Best experience with a dentist I have ever had. I live in North Dakota now and Ill make the trip to continue to be seen by Dr.Jeffers. The best part is I have my smile back. In short I have recommended asks will recommend them to everyone. Best dentist in ever!

Very happy with Gentle Touch. Dr Jeffres has won my respect and trust. I’m almost panicked when I go to the dentist and I believe I’ve finally found someone that can ease my fears. His work was outstanding. His approach friendly, and his assistants were also wonderful to work with. Everything was awesome from start to finish.

The staff was outstanding, and the dentist that cared for me took really good care of my situation.

I arrived at 3:50 PM for a 4pm appointment. When I checked in I was given a policy letter to read, basically stating if I was 15 min or more late for an appointment I would have to pay a $50 fee. Once I signed it and turned it in I was notified the dental tech who cleans my teeth did not show up for work and that day and that another tech would be cleaning my teeth. I reluctantly agreed to the cleaning. I like to have the same person clean my teeth regularly. Anyway, at 4:10 the front desk informs me that the tech who is to clean my teeth at 4pm is seeing another patient. I was assured it would take no longer than 5-8 minutes. At 4:25 PM I informed the front desk I could wait no longer. The irony, they are concerned about patients being late for appointments when they cant even see the patients who show up on time.

The staff at this office is amazing! The sweet women that did my xrays (I wish I remembered her name) & Olga at the desk that got me in ASAP for my crown. Thank you! You made me feel comforted and relaxed the entire time!

They take great care of my teeth. I appreciate the advice on how I can better care for my teeth between cleanings. My overall dental health has improved over the years that I have worked with Gentle Touch Dental!

The staff is friendly, and although Ive only had one visit for myself, I think that they do good work. Due to some personal circumstances, I was late to my first appointment. I had to cancel on the way, but since the staff was understanding of my situation, they found a way to get me in to do a quick check-up and get x-rays done. If this interaction was indicative of how Gentle Touch usually works, I look forward to being in their care for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Jocelyn was so sweet and I loved how she explained what she was doing to my teeth and actually educated me on oral health. thats rare for me going to any appointment. i was even able to explain effortlessly to someone else the things she taught me bc of how good she broke down everything. she made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. felt very little pain, and the pain i did feel was due to having sore gums already. i definitely recommend Dr. Jocelyn 10/10

This day Gentle Touch lives up to its name. I had two extractions done, not only was it painless, no bones were broken. Excellent work and would highly recommend to anyone needing any dental work. Outstanding!!!

The staff was very nice, especially since I was having a bad day myself. I dont like getting x-rays, and think it should be optional for the patient to decide whether they want them or not. There seem to be alot of trouble getting the x-ray machine to fit me properly which was uncomfortable. But all in all the girl was very nice and I am very thankful that you were able to get me in as quickly as you did. The rinse you gave me worked great! Thank you!

What a great dental experience. I changed my dentist after 7 years and had not been in for a check up or cleaning due to Covid in over a year. Every one was kind, understanding and very clear about procedures. I usually have some anxiety visiting the dentist but none with Gentle Touch Dental.

They already know my first name they take the time to get to know you they are professional and polite. Jocelyn is the one I have seen for my two procedures. My 8 year old had a large abscess that was causing him pain. We are new in town and didnt have a dentist here. They were able to schedule my son within a day of my phone call to the office. Friendly staff!!

No judgement, no pain, took time to educate on brushing, flossing, tooth paste, medications I am taking in concern to my dental health. I have an irrational fear of dentistry. Because of that, I generally only go in every couple of years. Now I have a disease causing my teeth to basically crumble. I waited until I couldn’t stand it anymore. That said, this place is so good. The mess in my mouth is very painful, but these folks haven’t hurt me at all. I still flush and shake before appointments, but I haven’t felt pain, and they are deserving of their name. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Steele is amazing and always talks to me and my son with a smile and doesnt leave him out of the conversation just because hes a child and we both appreciate that. The office is always clean and always welcoming vibes. We have been going for years and will continue to use their services for years to come.

Was over charged for the work they didnt do... paid for 5 things to be done and only got 4 out of 5 done.. not happy

I had a wonderful first visit at Gentle Touch Dental. The front staff, hygienist, and dentist were all excellent. They also were able to get me in within 24 hours of calling to make an appointment, which was one of the only places in town that could. A quality dental practice, I had no waiting to get seen.

They got me in really quickly when I asked if they were taking in new patients. All of the staff were very professional. As a military member they understood how to obtain my dental insurance since I didnt have my card on-hand. I was able to get my yearly cleaning done easily with x rays. I will be returning for my 2nd cleaning in 6 months since Jocelyn did such a great job on my teeth. Very clean facility as well 👌

Dr. Steele was amazing!!! My tooth came apart on Saturday, and luckily the pain was minimal. So, when I called on Monday, they worked very efficiently to get me in that day!! She lives up to the name Gentle Touch Dental!! Unfortunately I was due for a crown, but she got me out of there in 90 minutes with a temporary tooth that is working great so far!!! All staff acted professional and kind, so I would personally recommend this any day of the week and twice on Sunday!!!! Very pleased with the service!!!

My kiddo went to see the awesome team at general touch. She said it was a “okay” experience and didn’t want to be at the dentist. My husband said it was perfect though and the doctors that attended to our kiddo did an amazing job

This place helped me out more than I can express!!! I came in 10 mins before they closed as a new patient! I was a mess from a DIFFERENT dentist who pulled all my teeth and took vacation for 2 months post surgery with no warning! I was scared, confused and toothless!!! Dr. Steele got me in the following day at 8:00 am and was more than happy to do so! The entire staff here probably has no idea but they basically saved my life. I know it sounds dramatic but it was and is. I can’t thank them enough!!!! I left from there that day with a new confident smile!!! Thank you gentle touch!!! Seriously you are ALL life savers!!!

Called for an appointment, they said that they squared away with my insurance and I was covered. When I showed for my appointment they acted like my insurance wasnt working! They asked where my wife worked?? It was clearly printed on the front of card!! It all came with attitude and no eye contact!! Not a warm and welcoming feel!! When they told me to have the insurance contact them , I had had enough! Bye bye!!!!
