heard the front staff complaining about a client they had just gotten off the phone with. When I did get to speak with the doctor, everything felt very rushed and I do not feel like my concerns were given adequate time or consideration. After the doctor left, I heard her say to another staff member “finally done for the day” or something similar which emphasized the rushed feeling I already had. Due to this experience, I have decided to go elsewhere for services.

When I called to make an appointment I was able to be seen in a timely manner. Very impressive for a specialty clinic! This is a large practice and again I was pleasantly surprised to be seen in a timely manner! Thank you for the professional services you provide!!!!

I live a hundred miles from Cheyenne Skin.Clinic. I have seen at least 3 of the providers. They all have been very professional. I usually can get an appointment easily & at a time that works for me. I have been very happy with all the staff also.

Absolutely horrid treatment. I came in for an allergic reaction. They literally cut me open for an unnecessary test, unrelated to my allergic reaction, did not provide any treatment or tests for the allergy, I paid 400 dollars to be cut, stitched up, miss work, and still have no relief for the allergic reaction I went in for. I had to request the doctor upon my return to take their stitches out. The doctor literally told me its probably just dry skin If it was just dry skin why was I cut open and biopsied?? My allergic reaction continues. traumatized and appalled. I am horrified by the growing number of medical scammers, especially in this area.

I had a severe nail infection, Dr Paul Massey has gone above the call of duty to take care of me and find the source of the infection. He’s comforting and explains his treatments fully. He’s Amazing!!!! Cannot thank him enough!😄

Its disturbing to me that my child with developmental disabilities cannot be seen because he cannot wear a mask. So sadly, he has to go undiagnosed and untreated. Exceptions should be made for the developmentally disabled community. But again, they are forced to fall in the gap for medical treatment.
